I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1435 19.94 Second Red Star - Path [End]

As these guys were having a conversation on their own, the Zerg Empress once again asked the Beast King. ”What is your choice? Remember, this is just one of my whims. Because your child is a good baby, I am going to give you a chance to survive.”

”I am willing!” said the Beast King Leonhart.

The Zerg Empress reached out a hand and poured more chaos energy into the Beast King. He cried in pain, making those who were having a fun conversation turn around, and he saw a powerful energy of chaos wrapping around the beast king like a cocoon. Under the gaze of Cid Warlock, Leng Jun, Chuchu, and the two wardens, they saw the dying beast king undergoing evolution.

From a dying beastman to a quasi-chaos being. His black hair had turned pure white, yet his eyes remained golden and sharp like the lion he used to be. He had also become a bit younger, and his haggard appearance from before had completely disappeared.

As soon as his feet landed on the ground, he kneeled before the Zerg Empress and saluted him with his utmost respect. ”This servant greets the Lord!”

”Hm. I have given you your task. But you first must ascend and get a new name registered under the Mo Clan in the upper realm. I canʼt attend to you in Vearth due to some circumstances. Zhi Yue and Zhi Yang will explain things to you there. For now, you are free to do as you wish before ascension.” The Zerg Empress said then looked at the two wardens.

”Iʼm going to find my husband. Maybe they are done fighting.” He disappeared on the spot.

Those who were left behind—some were dumbfounded, the others were used to it.

Cid Warlock couldnʼt help but comment, ”Master, do you sometimes act a bit... abrupt?”

”Thatʼs normal. Master is the type to not care if itʼs no fun.” Colonel Bailey turned and looked at the former beast king, who had officially become a quasi-chaos being. ”In his case, he was saved by his son. Master loves children.”

”Letʼs go back to your group and help them. There are now a lot of things to be done with how things are almost over from this side,” Marquess Silver said as he led this small team to merge with the crowd from before.

---

At the open area, which is now filled with grasses, flowers and trees, tents and bonfires were built to secure and attend to the patients that came out of the ice they were imprisoned in. As soon as Cid Warlock and the rest returned to the group, they saw how busy the people were.

Former Beast King Leonhart had also come with them, but due to the changes on his appearance, no one had recognized him except for the Ice Elemental Nine-Tailed Fox King.

The Nine-Tailed Fox King glanced at them and said to the former beast king:. {This little friend here is quite lucky. To think you have found the Venerable Lord who would cure the chaos energy in your body. Itʼs just that your race seems to have completely changed.}

Leonhart said, ”Itʼs a result I couldnʼt have asked for more.”

Their small group was approached by Jeremy and others, and it seems that there are some patients whose body temperature didnʼt return to normal after being. Jeremy wanted to ask his brotherʼs help, as he knew that, as a god, his flame must be more powerful than what fire elementals possessed and had better control over it.

Jeremy spoke, ”Brother, please help me! There are some people dying as they couldnʼt regulate their temperature. What should I do if the bonfire doesnʼt seem to work on them?”

”Lead the way!” said Leng Jun.

Most of them followed Jeremy towards the center of the camp, where the largest bonfire is located. There were at least five people with pale faces surrounding the fire, and even so, their faces remained pale blue as if they would die anytime. Among them, Colonel Bailey noticed the situation of these people and even noticed the scent of alcohol.

Frowning at the severe case of Hypothermia, Colonel Bailey immediately made a move, His lover moved the patient and made them sit up. On the other hand, Colonel Bailey presses an acupuncture that makes them puke, forcing the alcohol feed to these patients out of their body system.

Cough. Cough.

Colonel Bailey said, ”Donʼt feed the patients alcohol! They havenʼt eaten anything for months. Give them soup or hot chocolate instead. Their temperature is already below normal a patient with hypothermia should have. Their breathing is about to stop. Call people to use CPR!”

Most of the doctors with them didnʼt expect that these patients had drunk wine. They thought the wine was only used to wipe their skin to lower their temperature. It is no wonder they were fooled by the scent of wine. They should check through them properly.

Upon investigation, it was said that the family members of the patient were too anxious as the first batch of soup was gone and they had to wait for the other batch to be made. Their thoughts were to warm their families up; who would have expected that this had almost led their loved ones to death?

”We need to lower their temperature first,” said Leng Jun, as a purplish black flame appeared above his palm just as he was about to spread his flames. Someone had grabbed his wrist and twisted it, preventing his flame from being instantly extinguished.

A magnetic, low voice reached Leng Junʼs ears, saying, ”Your flames would send them directly to hell. Flames mixed with the power of gluttony devour life energy.”

When Leng Jun and the rest turned around, they saw the Zerg Emperor letting go of Leng Junʼs wrist. Not far from them, the Zerg Empress had asked Eternal Ice to remove the remaining traces of ice elements in these mortalsʼ bodies, making them wake up normally one by one.

Without the ice elements affecting their bodies, all of their bodies had returned to normal except for being hungry. They are almost the same as others. Just in case, the Zerg Emperor also completely cured them with his healing abilities, now all of these mortals are out of danger. The cheers of everyone in the crowd were heard in the area.

Marquess Silver and Colonel Bailey saluted the Zerg Emperor. The former even asked, ”Milord, what happened to your opponent?”

This question just annoyed the God of Void more, but the hand of his beloved that held him instantly calmed him down.

The Zerg Emperor said, ”Tsk! He was saved by Chaos. If not for him, I would be able to beat him up more. How lucky of him!” His wife beside him couldnʼt help but chuckle upon seeing his husbandʼs pouting expression. He just thought that his beloved was so cute as he pouted.

Hahaha~

”Baby, donʼt laugh, please,” said the Zerg Emperor.

Zerg Empress responded, ”My love, youʼre so cute. You treated that man as if he were your annoying and bratty younger brother.”

”Hmp! In reality, he might be. If not for that, Brother wouldnʼt have spared him for harming your uncle,” said the God of Void.

It seems that the last time Tun Shizhe sneaked into the Nether System wanting to take Hei Anjingʼs vessel, he bumped into Mo Baojun and fought against him. As the latter was protecting his nephewʼs body, he must have injured his hand in their clash. Upon seeing his wife hurt, this caused the God of Light and Creation to enrage and take away one of Tun Shizheʼs arms.

The fact that only an arm was taken away shows the last mercy Shen Siwang could give to Tun Shizhe, who gave him the same feeling as Ye Xiajie.

The Zerg Empress said, ”He indeed gives away a feeling very similar to you. His aura is completely different to those corrupted ones who came from the same origin. Is there another reason why he looks so similar to you?”

”That… I donʼt know. After my revival, I havenʼt stayed that long in Vearth as I am worried about your soul fragments,” said the Zerg Emperor.

Empress Titania said, ”We can only ask Uncles about it when we go back. For now, help that child. The power of gluttony in him would devour even his soul if it continued to stay in its body. I noticed that it was getting stronger inside of him.”

The couple looked at Leng Jun and Chuchu; they knew that the one they were talking about was Leng Jun, who was almost used by Tun Shizhe as a tool to be used against this God of Void.

Emperor Augustus said, ”Kid, come over.”

Leng Jun hesitated, as he could feel that this man had a completely different aura than the Zerg Empress. His presence alone was overbearing, and he could feel how weak he was before this personʼs eyes. Only when Cid Warlock patted him on the back did his suffocating feeling slowly fade.

Cid Warlock said, ”Calm down and donʼt be too sensitive with the aura coming from them. The more you try to see, the more it will come back to you as pressure.”

Leng Jun tried to lower his vigilance and approached the Zerg Emperor. Like Cid Warlock had said, as long as he didnʼt probe into this person, that suffocating aura wouldnʼt be felt by him.

He lowered his head and said politely, ”Thank you for your help, Venerable Zerg Emperor.”

”Iʼm only helping you because my wife told me so,” said the Zerg Emperor with an indifferent tone. He tapped his forehead and used his ability to devour the same power within Leng Jun.

All of a sudden, Leng Jun felt that terrifying power of gluttony, which is a lot more powerful than his. This power not only prevented him from moving, but it also made him feel like something was being sucked out of his body and soul. He was in great pain and didnʼt even notice that his purplish-red hair slowly returned to a darker shade of red with gold linings.

The negative energy eating him from the inside was taken away. Under everyoneʼs eyes, his formerly long purplish-red hair had changed from red to gold, and even his deep crimson eyes had changed completely to gold as well. Now his aura is very similar to what Chuchu possessed without that hint of power that can devour almost everything.

Chuchu was the most delighted of them all. He wrapped his body around Leng Junʼs neck and tightly hugged him. He was even excitedly saying, {AʼJun! Youʼre back to normal! You look so similar to me now!}

The Zerg Emperorʼs mood had turned from worse to better, as if he had eaten something delicious. He is in a better mood now than before. ”I only took away the power of gluttony, which was slowly eating away your divinity. You should be able to transcend without problems now. Anyway, our part is now done. You guys can handle the rest.”

He turned his head, pulled his wife closer to himself, and revealed a smile as he looked at his empress. ”Baby, since we are done here, where do you want to go next? Since the children have grown up, how about we go around this star system and have a vacation?” said the Zerg Empress.

The Zerg Emperor laughed happily and said, ”I will accompany you anywhere, my wife.”

The Zerg Empress and the Zerg Emperor once again took their leave. They didnʼt even care about the reactions of those who were left behind. Most of them look at the figure of the leaving couple with dumbfounded expressions on their faces.

Cid Warlock said, ”They look just like that. Who would handle the things here?”

”Isnʼt there you? You are the Zerg King of the Hive Star and the leader of the Interstellar Alliance, arenʼt you?” retorted Marquess Silver.

Cid Warlock said, ”Master, canʼt you help me?”

”The Mad God had been extinguished. The Frozen Apocalypse on this planet is over and most of the survivors are alive. You have all the people who can help you by your side. What help do you still need from us? Those beside you can help you with the rest,” Marquess Silver said. ”We need to go back to the Hive and protect it while you are away.”

”Ah, right. Cid, you know about Zhi Yang and Zhi Yue, right? They would be coming over here with this worldʼs Heavenly Consciousness so you can talk to him about the rest and your plans for the future,” Colonel Bailey said, then turned his head to look at the former beast King, ”As for you, we will accompany you to your planet. You can stay there or somewhere else for a while.

When itʼs time for us to return to the upper realm, you must come with us to register your name. Until then, you are free to do so as you wish.”

The former beast king saluted and said, ”Yes, sir.”

---

Without the involvement of the Zerg Empress and Zerg Emperor with the problems in this star system, Cid Warlock had officially created an Alliance within this star system. This is a big and powerful alliance that involves most races found in this universe. He had become one of the most powerful figures in the whole interstellar system and most of the races knew about his existence.

He had become the most powerful Zerg King in the history of the insect race.

The human race had slowly but carefully started to build up everything they had lost during the times of the apocalypse and everything that had happened on their planet. Jeremy, as the representative of the humans, signed a treaty with the Elementals, headed by the Ice Elemental Penguin King, which led to the coexistence of the two races.

As for the former beast king, after returning to his planet, the whole beast race had hated him as he was the only one who returned alive. After taking away his son, he went to the hive and sought his master. They waited in the Hive for the time the Immortals would return to the Upper Realm, where he would also go.

While waiting, he helps his son evolve to demigod, at least so his entrance to Vearth will not be hindered.

At the Origin Nest within the Imperial Palace...

After another 500 years, the mortal vessel of Empress Titania had finally reached the end of its lifespan. His body slowly weakened as he aged. On his deathbed, his husband laid down with him wearing the same aged face as his. Marquess Silver and Colonel Bailey, who were not different from them, stood side by side as their bodies were dying as well.

The whole Hive Star was saddened by the news of this event. They all kneel regardless where they are, as they knew that it was about time for their guardians to leave the world.

This time, only Zerg King Cid Warlock was there to see them off. The former beast king, Leonhart, and his son were also staying by the side. They also knew that it was time to leave this place.

Zerg Empress said, ”This world is also quite fun. But I miss my children more.”

The Zerg King kissed the forehead of his dying wife and said, ”No worries. We can see them soon. Jingʼer, itʼs time to go home.”

”Hm, letʼs go home.”

The Zerg Empress slowly closed his eyes, and his mortal body crumbled under everyoneʼs eyes until only a few piles of ashes remained. A silver soul in Hei Anjingʼs real form remains asleep on the bed. His long, light brown hair spreads on the bed like brown silk. His exquisite phoenix-shaped eyes were close as he slept so deeply. He is wearing a pure white ancient robe.

Hovering over this robe are black snowflakes, vividly moving around as if they were alive. His appearance is a lot more beautiful than his face as Empress Titania.

Cid Warlock and the other two watched as the bodies of the Zerg Emperor, Marquess Silver, and Colonel Bailey also turned to ashes, revealing their true forms. What replaced the appearance of the Zerg Emperor was a man wearing pure black robes; his black hair was tied up with a red crown, and his features were manly with hints of dangerous vibes.

Yet those crimson eyes that seemed inhuman were full of tenderness as he looked at the man in white robes within his embrace.

Not far from them are the two wardens. Marquess Silver was replaced with a man wearing a charcoal gray robe with black armor and a golden spear in his head. Standing beside him is a gentle-looking man wearing similar-looking robes with more hints of scholarly vibes. On his hand were red strings that seemed to be a part of his body hanging on him like an accessory.

They also saw a small moon and a small sun hovering around the couple on the bed and heard them speaking.

System Yang said, [The space tunnel connected to the Vearth had been verified.]

[It will open soon. Iʼve already transferred Leng Jun and Chuchu on the tunnel. They are waiting for us there,] System Yue said.

The God of Void carefully lifted his wifeʼs soul from the bed. Without a vessel to protect it, it can only sleep as his soul is still incomplete. A door appeared in the garden out of nowhere without Cid Warlock noticing. The two wardens held the door each for their lords.

Before leaving, the God of Void looked at Cid Warlock and said, ”Once we leave, this world will definitely point you out as the new Zerg Emperor. Only once you cut off your karma to this world will you be able to ascend. The rest is now in your hands.”

”Yes, Master,” Cid Warlock bowed his head as he kneeled down. He showed his last respect to his masters and teachers.

He watched as the door opened and the scene of an unknown universe or space appeared beyond the door. Cid Warlock was stunned at the scene of countless worlds flashing within that place and a tunnel connected to a large star with gold and black shade can be seen. He was amazed by such a mystical scene that cannot be even compared to the star system he is in right now.

Leng Jun and Chuchu waved their hands towards him in farewell and the former beast king carrying his son had also bid their farewell.

Once the God of Void walks towards the door, a step is enough to venture a hundred meters. In just a few steps, he was already away from the door and can be found walking in the long tunnel in space. Cid Warlock watches them take their leave as the space door slowly closes before him.

He mumbles, ”I will also walk this path in the future.”
