I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1436 20.0 Vearth - Return to the Nether System

Space Tunnel connected to Vearth.

Zhi Yue and Zhi Yang had contacted the people of Vearth to create a space tunnel to temporarily connect the world they are in and to Vearth. This is a special technique only the Hei Clan is capable of. Under the command of the God of Space, Hei Jue, this space tunnel was made to welcome the group.

Normally, they would only use a direct teleportation door which instantly leads to the one in the Nether System.

But per request of the God of Destruction, Hei Anjing, to his cousin, Hei Jue, this special tunnel was made. The reason for this is for the former King of Beast to remember the routes that will bring him back to Vearth. After all, he is a field agent that will most likely live outside looking for traces of chaos energy all over the universe.

It would be safer for him to know the path and danger in the space he would have to tackle in the future.

Warden Yun Ming was explaining the routes and danger to the newly ascended gods. Unlike the ones brought in before, these guys would most likely work for the Nether System like them. Maybe, even becoming warden which depends on their choices.

”You should be careful and remember the paths. There are more than a thousand paths which lead to the upper realm: Vearth. But there are more routes that lead to countless low, mid and high-tier worlds. If you got lost it might take you a long time to be able to return. But as a god, Time is all we have.

Unless you got your soul completely destroyed you can still be reincarnated through the God System provided that you have bought a reincarnation ticket before death,” said Warden Yun Ming.

Leng Jun asked, ”Lord Yun, are the materials for creating a temporary vessel expensive?”

”A temporary vessel doesnʼt cause much. You will be working as an intern warden and we will provide you an allowance of 500 points a month. As for the temporary body, it can be exchanged for 1000 which is the cheapest and 5000 which is more in quality. But these vessels wouldnʼt allow your partner to fight. It can only give him a temporary body.

It is still better to gather enough points to buy resources to increase the cultivation of you two.”

”Moreover, with your partner only at Demigod, he canʼt stay for too long inside Vearth, and you guys have to live outside for a while. With how thick the divine qi is in Vearth, he might explode from overexposure. Donʼt worry, there are dormitories, apartments, and houses at the outer ring.

Only when you guys at least reach High God cultivation will you be able to live in the inner ring,” explained Warden Yun Ming.

The former beast king, Leonhart, is now calling himself Leone and his son, Lev. He asked, ”How long can a demigod and a god stay in the inner ring without their lives being in danger?”

”A god can stay inside for a month. Demigodʼs vessels can only withstand the pressure for a week. You should keep it in mind and not die stupidly,” the chief warden said.

His cold tone is unfriendly, and adding his words makes it seem like he is asking for a beating, but Leng Jun and Leone didnʼt mind it as they knew that they couldnʼt defeat this person at all. After all, this is one of the strongest immortal gods in Vearth.

Baby Lev asked innocently, ”Why wouldnʼt they leave? Arenʼt they afraid of exploding?”

”They are afraid. It is just that being able to live in the inner ring where the divine qi is the thickest allowed their cultivation to soar faster. Those who got addicted would not want to leave even at the risk of their lives. Stupid idiots who couldnʼt control their greed leading them to their own. They deserve it so no one stops them. Itʼs just a pain to clean up,” the Chief Warden said.

His voice didnʼt soften even when talking to the cub, but for some reason, Cub Lev wasnʼt afraid of him at all. ”So, kid, inside you can only stay for a week, then come out to train. After resting for another week, you can go inside again.”

”I understand, Uncle Chief Warden!” responded Cub Lev.

When they finally reached the end of the tunnel, the God of Void turned around and looked at the two wardens. He said, ”Send a word to Mo and our children about our return. You can take care of the rest. I will call upon you when it is time to leave again.”

Then the darkness under his feet opened up, disappearing on the spot with Lord Heiʼs soul within his embrace. He clearly returned to his domain, where the core of the Nether System is located. That is where his wifeʼs vessel rests.

Once the God of Void returned to his domain, the Chief Warden and Warden Yun Ming were welcomed by countless eyes falling on them. After all, gods from the Nether System rarely come out, especially the Chief Warden; he only comes out when there is a prisoner who has escaped by taking in a new batch of sinners to the Netherworld.

He is an infamous figure, and every time he comes out, itʼs only for capturing, punishing, or killing someone.

Leng Jun, Chuchu, Leone, and Lev noticed the other peopleʼs eyes on them. Upon observing clearly, they notice that everyone in this place is a god. Most of them are much more powerful than him.

Leng Jun mumbles, ”All of them are gods, and the weakest is at least a deity.”

”The land of gods. Indeed, the fox had said it right,” Leone mumbled.

The Chief Warden, after using his name to vouch for the guys that come with them, called for them to enter. A row of gods at the registration center were bowing their heads as Chief Warden Lou and Warden Yun walked forward. Leng Jun, Chuchu, Leone, and Lev noticed that everyone was looking at them as if they were the top of the gossip. They finally overheard some on their way.

”Isnʼt that the Chief Warden and Warden Yun Ming? Why are they entering the normal way? Donʼt they have their own exclusion door back to the Nether System?”

”Are those two behind them the new prisoners? They donʼt look that strong.”

”Look closely. There arenʼt any handcuffs on them. They might be new recruits.”

”But isnʼt the requirement for working in the Nether System stricter than in the God System? Only elites are able to work there. The lowest requirement is to have an executioner license and be within the top 100.”

”Idiot! Thatʼs for the warden position. I heard they are hiring for new positions like administrative staff and support staff. The nicest position after the warden is the field warden position. Those are able to descend to the lower realm and find prisoners. I heard even the information is enough for you to receive a few 100K points.”

”With hundred 100K Points I would be able to buy resources for me to reach Highgod.”

”Stop dreaming! Thatʼs the Netherworld where most heinous gods were imprisoned. If you are too weak you die in there without a corpse.”

”But that place is also the highest paying job in Vearth.”

”That is also true.”

Leng Jun, Chuchu, and Leone were stunned with what they heard. They didnʼt expect that these two men before them were famous individuals for their strengths. No wonder most people would bow their heads in the presence of the two wardens. If these two are this famous how about the two who left ahead before them. They are obviously more powerful than the two wardens before them.

They followed the pair to the other side of the world. Their journey is short as there are teleportation portals all over the central city. Only when they saw the towering gate that leads to the Netherworld that these aborigines from the lower realm were stunned. The gate is big and tall. It can even fit a giant and allow it to pass through this door without a problem.

The guards were also titans that were born from the void of their lord. As soon as these gods saw the two wardens they immediately kneeled on one knee and bowed their heads.

”Chief Warden. Warden Yun. Welcome back!”

”Let us open the gates for you!”

The Chief lightly nodded his head while Warden Yun smiled and said as they passed the opened gates.

”Continue the good work.”

”Yes, sir!” the two titans responded.

Leng Jun, Chuchu, and Leone noticed that even the strength of these guards was something they couldnʼt see through. They were actually a bit confused about the cultivation stages in the Upper Realm. As if nothing of their thoughts mattered, Warden Yun kindly explained things to them.

”Those two are from the Void Titan race. They are born from the power of the Sovereign that rules the Nether System. Youʼve met our lords already. The Zerg Emperor is the Ruler of the Nether System. He is also the Sovereign God of Darkness and Void. He is Lord Ye Xiajie.

He is also the chief wardenʼs master. My master is Lord Yeʼs wife. In the last world, he is the Zerg Empress. He is also the God of Destruction and Chaos, someone from the Mo Clan. His name is Lord Hei Anjing.”

”Before we enter Vearth, youʼve seen it right? The world of light and darkness. Vearth has four sovereign rulers. The land of light, Sanctuary, which is where he had entered just now, is under the control of the God System. That area is where most good gods and goddesses live.

It is the region led by the Sovereign of Light and Creation, Sovereign Lord Shen Siwang, and his wife, the Sovereign of Life and Death, Sovereign Lord Mo Baojun.”

”As for the land of darkness, the Netherworld, not many can live in this area as this is mostly the land of imprisonment. Beings of the Upper Realms who have gone against the Divine Laws will be locked in here. Those sinners are called prisoners, and we, the wardens, are tasked with watching over them and preventing them from escaping.

Thatʼs why the gods that work for the Nether System must be powerful—at least powerful enough to restrain these prisoners if something happens. Donʼt worry, your task isnʼt to handle prisoners,” Warden Yun Ming said.

The Chief Warden added, ”Even if you wouldnʼt handle prisoners, you still need to be trained.”

Warden Yun Ming said, ”Well, it seems that training isnʼt something you canʼt escape since the chief warden has spoken.”

They ventured to the Netherworld and saw the scene of some prisoners being punished in the area. Leone covered the eyes of his son, Lev, as such scenes seem to be traumatic for a young child like him. But Leone didnʼt know; Lev had changed a lot after his race was changed to that of a quasi-chaos being. These kinds of creatures are normally fearless, as they are beings born from chaos itself.

”Dad, donʼt cover my eyes! I just saw children like me over there!” said Lev as he pointed somewhere near the ancient castle before their eyes.

Like Lev had said, there are three children playing with one handsome young man and one beautiful young lady looking after them. One of the three children looks like he is in high school, and the two who look like twin girls and boys are children looking like they are in elementary school. They were all wearing ancient cultivation clothes, looking handsome, adorable, and pretty.

Upon seeing these children, the Chief Warden and Warden Yun suddenly bowed their heads and saluted.

”We greet Young Lord Qinjing, Young Lord Jingxia, Young Lord Jingmo, Princess Anxia, and Lady An Juehua!”

These people are the children of the sovereign Lord Ye and Lord Hei Anjing, while An Juehua is the daughter of Lord An Liang and Lord Hei Jue. Unexpectedly, they would bump on them here on their way back to the Nether Castle.
