I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1184: 18.22 First Grey Star - Arriving in Somatic Town

When the ones on top of Roiʼs head arrived to the skies above Somatic Town, they were a little taken aback to see people congregating at the location of the villa Lu Shang and Leica had prepared for the group.

Doctor Guang said, ”How come there are too many people gathered in one place?”

”Hmp! They must have heard about Xiao Ye coming. Your last name is truly big, my boy,” Old Mu said.

Ye Jieye who noticed the three hidden presences that match Old Mu hidden within the crowd and retorted, ”Gramps, you have your own set of guests. Are you going to welcome them in our small villa?”

”No way! Those old bastards donʼt deserve to see my cute darlings. Iʼll be back before lunch. Save this old man a meal.” Old Mu jumped off the dragon and disappeared into the air.

Ye Jieye and Mo Xuejing didnʼt react much but Doctor Guang who was having second thoughts about the old manʼs identity was shocked.

Doctor Guang mumbles, ”My god! The old man who bullied me for days is a Heavenly Guardian!”

”You should be glad you didnʼt do much and he didnʼt beat you up. That old man hated anyone from Lu and Mo altogether,” Ye Jieye said when suddenly someone tugged in the corner of his clothes and turned to see Mo Xuejing looking at him.

Mo Xuejing asked, ”What about me? Does Grandpa hate me too?”

”If he does, you wouldnʼt be able to call him grandpa. Donʼt worry you like the cubs like your own, he wonʼt dislike you. Moreover, you know your manners, unlike this quack,” Ye Jieye said as he kicked Doctor Guang who almost fell off the dragon.

AAH!!

Ye Jieye frowned and said, ”Stop screaming, or I will kick you for real.”

Once they descended from the sky to the land in front of the villa, those who had gathered to welcome them were astounded by the people riding the dragon. Doctor Guang was the first to step down; many Gourmet Hunters recognize him as a man considered a Saint who stays beside the Ice Demon, Mo Xuejing. His sudden appearance also caused a lot of confusion for the crowd.

Finally, Ye Jieye ordered Roi to bring them to the ground. This was the villa that Lu Shang and Leica had selected for their group.

”Why is the Saint always beside the Ice Demon here?”

”Did he switch sides?”

”He wouldnʼt be alive if he did.”

”Look, more people are coming down.”

Coming from the Dragonʼs head an adorable voice of a young boy was heard calling for Doctor Guang.

”Bad Uncle, can you catch me? Iʼm going to jump, okay?”

”Sure~,” Doctor Guang said as he reached out his hand to catch a falling dumpling from the sky.

It is Ye Jingxia, this guy who seems like he is only in elementary school. Back then, everyone would drool over this cute boy with round stomach, plump cheeks, and angelic features.

”Wow~ what a cute baby~”

”Adorable. He looks so cute and huggable!”

”Ah! Let me pinch his cheeks. So cute! Kyaa~”

”More people are coming!”

As soon as this was said, their gaze went back to the dragonʼs back and they saw a man dressed in black long sleeves, black pants, and black military boots. It was obvious that this man was a hunter and that his clothing was meant for mountain climbing.

His features were an embodiment of both danger and perfection; he is so handsome that his mere presence can stifle all of his emotions, and no one dared to speak aloud in front of him. He looked like an emperor conducting an unexpected examination of his subjects.

Ye Jieye is a proud, haughty, and majestic man. No one dares meet his eyes, no matter how attractive and unearthly he is. Ye Jieye is the one who leaped down when they unintentionally met that intense look from those obsidian irises of his.

As soon as they spotted him, the whole place became silent, as though they were terrified the Emperor would identify them and punish them later. Those elderly guys watching the fun from a distance observed a group of people bowing their heads together.

Lu Ming, who witnessed such a scene couldnʼt help but be in awe, ”Amazing. He didnʼt speak a word yet everyone had become quiet.” He mumbled.

Lu Shang did not meet Ye Jieye right away since he knew there was still one person on the dragonʼs back, but he could only stop talking when he saw his elder brother give him a quick glance. All eyes watched as the icy-faced Satan looked up and extended his hands.

Ye Jieye said, ”Jump down. I will catch you together.”

”Um.” Another young manʼs voice can be heard.

It was the terrifying Ice Demon that they all feared that suddenly leaped down under their eyes, carrying a sleeping baby girl in his arms. They had watched this horrifying man jump into Satanʼs arms like they were watching a romantic scene, but when they saw the man that Satan had captured in his arms, their jaws dropped to the ground in shock.

”What the hell!!??”

”Am I seeing things?”

”I must be blind. Yes, Iʼm seeing things. I will rub my eyes and look again. Shit!!!”

”The world is ending. The world is about to end. How can the Ice Demon be so tamed? This is insane ah!!!”

”Someone hit me! I feel like Iʼm dreaming!” He was slapped by someone beside him.

”How is it? Is it a dream!?”

”Fuck you! That hurts a lot!!!”

”Unbelievable! Satan and Ice Demon. If they work together, how can they even win!!!”

As soon as Mo Xuejingʼs feet touched the ground, Ye Jieye naturally let him go and caressed the sleeping princess in the formerʼs embrace.

Mo Xuejing whispered, ”She ate full just now. Itʼs normal for her to fall asleep.”

”Letʼs go inside the villa and have her rest on a bed,” Ye Jieye said.

When Lu Shang and Lu Ming saw that the black dragon had shrunk to the size of a black Python, they finally approached their group. Lu Ming appeared shaken by the sight of his elder cousin conversing with Mo Xuejing, but they looked like close friends or much more so. Mo Xuejing walks beside him as Ye Jieyeʼs hand is held by his son, Ye Jingxia.

Lu Shang said, ”Cousin, the villa has been cleaned up.”

”Weʼll take a rest first. We will talk later after lunch. For now, send those outside. They are a nuisance,” Ye Jieye said as he walked past the brothers with Mo Xuejing and his cubs with him followed by Doctor Guang and Roi, who had shrunk his size.

Lu Shang said, ”They shall be sent away.”

Lu Ming was unable to even welcome his cousin like his elder brother did, as the combined influence of Ye Jieye and Mo Xuejing was too much for him to handle. Instead, he cowered down at the last minute and pretended to be Lu Shangʼs supporting cast member. The Lu brothers can only watch as the group enters the villa to rest.

As soon as the group disappeared from their line of sight, Lu Shang stepped out and approached the crowd. He snapped his fingers, and a few small tornadoes appeared in the area.

Lu Shang looked coldly at the crowd and said, ”Do you want to leave on foot or should I blast you away?”

When the great multitude of melon eaters heard Li Shangʼs words, they all bolted. It was quite amazing to see the waves of people running in all directions; most of them were hunters, whose agility and instinct were above that of the average person. The street in front of the villa was cleared, and Lu Shang waved his hand, causing all the tornadoes to vanish without a trace.

On his way back to the villa, Lu Shang glanced at his useless brother and said, ”You canʼt even greet people normally. Have you forgotten all the etiquette classes youʼve taken when you are young?”

”Sorry, big brother. I didnʼt expect Mo Xuejing to appear with an older cousin,” Lu Ming said.

Lu Shang said, ”Sigh~ forget it. Follow me and greet my cousin and his friend properly this time.”

”I will. I promise, big brother,” Lu Ming said.

The young man at the gates is none other than Mo Yuhan, who came over on the orders of his Clanʼs ancestor. The Lu brothers were heading to the villa when all of a sudden they were stopped by someone at the gates. Lu Mingʼs face went absolutely ugly at the sight of this man.

Lu Ming bellowed, ”What the hell are you doing here? This is my cousinʼs house. You are not welcome here!”

”The owner of the house hasnʼt spoken yet, but the dogs keep barking so loud. Elder Brother Lu, your brother is sick; you must bring him to the hospital and get a rabies shot for him or he will start biting people.” With an open display of his poisonous tongue, Mo Yuhan showed his partial regard for Lu Shang but his clear disrespect for Lu Ming, whom he despises.

Lu Ming harbored hatred for Mo Yuhan as though they had murdered each otherʼs families; however, their animosity was only directed toward one another because of the constant comparisons between the two of them by their senior relatives; for them, it was acceptable to be compared to their older cousins because Ye Jieye and Mo Xuejing were born to be superior to them, but when it came to one another, they could not stand the idea that the other was stronger than they were.

Having someone with similar strength in the same generation would merely irritate you; they were similar in age, familial status, and talent, and as a result, these two exuded a desire to beat each other up anytime they encountered one another.

Lu Ming rebuked, ”You are the one who is sick. Your whole family is sick!”

Only to be hit in the back of his head by his elder brother, Lu Shang.

”Watch what you are saying! Mo Xuejing is a cousinʼs guest. What nonsense are you talking about!” Lu Shang scolded.

After receiving criticism from his older brother, Lu Ming felt that Mo Yuhan was the one who began the disagreement, thus it was very unjust that only he received criticism.

Lu Shang ignored his little brother and talked to Mo Yuhan. ”The two of them are resting. You can come back again after lunch.”

”But I...” Mo Yuhan shut his mouth when he saw Lu Shangʼs eyes turn stern and cold.

”Please come back after lunch. Ming, you as well. Later, you can bring Su Jin and Ji Yoonjun with you,” Lu Shang said.

At this moment, Leica emerged from the bushes accompanied by Su Jin and Ji Yoonjun, both of whom appeared stunned by what they had seen. After all, it was Satan and the Ice Demon, and there are rumors that they do not get along. Su Jin, in particular, who had lived a lifetime of his own, had seen firsthand how Satan battled the Ice Demon to death each time they encountered each other.

Lu Shang asked, ”Whatʼs wrong with these two?”

”Just a bit shocked. They will wake up in a while,” Leica answered with a smile.

As soon as he saw Su Jin, Lu Ming went up to talk to him, fearing that Su Jin would be shocked when he saw him.

”Xiao Jin, why are you here? What about the cafe?” Lu Ming asked.

Su Jin woke up from his stunned state and responded, ”Ah? Cafe? The customers all run out when they hear Satan is coming. So we closed it ahead of time.”

”Since there are no customers, Brother Leica asked us if we wanted to join the fun and here we are,” Ji Yoonjun said.

When he turned to face the stranger who was staring at him after he had finished speaking, he took a step back and hid behind Su Jin. Ji Yoonjunʼs abrupt movement caught everyone off guard, and they all stared at him dumbfounded for a long time.

Lu Ming thought that Mo Yuhan was looking at his beloved Su Jin and blocked his line of sight.

”What are you looking at, retard?” Lu Ming taunted.

Mo Yuhan woke up dazed and glared at this rude monkey, Lu Ming. ”Not you, at least, you stupid monkey!”

”Who the hell are you calling a monkey?”

The other four could only watch from the side as these two kids finished their fight, then Lu Ming leaped on Mo Yuhan, and the two began fighting in front of the villa.

Meanwhile, inside the villa, after sending the children to nap...

While Ye Jieye was getting ready for lunch, he noticed that Mo Xuejing and Doctor Guang were staring out the window in the direction of the gate.

”Whatʼs wrong?” Ye Jieye asked.

Mo Xuejing answered, ”Someone is fighting outside the villa.”

”Ignore it. Lu Shang is there,” Ye Jieye said.

Doctor Guang said, ”Why does one of them look like Mo Yuhan? Did you call for Mo Yuhan to come over, boss?”

”I did not. Maybe the seniors sent him over. Anyway, we can meet them later after they finish their business.” Mo Xuejing said that Ye Jieye was already on his way to the kitchen and had started preparing their meals for lunch. All of the ingredients were brought out of his inventory.
