I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1173: 18.11 First Grey Star - Protagonist Gong, Lu Ming.

At the East Gate, Border Town called Somatic

Ji Yoonjun was standing next to the unconscious man, Lu Ming, in the small cafe where the worldʼs story began. He was squatting and poking the manʼs arms, cheeks, and other body parts with a casual expression, and as a world traveler, he could not understand why he had ended up taking over the protagonist shouʼs vessel.

However, the plot revealed that this body was the cannon fodder shou who would be replaced by his own friend, Su Jin.

Furthermore, for some reason, the difficulty of this world has increased. Su Jin was unexpectedly reborn and also knew about the plot of the world as he had experienced it in his previous life.

In the original plot, after he, Su Jin, successfully took over the position of Ji Yoonjun, he suffered greatly when Lu Ming discovered that he was not the one who cooked that fried rice that his body could accept.

Unfortunately for Lu Ming, he ended up having a love-hate relationship with Ji Yoonjun after learning the truth. At least the kind Lu Ming did not kick him out after learning the truth. This scumbag was still attracted to Su Jinʼs delicate appearance. Compared to Ji Yoonjunʼs cold and prickly demeanor, he is more amiable to be with. But in the end, this scum who is sick with anorexia

In his previous life, he trained and worked hard for years just to replicate Ji Yoonjunʼs cooking; it took him too long, but he succeeded in the end. Unfortunately, the scumbag still chooses Ji Yoonjun in the end, and he died alone after his reputation was destroyed for recipe plagiarism.

Poke. Poke. Poke.

Ji Yoonjun, or at least his current vesselʼs name, is currently prodding the protagonist gong with such an entertained yet scornful glare within those green eyes, having received his first, and only, duty in this universe.

A few hours ago...

After the World Hopper, Kyle Reen, woke up in Ji Yoonjunʼs body. The system sound rings in his head as soon as he wakes up as Ji Yoonjun.

[Ding! Congratulations for successfully entering an E-Class World, World Hopper no.192837465... A special Mission is given by the Lord God.]

[”Serve and Support the God of Void in this world.”]

[Completion of the special mission is 10 Million Points.]

World Hopper Kyle Reen spoke, ”A special mission? Is it something from the Lord God? Moreover it involves the God of Void, do you want me to die?!”

[The God of Void, Sovereign Ruler Ye wouldnʼt harm Sovereign Ruler Shenʼs people. Unless you did something unforgivable then this system would try my best to protect the host.]

”What would happen if I disagree?” Kyle Reen asked interestedly.

[The host would be erased.]

”WHAT!?” exclaimed World Hopper Kyle Reen.

[The existence of the God of Void in this planet is a top secret. That Venerable Lord had too many enemies after all. To prevent his location from being spread all hosts the rejected this mission had been scraped. They entered reincarnation so you wouldnʼt truly die but their cultivation was removed and can only begin as human or whatever race they are in their real world.]

[How about it? Are you interested now?]

Kyle Reen gritted his teeth and said, ”Itʼs not like I have a choice. I will accept the special mission.”

[Upon acceptance of the mission the plotʼs restrictions on you had disappeared. As long as you didnʼt intentionally kill the other aborigines in this world you can do anything you want.]

”Really!? This is the first time I donʼt have any plot to keep. This is amazing~” Kyle Reen said.

In the middle of the night, he heard someone hammering on his door. He thought it was an alcoholic who mistook his business for a pub, and when Lu Ming came over to this café seeking assistance, Kyle Reen also misunderstood him for a drunkard.

Back to the current timeline...

Ji Yoonjun keeps on poking Lu Mingʼs face with a disdainful look on his delicate face. His dislike for the scum... I mean protagonist gong can be seen just by his expression alone.

He mumbles, ”Is this thing still alive?”

Poke. poke. Poke.

Su Jin, who had just successfully reborn, noticed the situation and was taken aback by Ji Yoonjunʼs casual attitude toward the injured Lu Ming on the ground, who was ready to die from blood loss.

Su Jin shouted, ”AH! Yoonjun, you killed someone!? I told you before just ignore the drunkards at night.”

Ji Yoonjunʼs thoughts, ʼWow~ is he acting? He acted as if he didnʼt recognize his beloved.ʼ

”N-Nonsense! He fell on his own! What are you talking about, AʼJin? I didnʼt do it. This man keep knocking on the door and I thought it was a thief when I opened the door he fell.” Ji Yoonjun said as he avoided his fake friendʼs eyes as if he is guilty.

Su Jin said, ”You avoided him fainting and he fell on the ground?”

”He surprised me so... Hehe~ Su Jin, you carry him to the clinic next door. Old man should be awake and itʼs time for you to cook breakfast, okay?” Ji Yoonjun said.

Su Jin carried the unconscious Lu Ming on his back and replied to Ji Yoonjun, ”Okay, leave the breakfast to me! Wait for me, okay!”

Ji Yoonjun went in while yawning, obviously preparing to take a nap on the sofa, ”Yawns~ wake me up for breakfast.”

Su Jin asked the old man next door to treat Lu Ming and told him that he would come back to check on the patient after cooking breakfast.

The old doctor said, ”This man must be a gourmet hunter. The wounds on his body are caused by beast claws and nails. Donʼt worry, I stabilized his condition. He might wake up later as soon as his blood is replenished.”

”Then I will come back later to check on him,” Su Jin said.

The old doctor asked, ”Xiao Jin, ah. If your cafe is open, give this old man a bowl of egg porridge for breakfast.”

”Okay, leave it to me. I will deliver it as soon as itʼs done,” Su Jin said as he returned to the cafe across the street.

The moment Su Jin left, the friendly appearance of the old doctor disappeared, and he looked at the young hunter, who was pretending to be asleep all this time with an unfriendly expression on his face.

”Young man, I donʼt know what your plans are. But the two young men in that cafe are orphans, and they have been living quite nicely recently thanks to the cafe. If you are here to do not so likable things, listen to this old man and return to where the Lu Clan is,” the old doctor said. It seems his identity isnʼt as ordinary as he pretends.

Lu Ming, who was supposed to be asleep on the bed in the clinic, suddenly woke up. ”Iʼm not here for trouble, old man. I just heard that the food here is delicious. Iʼm supposed to come after hunting, but something bad happened in the Tornado Mountain Ranges.”

”Something happened in the mountain ranges.”

”The Hibernating Hill Lambs are going berserk for some reason. I donʼt know what happened but maybe there are new legendary-grade ingredients that grew in there.” Lu Ming said as he removed the IV on the back of his hand after he completed blood transfusion.

A serious expression appeared on the old doctorʼs face, ”If itʼs just a legendary ingredient then it can be handled. As long as it is not a beast wave.”

Growls~ This is the sound of Lu Mingʼs stomach asking for food.

Lu Ming said, ”Gramps, Iʼm hungry! My space ring is lost. Give me anything not cooked.”

Tsk!

This old doctor used to be a private doctor for the Lu Clan. He retired after his apprentice had grown enough to take his place. He made this clinic to pass his retirement in peace and live in this small village. Of course, he knows about this bratʼs illness.

Anorexia is an eating disorder that causes people to weigh less than is considered healthy for their age and height, usually through excessive weight loss. People with this disorder may have an intense fear of weight gain, even when they are underweight. They may diet or exercise too much or use other ways to lose weight.

He threw some edible herbs at Lu Ming, who munched on them like a goat nibbling on hay; it tasted bitter but satisfied his appetite. The old doctor glanced at this patient, who did not want to cure himself.

”Brat, you should eat properly. Why are you so afraid of getting fat? As a hunter, you only need to move around to lose it,” the old man said.

Lu Ming said, ”Itʼs not my problem if my nose would pick up the scent of food and make me puke. At least I can still bear it and eat fruits and vegetables like this. I wonʼt harm a chef as I canʼt blame them for their lack of talent. On the other hand, that person from the Mo wouldnʼt even eat it as long as it doesnʼt match his taste.

He would also punish those silly chefs for making him something akin to dirt for his tongue. I wonder how he still looks healthy after that kind of eating habits.”

”You are not good yourself. At least that man found a chef whose food he can eat, but you, on the other hand, are about to become a full-fledged vegetarian for eating nothing but fruits and vegetables,” the old doctor said.

After a while, a knock was heard outside the clinic, and the doctor glanced at Lu Ming, who pretended to be asleep once more as the doctor went to the entrance and welcomed Su Jin, who was delivering breakfast. Su Jin was carrying a huge pot filled with egg porridge, with tea eggs and pickled vegetables as side dishes for the old man, as well as another bowl with shrimp fried rice.

The old doctor said, ”Um? You gave too much; this old man canʼt eat this much.”

”Itʼs okay, doctor. I donʼt know when the patient would wake up. Just give it to him when he opens his eyes. Iʼm in charge of breakfast today and made a lot so itʼs okay. Iʼm going back now. Itʼs time to open the cafe,” Su Jin ran back after stealing a glance at Lu Ming on the bed

The old doctor observed such a sneak glance and understood that Su Jin had fallen for that useless child, Lu Ming. The thought of his cabbages being taken by a pig flooded his old heart, and he even kicked the bed in rage.

Bang!

”Wake up and try eating this. Xiao Jin made it with you in mind. Tsk! What the hell did he like about this useless thing!? Get up!” The old doctor said.

Lu Ming scratched his blonde hair as he looked at the unreasonable old man in front of him. He couldnʼt blame himself for being handsome, right? He was actually used to this kind of situation, where he would receive a gift wherever he went.

”You canʼt blame me one-sidedly, old man. I wonʼt eat. I canʼt eat it any... way?”

The scent of golden rice grains boiled with an egg of the White Vermillion Pheasant assaulted Lu Mingʼs nose, as did the scent of fried rice with the same ingredients; the difference is that the fried rice has a bit of sour plum and vegetables mixed in it, whereas the porridge had this plum and pickled vegetables as side dishes.

After smelling the scent of both the fried rice and the porridge, the old man was already drooling; the fried rice also appears to be wonderful, and he is willing to eat it because the brat is not going to eat anyhow.

”Good. Since you arenʼt going to eat everything is mine~ Hoho~ the fried rice of Xiao Jin is soft and delicious while Xiao Junʼs porridge really warms the stomach. Both their cooking had upgraded. hmm~”

The old man said this as he served himself a small bowl of porridge and a bowl of fried rice. He cannot eat much as an old man, and the servings were enough to feed a group of five. The old man was savoring his bowl of porridge when he noticed the picky brat scooping a small cup of fried rice into his bowl.

Growls. Growls.

The old man whispered, ”Just try a scoop. If itʼs something you canʼt eat, you can still bear a single scoop, right?”

As if convinced by the old man, Lu Ming looked at the golden fried rice that was enticing his appetite to eat, but his hand was still trembling as he tried to eat it. Lu Ming decided to taste a single scoop. If he truly couldnʼt eat it, he wouldnʼt try again.

”Itʼs do or die.”

”What the hell are you cursing for!?” The old man commented.

But who would have guessed that as soon as the fried rice touched his tongue, he felt each golden grain dissolve like cotton candy, and different flavors invaded his throat, and he could not stop scooping for more.

”Itʼs delicious~”
