Chapter 494: Chapter 211, The Power of the Great Demon_3

”Die, mortal!” The Wound Master was truly enraged, its giant sword slashed directly at Boris.

Although the Prince-Elector was still in a mortal body, he had long demonstrated his ability with his courage, will, and faith. His swordsmanship was skilled and superb, especially after years of battling the Beastmen, he had learned a set of tactics to combat massive creatures.

The speed of his sword was as swift as a storm, the blade sliced open the Great Nurgle Demon’s belly, the shadow of the sword severed the intestines. The Prince-Elector’s Holy Sword could easily cut through any steel, and the demon’s intestines were shredded like paper. Boris’s feint forced the Great Nurgle Demon to halt its attack, lest it would strike itself first.

Boris seized this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, he immediately delivered a swift slice, leaving his mark on the demon’s wrist. The painful Chaos Great Demon not only stalled its offensive but had to face the other attacking Holy Grail Knights. No less than three Holy Grail Knights’ blades pierced into its body.

”Uwaaaa!” The Wound Master let out a terrifying roar, its slow and bloated body suddenly exploded with enormous energy, its giant hand full of bumps and swellings slammed onto the ground. The earth shook, and the injured-wristed Chaos Great Demon swept with its shoulder, sending the three Holy Grail Knights flying with immense force, then it hurled chains at Boris, the heavy force of the chains knocked the Prince-Elector from his horse, then the giant sword in its hand fell from the sky.

Boris rolled away to evade, the Prince-Elector saw his beloved horse hacked into two, he cried out in pain, then with reddened eyes, he raised the Holy Sword.

The blade sliced upward, opening the Great Nurgle Demon’s chest.

Such pain made the Wound Master fallback repeatedly, but it suddenly smiled.

”You know nothing of the power of the Father!”

”What?” Boris lifted his head in disbelief, and then he witnessed a scene never to be forgotten for life.

Massive torrents of poisonous yellow-green fog frantically surged from the Wound Master, several knights involved in the siege were immediately sprayed directly.

The affected White Wolf Knights and Cheetah Knights immediately ceased moving. Under the toxic fog, these knights didn’t even have time to utter a last word before they were reduced to a pool of pus.

The only ones able to resist such poisonous fog were the Holy Grail Knights blessed by the Lake Fairy, but even they were severely affected within the fog. Since becoming Holy Grail Knights, immune to all ailments, they now coughed incessantly, their eyes stung by the fog. Their mounts, also protected and spared from harm, almost immediately fled, leading the Holy Grail Knights away from this terrifying place.

The protector necklace on Boris emitted a dazzling light, aiding the Prince-Elector in resisting the assault of the toxic fog. In the blink of an eye, a crack appeared on the gem of the necklace, and the Prince-Elector immediately understood the perilous situation. Almost instinctively, he sprinted backwards, attempting to escape death.

”Uuahhh~ foolish mortal! Ha!” The Wound Master trudged its heavy steps toward Boris: ”You cannot resist the power of the Father God, enjoy the Father’s gifts!”

”No way!” Amidst the poisonous fog, a youthful voice rang out. He leapt high, the golden Griffin Warhammer directly smashed into the Great Nurgle Demon’s skull: ”Skull Shatter!”

”Aaaah!” The Wound Master screamed miserably, its head struck by the warhammer, the Chaos Great Demon instinctively swatted the attacker away, sending him flying like a kite with a broken string, crashing onto the solid ground, rolling several times.

”You’re not afraid of my poison?” Chaos Great Demon spoke with surprise and doubt, gazing unbelievably at the sprawled Holy Grail Knight on the ground.

”One cannot live without faith.” Laine struggled to stand from the ground.

The Divine Chosen Champion’s face contorted, his face covered with mud, his body stained with dust, and even his cloak was shredded like a rag, but none of this concealed the frenzy and resolve in his eyes. Laine used the longsword to brace himself, struggled to rise, the Goddess of Revenge burned with white flames, the deadly fog seemed to have no effect on this Divine Chosen Champion.

”Your opponent is me!” Laine raised the Goddess of Revenge and charged towards the Wound Master.

”Then come, human!”
