Undead Mage from a Cell

Chapter 1219: Chapter 1217: Purple Armor Deal

As for the treasure on the side of the Golden Tree Elf, Kro’s words carried more of a nostalgic tone, and Gu Xi didn’t hear any regret.

It’s just that Gu Xi is not sure if this time Kro is truly frightened by the endless enemies that keep appearing, and has sprouted the idea of retreating in his heart.

He wants to transport all the gold in the Golden Tree Elf’s treasure, exchange it for a large sum of money, and find a place to live out the rest of his life.

But with only three days left, at worst, Gu Xi can act as a free porter again, helping Kro to transport the gold out. The farther Human Realm should be willing to receive this gold.

Kro doesn’t know what Gu Xi is thinking, and he is still babbling about his discoveries on the side of the Golden Tree Elf.

At this time, Gu Xi’s subordinates have also cleared the battlefield.

The slain Giant Dragons and Bone Dragons were all sent back to Yalidu City.

Having tidied up everything, Gu Xi looked at Kro.

”It’s about time, we should get going.”

Kro nodded, and when Gu Xi released the Holy Silver Evil Coffin, he quickly tied all sorts of things to both sides of the Holy Silver Evil Coffin and climbed onto it himself.

And this is exactly the time for Gu Xi to show off.

Instead of climbing onto the Holy Silver Evil Coffin as before, he stepped forward slowly and flew onto the Holy Silver Evil Coffin.

Seeing Gu Xi fly up like this, Kro’s mood improved slightly.

”Is this a new ability you’ve acquired?”

”Yes, I just got a pair of shoes, they feel pretty good to wear.”

As Gu Xi was speaking, a frog-like thing broke through the void and jumped in front of Gu Xi.

Gu Xi reached out and grabbed the frog-like thing.

”You really can’t speak of someone behind their back; I was just muttering a few words, and a message came from your side.”

It turned out this frog was a contact method left by Gu Xi when he communicated with Su Jie at Pei Xin City Railway Station last time.

Except over the past six months, they hadn’t contacted each other a few times, with just this one contact method at most.

Who knows what’s going on with Su Jie this time.

So Gu Xi reached out and patted the frog’s back, and the frog spat out a note.

The note was written quite casually, but Gu Xi could see the meaning on the note.

Su Jie had just completed her temporary task, only she was alone, having slain three dragons, and got a piece of purple equipment, but the negative effect was too significant, so much that even someone as brave as Su Jie couldn’t withstand it.

But it’s a purple armor after all, it’s a pity to just throw it away like that.

So Su Jie sent this message to a group, asking if anyone she knew was willing to take it.

She wasn’t charging extra money, nor was she exchanging for better purple armor, she just wanted to know if there were any medicines or items to dissolve the negative effects of the purple armor.

It can be seen that during this period, Su Jie had accumulated even more negative effects.

”I have something, I can exchange it with a Grass Returning Pill.”

After looking at the attached purple armor description, Gu Xi thought for a moment and finally made his decision.

After all, no one would mind having more purple armor, no matter how strong the negative effects are; doesn’t the Death Incarnation wear it all the same without issues?

Moreover, Gu Xi also noticed that the purple armor that Su Jie offered this time was actually just with some bigger negative effects; otherwise, it could be considered a superb piece.

[Titan’s Fury (Purple, One-Handed Sword)]

[Attack: 110-130]

[Equipped Attribute: Power +3, Constitution +5]

[Equipment Requirements: Power 7, Constitution 7]

[Special 1: Skinning Knife, can easily cut through dragon scales and dragon skin, directly ignoring the physical and magic defense of the Dragon Race, bringing the most direct harm to them.]

[Special Impact 1: After wearing the equipment and activating the Skinning Knife effect once, a piece of skin will automatically be cut off every day, with the size being random and no smaller than 30 square centimeters.]

[Special 2: Lightning Blade, the blade comes with lightning, boosting all lightning attack power by 10 times. By infusing the sword with lightning power, it can unleash a powerful electric shock to enemies.]

[Special Impact 2: After wearing the equipment and activating the Lightning Blade effect once, you will endure a Celestial Thunder attack every day. If you fail to resist, all the flesh of the equipment bearer will become a part of the equipment.]

[Special 3: Dragon Slaying Strike, upon encountering a Giant Dragon, attack power is boosted by 10 times, and when attacking a Giant Dragon, it will cause bleeding and poisoning effects which no Giant Dragon can be immune to.]

[Special Impact 3: After wearing the equipment and activating Dragon Slaying Strike once, you will become a sworn enemy of the Giant Dragons, and any Giant Dragon that sees you will attack regardless of friend or foe.]

[Note: To you, this seems like a one-handed sword, but to the Titan, it’s just a small dagger for skinning Giant Dragons.]

Although the negative effects seemed very strong, Gu Xi was quite interested in the attributes of this Titan’s Fury.

Gu Xi’s Death Incarnation-Titan can just make good use of it.

So Gu Xi only glanced at the attributes and agreed immediately.

He even took out a Grass Returning Pill on the spot, and had an owl deliver it over.

After finishing this matter, Gu Xi said to Kro: ”We’re all set, let’s get going.”

While Gu Xi was reading the message, Kro didn’t interrupt, so now that things were settled, Gu Xi made sure to communicate with Kro.

At this moment, the Holy Silver Evil Coffin had begun moving on its own.

As long as it had a map, the Holy Silver Evil Coffin would move automatically, without even needing to glance at it.

The map provided by Kro was extremely detailed, so even someone with just eyes wouldn’t make a mistake.

With the powerful level of the Holy Silver Evil Coffin, how could it not find the way? Under Gu Xi’s orders, the Holy Silver Evil Coffin quickly hit the road, and its speed kept increasing, finally leaping into the darkness with this acceleration.

When the speed of the Holy Silver Evil Coffin reached its peak, Gu Xi then turned his gaze to Kro.

”There was just a message I needed to reply to.”

”No problem, it only took a few minutes anyway. Right, I just saw you send out some kind of fruit, what’s that?”

”That’s called a Grass Returning Pill, it’s a special effect fruit. Its price is relatively high, but coincidentally, I have some growing, so I can get some. Let me think, this should suit you.”

As Gu Xi was speaking, he took out a black, sewage-like fruit.

This fruit looked like a chubby pear, with a baby face on its surface, different from the Grass Returning Pill like a baby that Gu Xi had seen before.

”Here, this is for you, after eating it, you can gain ten years of life; anyone can eat it.”

Initially wanting to refuse, Kro’s eyes widened upon hearing the attributes of the Grass Returning Pill, and he immediately took it.

He earnestly said to Gu Xi.

”Thank you!”
