Starting as a Mechanical Hunter

Time flies, and soon a month has passed.

During this month, the construction of the three bases was in full swing. A large number of genetic slaves were granted amnesty and became civilians. They were given houses and shop spaces at extremely low prices. Those with skills opened their own shops, while those without skills underwent three months of technical training.

As for teenagers under the age of 18, they will be assigned to different academies.

Three academies sprang up: Mecha Academy, Hunter Academy, Equipment Academy.

The establishment of the three academies brought Gao Gong a total of 300,000 alliance experience points.

At the same time, a massive mechanical network began to unfold, centered around the three oases.

’Di di di——’

Alliance Points: 13512

Note: A thriving local influence force, with exclusive technology and production bases, everything seems so beautiful — except the boss is about to run away

’Tsk, the system’s sarcasm remains as usual.’

The alliance points serve as a comprehensive standard to measure an alliance’s strength. The upper limit for a Level 1 Civilization is 100,000 points, and for a Level 2 Civilization, it’s 1 million, and so on.

According to the system, the ”Mechanical Hunter” is a local group with distinct characteristics and strength. Its only drawback perhaps is its small scale.

But under Director Du’s ambitious expansion plans, this alliance’s points will soon skyrocket.

Moreover, he had a deep conversation with Gaia, who agreed to make the ”Land of Flames” the first place to be liberated.

The warriors of Flame Pass will soon appear within the territories of other warlords.

Gao Gong squinted and opened the task system. As expected, the completion rate of the job change task ”Machine Ecosystem” had reached 90%.

Actually, it can change jobs at 60%, but Gao Gong kept delaying because the higher the completion rate, the more rewards.

[Job change task completed, No. 3 Factory Intermediate Worker transferred to No. 2 Factory Advanced Worker]

[You gained the talent ’Son of Transformation’]

[You gained the skill ’Advanced Mechanical Maintenance’]

[Acquired a large blueprint]

One talent, one skill, one blueprint, not bad.

Gao Gong didn’t have time to look at these instructions and immediately pulled the panel down.

[You acquired profession knowledge ’Energy Development’]

[You acquired profession knowledge ’Composite Materials’]

[You acquired profession knowledge ’Large Engineering’]

’Energy Development’ is professional knowledge for creating energy systems, such as the prerequisites for wind power plants, coal power plants, and nuclear power stations.

’Composite Materials’ can turn decay into magic. Some advanced metal materials, such as Gao Gong’s ’Titanium Alloy Mechanical Bone’, came from this process.

’Large Engineering’ goes without saying. It’s a must-have option for any large project—electricity, mining, smelting, railways. Without it, nothing can be achieved. It’s known as the end of civil engineering.

Without further ado, he directly used ’Alliance Experience’ and maxed out the No. 2 Factory Advanced Worker and the three professional knowledge.

[You increased No. 2 Factory Advanced Worker to lv2, Agility +3, Endurance +2]

[You increased No. 2 Factory Advanced Worker to lv3, Agility +3, Endurance +3]

[You increased No. 2 Factory Advanced Worker to lv4, Agility +4, Endurance +5]

[You increased No. 2 Factory Advanced Worker to lv5 max, Agility +5, Endurance +4, Personality +1]

[You gained the title of Master of Manufacturing]

The higher the level of the Sub-Profession, the more exaggerated the attribute gains. A full set increased agility by 15 and endurance by 14.

However, why is agility slightly higher than endurance? Is the system encouraging me to flee with a bucket?

Moreover, does brick-moving actually increase personality? Is there such a good thing?

The attribute points gained this time are quite considerable. It took Gao Gong some time to adapt, feeling the continuous surge of energy within him, Gao Gong was very satisfied.

In fact, whether Gao Gong is satisfied or not doesn’t matter, as long as Director Du is satisfied.

This time, the level-up for professional + knowledge cost Gao Gong another 600,000 experience.

The extent of this experience consumption.

It’s no wonder players can’t reach the endgame easily.

Gao Gong switched the panel to the ’Knowledge Tree’ menu, and indeed, a line of professional knowledge was fully illuminated.

[Industrial Materials Science], [Mechanical Transformation], [Mechanical Electronics Engineering], [Exoskeleton Design], [Energy Development], [Composite Materials], [Large Engineering]

All maxed out, including this profession, Factory Worker, which also completed the 3rd Transformation, reaching full level 20.

[Do you want to merge this sequence of professional knowledge, consuming 1.5 million experience?]

[Yes]

The next moment, the eight pieces of professional knowledge shone brightly and overlapped. Gao Gong seemed to see one ’phantom’ after another, showing one massive mechanical engineering after another.

[Merging completed, acquiring Level 2 Professional Knowledge Chain - Mechanical Complex]

Mechanical Complex: In any Mechanical Civilization, the manufacturing of machines is the creation of life, and the construction of large mechanical projects is a new life ecology.

Any large mechanical project concerning mechanical life requires using this professional knowledge chain.

Planet Host, Mother City, Cyber Network Infrastructure are all related to this professional knowledge chain. Its importance is self-evident.

But Gao Gong was a bit troubled.

Because this professional knowledge chain does not belong to any of the three Level 2 Civilizations on this planet.

It is a professional knowledge chain of pure Mechanical Civilization.

He racked his brains, exploring clues on ’Prosthetic Technology’, ’Reproduction Technology’, and ’Biotechnology’, and none were fulfilled, yet the Factory Worker profession seems to max out effortlessly.

Is this predicting something?

The difference between a professional knowledge chain and professional knowledge is that, as a ’Super Knowledge’, it can self-disassemble.

Gao Gong dragged the ’Mechanical Complex’ into the manufacturing panel and indeed saw a disassemble option.

The experience cap is 80,000, the sum of all professional knowledge.

[Do you want to disassemble the ’Mechanical Complex’?]

[Yes]

[You acquired a large blueprint, Low Orbit Satellite Fragment]

[Do you want to disassemble the ’Mechanical Complex’?]

[Yes]

[You acquired a large blueprint, Giant Dock Fragment]

[Do you want to disassemble the ’Mechanical Complex’?]

[Yes]

[You acquired a medium blueprint, Large Mecha Fragment*1(1/3)]

…

Gao Gong disassembled ten times, resulting in mostly incomplete blueprints, a few marked with incomplete quantities, and one or two were simply trash blueprints.

Spending 80,000 experience each time, this is not how even the wealthy play.

Among the ten blueprints, the most valuable is the large mecha blueprint, the only one possibly completing on this planet.

In his previous life as a leader of a virtual civilization, before completing total virtualization, he had been a construction maniac for a while, building super hosts across the planet and star systems, and even attempted to replicate the ’Cosmic Monument’. Of course, this attempt ultimately failed, but he gained a lot in the process.

All kinds of ’Machine Wills’ were born during this process.

[Do you want to disassemble the ’Mechanical Complex’?]

[Yes]

[You acquired a Level 6 Mechanical Blueprint, Mechanical Shell]

[Do you want to disassemble the ’Mechanical Complex’?]

[Yes]

[You acquired a Level 6 Biological Blueprint, Machine Blood]

[Do you want to disassemble the ’Mechanical Complex’?]

[Yes]

[You acquired a Level 6 Mechanical Blueprint, Industrial Wisdom Network]

Gradually, the embryonic form of a ’Machine Will’ began to piece together.
