His Beloved Treasure

Chapter 1919: Chapter 550: Kiss Me Quickly (3)

However, as soon as she thought about his indifferent attitude towards others, she felt he was fulfilling her wish. Recalling how much effort he had put into her grandmother’s matters, Yang Qin was genuinely moved and couldn’t help but steal a glance at him.

After leaving the hotel, Mu Yichen told Yang Qin to head back by herself, and he drove home.

Qin Mu and Feng Fanghua had just returned home, and Feng Fanghua complained about her aching back and went for a nap. Qin Mu was about to head upstairs when Mu Yichen arrived.

Qin Mu heard someone talking at the door and glanced over. She saw the aunt greeting Mu Yichen, who was already very close to her.

”Weren’t you at a social event?”

”Finished with that, nothing to do this afternoon!”

”Oh! So!”

Qin Mu looked at him questioningly, with a vague feeling that he wanted to spend the entire afternoon with her, and moreover...

”Then let’s rest! Go nap?”

Sure enough, Mu always has a knack for saying just what’s on his mind.

Qin Mu noticed that Mu Yichen recently developed a new hobby — sleeping!

”I plan to draw this afternoon!”

Qin Mu replied sensibly.

”Draw? Aren’t you resting? No drawing allowed!”

Mu Yichen immediately frowned upon hearing her words, quickly bent down, and effortlessly scooped her legs up, carrying her over his shoulder.

Qin Mu was so startled she nearly fainted; suddenly, she was lifted upside down.

No need to be this dramatic even if it’s to sleep, as if she can’t walk on her own.

”Even my auntie has backed off because of you!”

Mu Yichen forcefully kicked the door closed, tossing her onto bed, while she endured the discomfort to say.

”Isn’t that perfect?”

Mu Yichen spoke while undressing.

Qin Mu...

”It’s just a midday nap, no need to undress!”

”When I’m at home, I sleep however I feel comfortable!”

Mu always had ’deprived for too long’ written all over his face. Qin Mu looked at his seductive demeanor and didn’t dare to say anything further, just watched him undress.

”Not undressing?”

Mu Yichen asked while stripping off.

”Hmm! I’m not undressing! I’m going to draw later!”

Although Qin Mu’s voice was soft, it was firm. Mu Yichen wasn’t angry but quickly discarded his clothes onto the floor and leaped onto her.

But not onto the bed, onto her.

Qin Mu suddenly felt pressed upon and raised her chin with difficulty: ”What are you doing?”

”I’m suffocating here, what do you think?”

”But...”

”You haven’t tried other methods!”

Mu Yichen’s breathing grew rough, making Qin Mu somewhat nervous. Her abdomen was exceptionally flat, and she couldn’t help but quietly remind him: ”I’m tired!”

”Are you just placating your husband? Can you be genuine?”

”Mu Yichen, you...”

”Kiss me!”

”You...”

”Hurry, kiss me!”

He was the type that could be serious and his words seemed very inappropriate.

Qin Mu was speechless for a moment, knowing she couldn’t argue with him, so she lifted her head and gently pressed her lips against his, then threw herself back onto the bed.

Mu Yichen furrowed his brows with discontent and asked, ”Is this all I get?”

”Okay then! You can do whatever you want now, deal with me already!”

Seeing his dissatisfied look, Qin Mu knew she couldn’t satisfy him, so she spread her arms, pretending to show a selfless gesture.

Mu Yichen thought he heard wrong, suddenly widened his eyes, staring at the despairing woman beneath him.

”Do as I please? What can you handle now? All fragile.”

Mu Yichen abruptly rolled off her, displeased, glaring at her slender frame. Ever since her father’s passing, no one knew how much weight she lost; there used to be some flesh around her waist to feel, now it seems to be just bones.

Qin Mu silently glanced at him, noticing the resentment in his eyes, then tried to quietly turn around to face away from him.

For some reason, she suddenly felt like laughing.

However, seeing her turning, Mu Yichen immediately grabbed her shoulder to stop her: ”From now on, no more turning away from me!”

Qin Mu...

”Come to my arms!”

He said again, still lying in that position.

Qin Mu then reluctantly moved closer to him.

Mu Yichen looked down at the woman in his embrace, feeling slightly comforted.

”From now on, eat properly every day, can you do that?”

Mu Yichen asked her in a deep voice.

Qin Mu felt like she was experiencing an illusion, seeing in Mu’s eyes a message saying ’if you don’t eat well, I’m the one who suffers.’

”Hmm!”

Thus, she blinked and answered earnestly.
