Counterfeit Hero

Chapter 1499: Chapter 25: Blitz (8)_2

From the perspective of one hundred Judger mech knights in the Frenso Town battle zone, Bellif can conclude that the reason why Frenso Town’s forces have gone silent is more likely due to the enemy’s electronic blockade, where the front-line commander focused on battle has no urgent need to contact command.

With one hundred Judgers, they can break through any enemy information blockade. As long as they are willing, and if there is an urgent need, they can dispatch Mechas to contact command.

Bellif easily convinced himself.

He has ample confidence in the battle plan he has been planning for so long and has a profound understanding of the power of the Judgers. This leaves him with no reason to worry.

However, necessary preparations still need to be made. Known for his stability and meticulousness, his first reaction to any minor variable is always to nip it in the bud before it escalates.

”Order the reserve forces to assemble in advance.” Bellif pulled up a confidential document from the SkyNet system. The document marked several key locations guarding Sunset Mountain and the command center.

For this battle, he prepared nearly forty Armored Divisions, with reserves controlled in hand except for those in the Frenso Battlefield and Sunset Mountain Battle Zone.

Although these troops are still in the rear and will take time to complete gathering mobilization, doing things in advance is never wrong.

If Sunset Mountain breaks through, these ten divisions can advance along the opened passage and cooperate with the main force to complete this battle, and if any issues arise, these reserve forces can play roles of reinforcement, protection, and altering the situation.

The cost is merely material consumption, allowing the Empire to collect a bit more in taxes.

”Yes!” The commanding Colonel aided in salute.

He knows Bellif prepared ten reserve forces and that these troops have completed most of the preliminary work in their respective bases. In less than ten hours, they can be brought up, and within twenty hours, form a backup line behind Sunset Mountain.

This is the most distinctive feature of Bellif’s personal command style.

No matter how meticulous the battle plan is, when the battle reaches a certain point, he will pull up a patch from his system. The less favorable the situation, the more patches there are, and if the situation is favorable, these patches are fewer.

No one knows the level of detail his plans are made, but the staff present, who have followed him for this long, have never seen him unable to produce a contingency plan.

The turned and ordered staff couldn’t think of how the planned Sunset Mountain offensive, combined with the pressure exerted to its critical point on each defense line, plus Judgers and Bellif’s added insurance behind Sunset Mountain...

This battle, how can it possibly fail.

The prelude to the great battle is gradually unfolding. People inside and outside the field are busy with their own tasks.

While Bellif stared at the electronic sand table and added an insurance for this war, the Flurry Alliance Resk Army Command Center was operating at full speed, bustling with activity, and the atmosphere was tense to the extreme.

As twenty Fei Alliance Armored Divisions well-equipped were ready to go on the east of Sunset Mountain, on the west side, the Western Alliance had assembled heavy forces, eyeing fiercely.

The bandit army First Armored Division’s Special Forces Camp, under Stiller’s leadership, is striking out everywhere, harassing the Western Alliance’s attack positions. Five Judger teams are showing their colors on the Sunset Mountain Defense Line, stirring up turmoil.

The Western Alliance people are guessing what exactly happened in Frenso Town, where they lost contact. On their SkyNet screens, Frenso Town is still marked with their forces.

The Fei Alliance People, however, are waiting.

Waiting for the forces departing from Frenso Town to sweep all foes northward!

Different times, different spaces, different characters are interwoven in this war. Various aspects of life, with the activation of fate’s Trojan horse, are rotating in the music.

The capital Hydefield of the Feiyang Republic.

Less than five minutes’ drive from the central business district is the famous wetland ”Green Bay” forest park’s western side, with a manor sprawling nearly five hectares.

Beyond the tightly guarded manor gate is a path paved with hard bluestone. The path winds through a lovely lawn and serene woods, extending towards a villa themed in white and coffee colors.

Sunlight filtered through the massive umbrella-shaped canopy of a large tree, sprinkling into the villa’s second-floor swimming pool’s clear waters.

With a graceful figure diving in, ripples spread, and splashes fly. Moments later, an elegant body emerges from the just-calmed water. That fair skin, exquisite and enticing curves, resemble a jumping white dolphin.

”I know returning from the front lines always poses great risks,” Barbara wiped water droplets off her face, glanced at the shore, and swam backstroke across the pool. Amid the flying jade arms and splashing water, her voice came through, ”However, compared to the operation we’re about to begin, leaving one’s post is merely an insignificant offense.”

”I only have two hours,” Leefer stood by the shore, quietly watching his sister, his voice deep and solemn.

He was still wearing his uniform, his slender and upright stature akin to a javelin. Just by standing casually, he exuded extraordinary charm.

”Still not willing to try getting in the water?” Barbara holding onto the poolside across the pool tilted her head slightly, her fair and graceful neck as beautiful as a swan.
