While flying, Evan took out a map from his Storage Ring to confirm that he was moving in the right direction.

After seeing that he wasn’t going in the wrong direction, he put away the map and flapped his wings.

”I should reach the Dream Forest by noon tomorrow...” He muttered under his breath as he continued to fly.

As he flew, he couldn’t help but miss Lia, as he could always talk to her before. But now that he was alone, he found himself starting to feel bored after only a few hours of flying.

To distract himself, Evan began thinking about how to maximize the power of his Wind Monarch skill.

’For single-target attacks, I can use things like Wind Bullet, Wind Blades, or something similar. For buffs, I have Wind Aura. For movement, I can utilize Wings of Wind. For surveillance, I have Wind Detection, and for control, I have Shackles of Wind...’ Evan pondered as he looked at the passing scenery.

’The thing I’m lacking now is a powerful area-of-effect attack. Something that sweeps away everything around me without leaving anything behind.’

Evan once again recalled the Thunder Field skill that he had used inside the guard office, and his mind began to work.

’I can make something like that. I just need to replace that lightning with wind.’

Evan flew throughout the morning and took some rest in the afternoon. After resting for a while and eating something, he continued flying toward the Dream Forest.

Just like this, the entire day passed.

During this time, he already had an idea about how to use Wind Monarch for a large-scale area attack.

At night, Evan made a camp at a relatively safe place and set up an alarm around his campsite, as he wasn’t going to stay awake and keep watch all night.

After testing Wind Monarch and flying all day, he was really tired and needed to sleep.

Once the alarm was set up, he ate the food that he had brought with him, and after filling his stomach, he immediately went to sleep.

Because of how tired he was, he fell asleep only a few minutes after lying down.

Nothing happened during the night, and Evan woke up full of energy the next day.

After eating breakfast, he once again flew toward the Dream Forest, and around two hours later, the outline of a forest gradually appeared on the horizon.

Evan’s eyes lit up when he saw this, and he increased his speed.

Soon, he reached his destination and landed right before the Dream Forest.

This forest was completely different from the Dark Forest.

There were no residential cities around this forest because, unlike the Dark Forest, where magical beasts rarely came out of the forest, the magical beasts of the Dream Forest occasionally came out in groups.

Because of this, no residential city had been established near the forest. Otherwise, the city would have to face attacks from magical beasts continuously.

Another thing that Evan noticed was that he couldn’t see a single person as far as his eyes could see.

But it was also understandable.

Unlike the Dark Forest, where most people entered from near Rivo City, there was nothing around the Dream Forest.

With no fixed entrance area, people entered from all directions, so it was natural that he didn’t see anyone around the area where he had landed.

”Let’s rest for a while before entering the forest,” Evan muttered before sitting down under a tree to recover his energy.

Around half an hour later, he returned to perfect condition and finally entered the forest.

As he stepped inside, Evan found the environment of the Dream Forest to be completely different from the Dark Forest.

The trees in the Dream Forest weren’t as thick as those in the Dark Forest, allowing sunlight to easily enter the forest.

And not even two minutes after entering, Evan could already feel many presences nearby with the help of Wind Detection.

However, all of them were unranked magical beasts that posed no threat to him, so he continued moving forward while paying close attention to his surroundings.

’All the magical beasts in this forest move in packs.’

Evan soon noticed another thing that was different from the Dark Forest.

In the Dark Forest, only magical beasts in the Inner Zone moved in groups. In the Outer Zone, very few magical beasts moved in groups, with most of them living alone.

But here, all the magical beasts that Evan sensed were moving in groups, with none of them alone.

Around twenty minutes later, Evan suddenly felt seven presences approaching him.

However, after sensing that all of them were unranked magical beasts, he felt reassured.

Soon, the seven magical beasts walked out from behind the trees and appeared in front of him.

All seven of them looked like hyenas, but they were two meters tall, and their eyes were deep yellow. There were sharp spikes protruding from their tails, looking capable of piercing even hard stones.

Growl! Growl!

The instant they saw Evan, all seven of them showed their sharp teeth and growled at him.

But Evan didn’t care about their threat, and his eyes flickered slightly.

”I can test the full power of Chaotic Wind Field on these guys,” He muttered, thinking about the idea of a group attack that he had developed in his mind.

Seeing that Evan was standing in the same place without moving, the magical beasts’ eyes glowed slightly and the next instant, all seven of them charged at him.

For unranked magical beasts, their agility was quite fast.

But in Evan’s eyes, there was no difference between them and snails.

He waited for the hyenas to come closer, and when they were just ten meters away, his eyes glowed with green light.

The surrounding wind suddenly picked up, spinning rapidly around him within a ten-meter diameter.

As the wind spun, small-sized Wind Bullets, Wind Blades, rapidly spinning spears, and many other wind-based weapons began to appear within it.

The wind spun around him faster and faster, turning into a terrifying grinding machine in an instant.

Inside this rapidly spinning wind field, countless small-sized wind blades, bullets, spears, and many other things spun along with it.

The seven magical beasts were caught inside the moment they reached near Evan.

They tried to resist the pulling force of the wind, but the next instant—

Rip! Puchi!

Small wind bullets and wind blades struck their bodies, making them howl in pain.

At the same time, they lost their focus, and the rapidly spinning wind pulled them along with it, tossing them around amid the countless wind blades and bullets.

Standing at the center, Evan watched as the seven magical beasts were engulfed inside the Chaotic Wind Field.

Their skin peeled away, and their flesh was torn apart as the color of the spinning wind slowly turned crimson because of their blood.

The magical beasts struggled for only a few seconds before seven notifications flashed before Evan’s eyes.

[You have killed an Unranked Wild Hyena Level 21.]

[You have killed an Unranked Wild Hyena Level 15.]

[You have killed an Unranked Wild Hyena Level 22.]

[You have killed - - - -]

Evan immediately stopped using Chaotic Wind Field, and a pile of flesh, bones, and blood dropped to the ground.

”The power is far greater than I thought...” He muttered and looked at his mana points, seeing that he had lost about 100 points of mana in just a few seconds.

But considering the power of the attack and its range, he felt it was worth it.

”Even a Rank One magical beast won’t be able to survive for long once trapped inside,” Evan chuckled and started moving deeper into the forest.
