World Evolution: Starting With The Wind Monarch

There were three ruling powers on Planet Zarth: the Stellar Empire, the Molva Empire, and the Celestial Empire.

Evan was currently living in the Stellar Empire.

The Stellar Empire was ruled by the Royal Stellar Family.

Below the Royal Family were many noble families who helped them govern the empire, and below the noble families were commoners.

Unlike the Stellar Empire, which was ruled by humans, the Molva Empire was a nation of Magical Beasts and monsters.

Once a Magical Beast reached Rank Two, its intelligence could become comparable to that of a human.

Of course, not all Magical Beasts and monsters were able to overcome their instincts and gain high intelligence.

There were also many beasts who, despite reaching Rank Two, continued to behave like ordinary beasts.

It had been two hundred years since the people of Planet Zarth had begun to evolve.

During this time, many Magical Beasts and monsters reached Rank Two and gained intelligence.

When these intelligent Magical Beasts and monsters came together, they eventually created their own nation—the Molva Empire.

Moreover, the offspring of these intelligent Magical Beasts and monsters inherited their abilities from birth. Most of the time, they were far more intelligent than ordinary beasts from the moment they were born.

In fact, since Rank Three Magical Beasts could take human form, their offspring were born with the ability to take human form as well.

Unlike normal Magical Beasts, who needed to reach Rank Three before they could take human form, the offspring of these high-level Magical Beasts could transform into human form immediately after reaching Rank One.

During these two hundred years, the Molva Empire flourished rapidly.

Now, whether in terms of strength or many other aspects, it was no weaker than the Stellar Empire itself.

There had been a huge conflict in the past when humans discovered that the Magical Beasts were creating their own empire.

The leaders of the human race wanted to destroy the Molva Empire because they considered its rapid growth a huge threat.

When the war broke out, there were countless casualties on both sides.

However, as the war continued, the leaders of both sides gradually realized that such a conflict would only lead to mutual destruction.

In the end, the leaders of both sides reached an agreement, and the current relationship between humans and the Molva Empire was established.

It had now been more than one hundred and thirty years since the creation of the Molva Empire, and humans and the people of the Molva Empire had developed a very good relationship.

The Celestial Empire was similar to the Stellar Empire and was also ruled by humans.

The structure of the empire was mostly the same.

Noble families helped the Celestial Family rule over the empire, and below the nobles were ordinary people.

”How is your condition?” Alfred asked Evan while they were having breakfast.

”The potion Grandma gave me is really effective. I am almost fully healed.”

Evan said while clenching and unclenching the hand that had been broken before.

”Since you are leaving tomorrow, have you prepared everything?”

”What’s there to prepare?”

Evan shrugged as he stuffed a piece of egg into his mouth.

”All the things I need are already inside my Storage Ring.”

As he spoke, a look of interest flashed in Evan’s eyes.

”By the way, Grandpa, the academy is located in the Capital. But it isn’t the Capital of the Stellar Empire, right?”

Alfred nodded at Evan’s question.

”The Capital of the Stellar Empire is Star City. If the academy were located there, people would simply say that it was located in Star City instead of calling it the Capital every time it was mentioned.”

Alfred looked at Evan and asked calmly.

”What do you even know about the academy you are planning to attend?”

Evan thought for a moment before answering.

”I don’t know much. I only know that the academy is the best place to learn about Evolvers and increase your strength and most of the dungeons on Planet Zarth are also controlled by it.”

He paused for a moment before continuing.

”Every year, people from all over the world, whether they are from the Celestial Empire, the Molva Empire, or the Stellar Empire, come to join the academy.”

Evan stopped after saying this as this was the general summary he had read about the academy in some books and did not know much.

Alfred nodded at Evan’s words and spoke.

”The Capital where the academy is located is not the capital of any of the three empires. You can say that it is the Capital of Planet Zarth, existing outside the influence of any of the three empires.”

Alfred paused for a moment before adding,

”The academy is actually not as simple as it appears on the surface. In fact, it is a place where even the rulers of the three empires don’t dare to act rashly.”

Evan’s eyes narrowed slightly when he heard Alfred’s words and he couldn’t help but think about what Alfred had said earlier.

’The Capital of Planet Zarth...’ He muttered inwardly.

’Why would they need to create a Capital for the entire planet?’

Seeing Evan lost in thought, Venisa gently patted his head.

”You don’t need to think too much about it. Just do what you want to do.”

Evan came out of his thoughts when he heard Venisa’s voice and nodded.

’Forget it. I’ll find out whether my guess is correct or not once I go there myself.’

Alfred soon finished his breakfast.

”Although there are many things I want to tell you about this so-called academy, you will learn most of them once you reach the Capital...” He stood up from the chair and turned around to leave.

”Since you plan to leave tomorrow, you should rest today and return to your peak condition.”

Seeing him leaving, Evan quickly stopped him.

”Grandpa, do we have some low-quality armors?”

Alfred stopped and looked back at him.

”We have plenty of low-quality armor. Why are you asking?”

Evan didn’t answer.

Instead, he immediately stuffed the rest of his breakfast into his mouth and stood up.

”Just show me where they are.” A slight gleam appeared in Evan’s eyes.

’Let’s evolve the Wolf Robe before leaving.’
