Warhammer Divine Throne

PS. Some readers say what is the Holy Grail Knight, T4 cavalry, trash that can’t even beat little chicken knights. I just want to say, don’t take game data as the benchmark. The game needs balance, but in military records and background settings, the Holy Grail Knight is the top cavalry of the Old World. By the way, the Old World, Dragon Prince is not part of the Old World.

PS2. This chapter is 4,700 words, enjoy reading!

Under the cold winter snow, Angerong was hammering an iron ingot with a great hammer. When he saw Laine arriving, he tossed the great hammer aside and laughed heartily: ”Brother? You’re back?”

”Yes, elder brother, I am back. What are you doing here?” Laine walked in and then introduced Veronica with a gesture: ”This is my elder brother, my blood brother, named Angerong.”

”Hello! Mister Angerong!” Veronica sweetly said unexpectedly, then bowed in greeting: ”I am Veronica, Veronica Bernadotte, Laine’s magic consultant and also his woman.”

Jialan Witch could immediately tell that this towering knight’s power was unfathomable.

”Hehehe~ hello.” Angerong originally didn’t want to pay much attention to the witch, but after hearing the last sentence, he felt the need to extend some courtesy. Thus, the World-Devourer Primarch nodded to acknowledge the greeting, showing a relatively amiable attitude: ”Hello, Lady Bernadotte, you with Laine can just call me Angerong.”

”Yes, Brother Angerong!” Jialan Witch promptly seized the opportunity but did not appear overly familiar; she simply held Laine’s hand and returned to her taciturn state beside Laine.

”Laine, my brother, you know that I lack a handy weapon right now.” Angerong indicated for everyone to come inside to escape the snow: ”Just right, this dwarf has arrived here, I want to ask him to make me a handy weapon.”

The workshop built beside the river occupied a large area with complete apparatus inside, equipped with all the tools needed by blacksmiths. Several wood elves were comparatively patient due to Laine’s presence and didn’t rush to speak.

”Hey, I say you tall guy, the weapon you want, I can’t make in a short time.” At this moment, a voice rang out from the workshop, as the dwarf rune artisan Delong Feinson touched his big beard and emerged from the workshop, his bright white beard and face glowing but also somewhat troubled: ”Tall guy, Mister Angerong, the kind of weapon like an axe and hammer you’ve described, I’ve never seen. Based solely on your description, I think it might be a powerful magic weapon, and you also require this axe to have magical attack capabilities and energy infusion, plus it needs to be sturdy. I think you’re making things difficult for me.”

Angerong scratched his head in distress too: ”I think I have described it specifically enough, Mr. Delong. I am a warrior, not an artist. I have no experience in crafting weapons; I only used such weapons.”

”Then if you want to use such a weapon, you must have used it yourself at least, do you have a sample?” The dwarf spoke human language somewhat awkwardly, spouting plain speech that everyone could understand.

”Uh... I don’t have one on hand right now.” Angerong still couldn’t give Delong a satisfactory answer; the dwarf craftsman muttered a sentence in dwarf language, which nobody understood, before noticing the people outside.

Delong first ignored those elves, patting his belly with a large iron hammer in hand, and said to Laine: ”Oh! Baron, this place you introduced to me is great, everything’s complete and spacious, I really like it! Just a little rearrangement and it can function well, and if you don’t plan on changing your mind, I intend to settle down here.”

”I certainly won’t change my mind, Mr. Delong.” Laine nodded repeatedly: ”The friendship between humans and dwarves can be traced back fifteen hundred years or even longer, as long as I exist, my domain will always welcome my dwarf friends.”

”Then I hope you live a long time, Lord Laine.” Delong liked this forthright human, he touched his beard, and then shook hands with Laine in greeting.

Thus in a few words, the rune artisan confirmed he would stay in Baron Gene’s Domain, and Laine also obtained an excellent dwarf blacksmith.

Most dwarves prefer residing in the mountains, they’re the mountain’s citizens, but many dwarves choose to leave the mountains to settle in human nations.

”Once in a while, see the world outside the mountains and beneath them. They only know drinking, fighting, and blasting if you confidently step out of the mountains, a good life awaits, outside are wealth, glory, and advanced technology.”

——Imperial Dwarf Master Craftsman Girar Conster

”Oh! The sharp ears are here!” Having reached an agreement with Laine, the dwarf finally had the energy to attend to the wood elves who came to collect goods: ”You suddenly ordered so many goods from me, where do I find the energy to temporarily craft for you? I’ve made some here, prices are tagged, you handle that yourselves!”

”You! Damn bearded dwarf...” The Eternal Guard Captain Anas was instantly angered. The wood elves, who usually enjoyed high-standard treatment, had never experienced such cold words and attitude!
