Starting as a Mechanical Hunter

Chapter 619: Chapter 150: Developing in Reverse

On the screen of the ’Host Brain’, lines of text refreshed quickly, and within a few breaths, the rough introduction of this technology was clearly explained.

To put it simply, this is a ’Personality Memory Model’ based on the ’Electronic Brain Plan’.

’Personality models’ are common, as every bionic man chip or personality assist chip requires this ’personality model’ to realize an artificial personality.

However, ’Personality Memory Models’ are very rare, you could even say this is the original creation of this genius scientist.

Human memory is like sand in a funnel, continuously falling with age.

Human memory is also like ’system cache’, ’log files’, ’temporary files’, needing to be cleared by the ’body steward’ periodically; otherwise, memory will grow increasingly large, and the system will run progressively slower until one day, ’klik’, it crashes.

So, the memory files a person can run at a given time are very few, due to a self-protection mechanism. Eidetic memory is not an advantage but a neurological disorder called ’neurodevelopmental disorder’.

However, ’Consciousness Package Technology’ breaks this human body system limitation.

Based on the massive computational power brought by the ’Electronic Brain Plan’, this power is strong enough to compress all a person’s life’s memories into a data package.

”... And the existence of this data package will lead to a very, very wonderful result.”

”The ’Personality Replication’ only available to super-wealthy people will be extended to everyone. In other words, as long as we succeed, everyone will be immortal!”

Even though it was abandoned, when saying this, the ’Host Brain’ still had a tone of enthusiasm.

Unfortunately, the situation was too critical for anyone to share his appreciation of this technology’s marvels.

”Get to the point!” Scorpion’s face bore a dangerous expression.

”As the founder of the ’Consciousness Package’, Dou’s ’Data Personality’ will be embedded into the underlying framework of this plan.”

Scorpion fully understood.

Super-wealthy people can have multiple clones, but these clones have a limit, typically not exceeding double digits, a maximum of 9.

Furthermore, each time a clone is replicated, the ’human brain system’ suffers some degree of damage.

Sometimes, excessive replication may even lead to being devoured by ’corporate will’, becoming corporate slaves.

So, despite appearing invincible, this technology actually has significant flaws.

Yet, from the other’s words, she sensed a deep shiver.

Once this technology is realized, truly ’undying and undying’ humans will be born!

How terrifying!

And as the mechanical bees approached, Scorpion gently tapped her molars, ejecting coded flames that released the pre-stored ’disk virus’, landing in the space ahead.

The virus interacted with virtual space, slicing the original street into ten.

This was based on the principle of ’the virus itself occupying the disk boot sector and transferring the original boot sector to other sectors’.

Thus, under the role of the ’Boot Virus’, the massive mechanical bee swarm was divided into ten, greatly alleviating everyone’s pressure.

”Sister Poison, can you break through this virtual space?”

As the instigator, Gao not only lacked the consciousness of having messed up but also wanted to keep riding the coattails.

Scorpion glared at him fiercely, saying grumpily:

”Is this useful? The other side is completely integrated with brain-machine transformation. I can break one layer of virtual space, and they can create ten, a hundred layers.”

”Moreover, this time, we’ve only been stripped of the five senses, with all other senses mixed. In a next attack, our vision, hearing, smell, taste, will likely be separated.”

”To say nothing else, once vision is separated, death is not far off.”

Gao Gong’s eyes showed a look of sudden realization.

”No wonder their brain-machine technology chose the direction of ’Mechanical Brain Transformation’, because only a fully transformed brain can integrate with ’Consciousness Package Technology’.

At that moment, the four hid in a corridor, watching a swarm of mechanical bees whizz by, their expressions varied.

The enemy seemed to be gradually calibrating their direction.

As the opponent’s operation became more skilled, it seemed only a matter of time before they were discovered.

The four’s expressions varied, Mr. Brainstem was full of regret, thinking he shouldn’t have come with this guy, Black Python still looked muddled, but his expression grew increasingly uneasy. The ’Host Brain’ showed no expression, but his leg was trembling slightly, and finally, Scorpion, after a moment of deep thought, suddenly turned to Gao Gong:

”I don’t know what you plan to do, but I’m sure you have your plan. I’m ready to send you back to reality.”

Gao Gong looked surprised: ”What are you talking about? I don’t understand?”

”No need for you to understand, just do what you need to do, and help us get out as soon as possible.”

After a strong data fluctuation, Scorpion once again turned into a mix of the Old Witch and Black Mountain Demon. With a tail needle dripping with coded venom pulled out, her expression showed a hint of pain, as if this time wasn’t as easy as before.

A venomous sting, thick as an arm, pierced into Gao Gong’s abdomen with lightning speed, and then a thick, scorching liquid began to spread toward every corner of his body.

[Due to interference from an unknown virus collective, your ’Reproductive System Transformation Rate (Virtual)’ temporarily increased by 10%]

[Due to interference from an unknown virus collective, your ’Reproductive System Transformation Rate (Virtual)’ temporarily increased by 10%]

...

The reproductive transformation rate increased by a total of 50%, a level that has surpassed the average mammal, evolving into a stallion, comparable in strength to amphibians like frogs and toads, the kind that produces a whole nest in a lifetime.

And on the surface of Gao Gong’s body, silken threads grew rapidly, each thread’s coded symbol innately complex, these threads wrapped around him layer by layer, his body shape diminishing.

”Back then, you spread the electronic impotence virus everywhere, killing the chicken to get the egg, and so many reproductive codes were actually transformed by you into such a terrifying thing, impressive, impressive!”

Gao Gong could only manage to spit one sentence before being fully submerged by the silk.

Scorpion reverted once more to a female programmer’s appearance, panting heavily, seemingly greatly exhausted this time.

Black Python stared in dumbfounded silence at the palm-sized spherical placenta, watching the child-like phantom inside, ”Where is he?”

”I gave birth to him again.”

...

Meanwhile, in the reality of Hive City, among the rubble and ruins of the Mechanical Main Brain.

Gao Gong’s eyes suddenly shifted slightly.

That was a state of bewilderment, a state of chaos, his vision felt a bit there but not much, and his touch felt a bit there but was wrapped in something soft, and it felt good, regretfully, the pleasure soon dissipated, and he slipped out from that particularly comfortable place.

Then, the tactile sensations began surging rapidly, feeling the soft and hard, the hot and cold, the fast and slow.

And going further, vision, hearing, smell, and most importantly, basic thought logic.

Generally speaking, a person experiences two growth spurts in life, namely infancy and adolescence, with different emphases on either side.

Especially adolescence, where the reproductive system is further perfected, taking a big step toward becoming humans not suitable for children.

And when Gao Gong awakened in reality, the first feeling was that he had grown again.

A quick glance at the system panel—

[Your ’Reproductive System Transformation Rate (Biological) permanently +1%]

[Your ’Reproductive System Transformation Rate (Biological) permanently +1%]

[You gained the specialty ’Data Development’]

Data Development (Virtual Specialty) (Level I): At the virtual level, your data input, copying, and iteration speed is always a notch faster than others.

Gao Gong understood what was happening.

The other side had subjected all his senses within the virtual space to ’electronic castration’, castrating until everything was completely impotent.

Then leveraging this state, they reverse-stimulated reality, allowing his real body to re-grow within mere seconds, from infancy to adolescence, until full restoration of perception.

It was precisely this operation that bypassed the corporate firewall’s regulatory mechanism on the data level, as it indeed did not involve data transmission or data tampering.

Such an advanced operation indeed belonged to the repertoire of the world’s 11th-ranked super hacker, truly impressive.

However, Gao Gong chuckled bitterly, rubbing his forehead.

”You’ve certainly created a not-so-small trouble for me.”
