Starting as a Mechanical Hunter

Chapter 594: Chapter 125: Xiao Yuanjun

There is no doubt that Gao Gong was insulting the intelligence of these mechanical beings.

With the sounds of mechanical transformation, a series of weapons were unsheathed, mechanical greatswords, radiation energy guns, solidified dark matter spears, and even the endless sky octopus began to combine, transforming from Tier 1 mechanical octopus into Tier 2 outer space combat tentacle monster.

The wanton energy impacted this group, making Gao Gong feel like he was in a bonfire.

”What is everyone doing!?”

With a loud shout, the radiation field brought by the advanced energy was instantly absorbed cleanly, and in the sky, suddenly appeared a fiery silhouette over a hundred meters tall, golden flames swirling around it like mini suns, and with his voice, all mechanical weapon transformations were retracted automatically, indicating that the individual’s authority was very high, high enough to control countless machines with a single command.

’An advanced energy life, such a thing exists inside Cybertron?’

Gao Gong’s thoughts moved, and a detection was swiftly cast.

’Beep beep—’

Name: Lord Celestis (Cybertron Camp Autobots Faction Leader)

Biological Attributes: Power 1500, Agility 1500, Endurance 1500, Intelligence 1500, Perception 1500

Skills: ??

Template: Intermediate Civilization Repairer, Autobots Faction Leader, ??, ??, ??

A mechanical boss with five templates!

And its level can’t even be seen!

An Intermediate Civilization Repairer is a level higher than a Level 60 mechanical being’s ’Basic Template.’

More crucially, Lord Celestis!!

This name is quite familiar; in the future, players will refer to him as ’Mechanical Saint Mother,’ ’Three Views Knight,’ ’Lord Celestis Mom,’ one of the few friendly faction NPCs who stand with the players.

In future plots, when the Deep Net and Fortress successively fall, it is this individual who stands up, leading players to resist the Cyber Tide.

Additionally, the Cybertron armory he unlocked ’contrary to ancestral teachings’ is one of the few places where players can exchange for Tier 2 weapons.

However, like Aramaki, this individual’s end is rather tragic, pursued by an army of mechanical beings controlled by the Memory Mother, he chooses to forgo resistance and is killed to prevent fratricide among his kind.

He is virtually the Otherworld version of ’Optimus Prime.’

Of course, due to his saint-like demeanor, some players in the Chaos Camp also refer to him as a ’traitor to humanity’ or ’mechanical public intellectual.’

’Mechanical Saint Mother’ Lord Celestis, just as Gao Gong remembered, landed with an implicit anger, admonishing the mechanical beings: ”Is this how you treat emissaries from other Mother Cities? Where is your pride as mechanical beings? Have your personality templates, which encompass fairness, justice, ethics, and kindness, been deleted...”

”Lord Celestis, it seems only you have those personality circuits—” a mechanical being meekly said.

”How dare you talk back, even without those things, have you forgotten one of the three major laws of the Cosmic Council, species equality and mutual respect?”

Watching the righteous, scolding Lord Celestis, the Deep Net group exchanged looks, thinking perhaps inappropriately, does this mechanical being have a loose screw?

”Dear esteemed guests, please come inside!”

Even though Lord Celestis’ ’Saint Mother syndrome’ is rampant, his prestige among mechanical beings is quite high, and after a round of scolding, no one dared to talk back, and the tense atmosphere dissipated, though the scene seemed a bit disorganized.

As his size shrank step by step, the energy of the Spark began to converge, and eventually, this Autobots Faction leader transformed into a nearly two-meter-tall, square-faced middle-aged man.

”May I ask if you are the representative of the Ghost in the Shell Mobile Division, Mr. Gao Gong?”

”That’s me.”

”It is a great honor to meet you,” Lord Celestis earnestly extended his hand. ”I am the head of the Cybertron reception team.”

Gao Gong reached out and shook his hand, feeling as if the energy of the Spark was like a vast ocean, yet within the ocean, it was warm, as if reflecting a sun.

The number of Cybertronian mechanical lives that can transform into human form solely based on Spark form without relying on a mechanical body is very few, not to mention ones who, outwardly, are almost indistinguishable from normal humans.

This signifies that the other party’s control over energy has reached an unimaginable level.

Perhaps it is also because of this that they could break free from the ’twisted brand’ created by the Memory Mother.

For such a big shot on the side of benevolent order, Gao Gong maintained a certain level of respect, not dwelling on the previous events, and instead asked:

”Has the Fortress team arrived?”

”General Xiao has already arrived and is conducting the final adjustments within the planetary server.”

”Okay, let’s head there as well.”

Lord Celestis nodded, and in the next moment, the mechanical ground began to transform layer by layer, terrifying thermal energy seeping out from beneath their feet, and if one were to view Cybertron from outer space, it would become apparent that on the massive mechanical face of this satellite, a small opening had appeared on the forehead.

...

The armament of the satellite refers to remodeling the entire satellite from inside out; whether it is the surface or the interior, apart from its shape being that of a planet, it practically has nothing to do with being a satellite anymore.

As an aside, the diameter of this satellite is 2000 kilometers.

Cybertron itself is the last reliance left by the advanced civilization for this Cyber Test Field, capable of physically suppressing whatever type of existence is tested.

At this moment, using the satellite elevator, the rapidly descending group already could vaguely see, in the depths of Cybertron, the entity of one of the three major Mother Cities, the Planet Host.

A supermassive planet-level hardware.

At first glance, this thing looks like a smaller version of Cybertron, its height challenging the limitations of the naked eye, a silver-white metallic orb with countless block-like ’grid’ squares on its surface, all spinning rapidly, each corresponding to a weapon system of this satellite.

Interstellar Host Cybertron, the only host system without an electronic defense system—it relies on physical clearing methods.

Of course, trying to hack into this place is almost impossible because Cybertron can isolate all physical signals and once there is no signal, even virtual life can only stare blankly.

This is the specialty of combining the energy system and mechanical system.

And standing in front of this silver-white metallic orb was another ten-member team, similar to the Deep Net delegation, encompassing various life forms, with the leader being an elderly face but with bulging muscles, resembling a ’Turtle Immortal’ type super elderly man.

”Allow me to introduce; this is General Xiao Yuanjun, the highest leader of the Fortress’ Guard Corps and also a powerful Bio-Fusion War God.”

Gao Gong meticulously sized up the other, finally revealing a peculiar smile.

Xiao Yuanjun, Vice Admiral of the Ancient Empire, eldest son of Xiao Yuanshan, uncle of Xiao Yu, friend of the Black Prince, commander of the Wudu Coup.

Also the target of his current mission.
