Not Being a Trainer This Time

Such a figure was revealed in the eyes of everyone in the live broadcast room and the people around the square.

The next second, people widened their eyes in disbelief at the unfamiliar Pokemon.

“Oh my god! Another completely unknown Pokemon!”

“Does anyone recognize it?”

“I do! If I’m not mistaken, this Pokemon is probably the Legendary Pokemon from the Johto Region, Raikou!”

“Raikou?”

“That’s right, it’s rumored to be closely related to Ho-oh, Raikou, Entei, and Suicune were resurrected by Ho-oh and then began to roam the world. As far as I know, some people even spent their entire lives chasing Suicune’s tracks, yet never saw it until their last moment.”

A netizen from the Johto Region shared the relevant information with everyone.

“Resurrected by Ho-oh, thus only one Raikou, Suicune, and Entei exist in the world?!” someone noticed the key point.

“Exactly, from a certain perspective, they are even rarer than Zapdos, because there have been multiple Zapdos sightings worldwide.”

And now, Naoki has captured such a rare Pokemon…

This also means that Naoki is the only person in the world recognized by Raikou!

Impressive, truly impressive!

On the battlefield, Raikou’s gaze swept over the crowd. It was the first time it faced so many humans, causing it to be on alert.

“Don’t worry, it’s okay.”

The voice of the Rainbow Hero came from behind, and Raikou withdrew its gaze, calming down slightly.

Across the way, Cross looked at Raikou excitedly as she took out her Rotom Phone and scanned Raikou.

“Raikou? A Legendary Pokemon?” Cross said excitedly, taking out a Poke Ball.

With a flash of white light, a ninja-like Pokemon appeared opposite Raikou.

It was one of the Starter Pokemon from the Kalos Region, Greninja.

“In that case, let me witness the power of legends!” Cross said, full of fighting spirit.

“…” Naoki: “As you wish.”

“Tweet!” The referee blew the whistle, announcing the official start of the Pokemon battle.

“Greninja, Water Shuriken!”

Greninja stood on its feet like a ninja, leaping high, with Water Energy surging wildly, conjuring two water-blue shurikens in its hands, hurling them towards Raikou.

“Extrasensory.” Naoki spoke.

The next second, Raikou moved.

Its blood-red eyes glowed with a light blue hue, and in an instant, an invisible terrifying energy burst from Raikou towards the front.

The two Water Shurikens shattered instantly.

Seeing this, Greninja paused slightly, but in the next second, that unseen force was upon it.

Greninja instantly felt hit by a massive force, its entire body flying backward.

“What?” Cross was shocked. What kind of power was that, why was it hit before it was even seen?

No, that’s not right! Now is not the time to think about this!

“Greninja, pull yourself together!” Cross ordered briskly.

But it was too late, as Naoki had already reacted first.

“Spacing out in battle is not good behavior! Raikou, Thunder!”

“Boom!”

A clap of thunder roared in the sky, Raikou’s body surged with terrifying Electric Type Energy, shooting skyward, instantly changing the weather as thunderclouds gathered, brewing massive lightning in the clouds.

The audience looked up at the sky, witnessing the terrifying scene.

“Danger! Greninja, dodge quickly!” Cross shouted tensely.

On the field, a drop of cold sweat formed on Greninja’s forehead as it swiftly flickered across the battlefield, attempting to dodge the attack.

However, Raikou’s gaze was fixed tightly on Greninja.

The next instant, a massive bolt of lightning descended from the heavens.

With a thunderous roar, the entire battlefield was engulfed in sparks.

The surrounding audience instinctively closed their eyes, as the strong winds generated by the energy collision blew through their hair.

At this moment, the entire place fell silent!

As expected, Greninja was defeated by Thunder, its body lying on the ground, eyes spinning like mosquito coils.

“Wow, so strong!”

“As expected of a Legendary Pokemon! I’m thrilled watching this!”

“Raikou, Zapdos, and even a Jirachi, my goodness! Naoki actually possesses so many Legendary Pokemon!”

“Actually, what I want to know more is, why does Naoki, with such great strength, still choose to live in the countryside running a farm instead of participating in various competitions to become a Champion.”

Regarding this question, someone in the know quickly explained to him.

“You don’t know, do you? Well, I don’t blame you, after all, you’re an outsider.”

“Actually, Mr. Naoki was once a very powerful trainer, traveling outside all the time.”

“Until one day, he grew tired of the constant battling lifestyle and bought a piece of land in a quiet rural area, living a peaceful life with his Pokemon companions.”

“Moreover, Mr. Naoki is a really good person! He created numerous trials on his farm for passing trainers to challenge, honing their strengths and helping them become more powerful trainers!”
