Divine Emperor of Death

Chapter 2449 Senior Sister Luan

As the Blue Luan Immortalʼs words fell, her gaze fell on Ellia, who held Davis intimately and noticed her clothing. She was dressed in white. It didnʼt matter what color of the robe they wore in the Aurora Cloud Gate. What mattered was the emblem and its design.

Looking at the three-colored emblem of blue, purple, and red clouds shining on the azure gate, she instantly knew that it displayed the status of true disciples and couldnʼt help but turn shocked.

Instantly, she thought ill of that woman as she took out her frail jade-like hand from her sleeves and pointed at her.

”You… whatʼs your relationship with Feng Chu? Donʼt you know that he only has a wife, Daisy, whom he loves very much?”

”And you, Feng Chu. Explain yourself. Where is Daisy?”

Davis could only shake his head, feeling that this senior sister of his who invited him to the sect was too righteous. She was offended for other people, perhaps wanting to see the world prosper.

Hearing the Blue Luan Immortalʼs words, Ellia blinked innocently before she couldnʼt help but smirk behind her veil.

”Thatʼs right, blue bird. I seduced Feng Chu, robbing him of Daisy. Itʼs not like he could resist my charming figure, but why does that bother you?”

”You…” The Blue Luan Immortal became speechless, ”… you vixen! I invited him here, and I have the responsibility to safeguard him for a while as his senior sister. Let go of him now or else-”

”Or else what?” Ellia sneered, ”Donʼt forget that Iʼm a true disciple. I could have you reprimanded or even punished for taking advantage of your higher cultivation to bully me. After all, youʼre a mere core disciple.”

”You…! Arenʼt you doing the same, taking advantage of your status and beauty to seduce him?”

”Well. You could do the same if youʼre a true disciple as well~” giggled Ellia, causing the Blue Luan Immortalʼs big bosoms to heave as though a big wave passed through her body.

Immortal King Beastʼs undulations rose.

That wave hit Davis out of his reverie. He was also speechless at Elliaʼs actions, remembering that she was truly teasing everyone regardless of their stature before he raised his hands and stopped the two of them as he appeared between them.

”Ellia, thatʼs enough.” Davis turned to look at the Blue Luan Immortal, ”Senior sister, you misunderstood us. No oneʼs being seduced. I just decided to accept Ellia as my woman. Does that suffice?”

”You accepted her as your woman?” The Blue Luan Immortalʼs pupils dilated before she couldnʼt help but burst out laughing.

”Ahahaha! Youʼre pretty decent, indeed. You say that you werenʼt seduced. Does that mean you brainwashed her?”

Davis smiled, not taking offense.

He knew a lot of cases that started from deceiving right from the start. Illusion Laws were truly scary, and one of his wives had almost become prey to it.

A few hours back, he had just parted from Flamerose and Frostrose, and even their entourage all appeared quite brainwashed to him.

Still, he raised his brows.

”How about it being mutual…?”

”Mutual?” The Blue Luan Immortal had calmed down by now. She brought back her hand and touched her chin, thinking.

”Hmm… itʼs pretty hard to believe that when you failed to prove yourself to the sect in the recruitment trial and became an outer disciple.”

”Love is blind.”

Davis righteously uttered, but the Blue Luan Immortal raised her hand again, intending to beat him.

”Wait, wait. I am truly strong. You know that, donʼt you?”

Looking at Feng Chu plead innocence, the Blue Luan Immortal pursed her lips and put her hand down. She looked away for a moment before she sighed.

”I reckoned that you would at least be able to become an inner disciple even if things went worse, so in truth, you have offended me.”

Davis frowned but then remembered the recruitment deaconʼs words.

”Could it be that I caused your reputation and contribution points to fall?”

The Blue Luan Immortal nodded, ”However, I wonʼt hold that against you. It is my fault that my eyes werenʼt right at that time.”

ʼOf course, you kept following a horny couple. Your eyes wouldʼve been poisoned…!ʼ Davis wanted to badly interject, but he saw her lips continue to move after a pause.

”In any case, know that I, Zora Luan, was moved by your intent to protect your wife Daisy from a powerful stranger like me at that time. That is why I invited you to the Aurora Cloud Gate. If I donʼt see her within a week doing well and good, know that youʼre going to get beaten up for it regardless of this true discipleʼs opinion. I dare to do what I say.”

Her clear and determined voice echoed as she folded her hands, inevitably perking up her bosoms.

”…”

Davis could only wryly chuckle at that sight.

”Donʼt worry. Sheʼll be here before you know it, senior sister.”

Zora Luan nodded.

However, her brows frowned as she turned to look behind, noticing a white-haired, white-robed woman seemingly hovering in mid-air, looking back at her. Her features looked almost similar to Elliaʼs, and she almost mistook her for a twin but noticing that her aura was different, she observed with scrutiny.

Who were these two true disciples? She scooped for information, but nothing showed up in her mind, causing her to feel some discomfort.

It wasnʼt easy for true disciples to show out of nowhere. When they were promoted, a huge fanfare would erupt. After all, it isnʼt like disciples didnʼt socialize, even having formed groups with fancy names.

She found this matter strange.

”Youʼre not offended by her?” Meanwhile, Ellia couldnʼt help but ask Davis while using soul transmission.

Davis saw that she was sending it through their physical contact, so it would be truly difficult to detect something like that even if the opponent was an Immortal King, much less intercept it.

”Sheʼs a bit overbearing, but she has no ill will and even wants to protect us. Tell me, how many people would go out of their way to care for strangers?”

Davis then gave her a brief account of what happened back when they met within a few seconds, ”… sheʼs a good fool in my opinion.”

”I see.”

Ellia couldnʼt help but smile on hearing his words, her impression of Zora Luan improving.

Honestly, she expected other disciples to appear and annoy Davis for having a beauty like her, as Davis guessed, but who wouldʼve thought that a woman would come and ask if she had seduced him, spinning the blame on her? She was overjoyed and couldnʼt help but want to tease that innocent soul.

It reminded her of the days when she had been blamed for seducing the prince because she was allocated valuable resources for her to grow like a princess when she was a mere maid. Those resources were nothing if she considered them now but back then, it was everything.

His unreserved care for her was what allowed Myria to be reborn into this world, and with his understanding nature, he finally allowed them all to reach this stage where she could reunite with him again while still having her mother by her side.

It was the perfect scenario she wished for.

It wouldnʼt be a lie to say that she was so happy that she could die without regrets, but that nostalgic feeling was revived by Zora Luan, causing her to feel somewhat thankful for her foolish actions.

Zora Luan turned back to look at Ellia, somehow feeling that these two women were a lot similar in how their eyes looked, although one gave the feeling of unfathomable while the other was simply carefree and joyful, confusing her.

”You two are-”

Just as her lips moved, a loud voice boomed across.

”Zora Luan, donʼt keep ignoring me when Iʼm extremely sincere.”
