Chapter 1163: Chapter 1161: Reorganizing the New Troops

After a great battle, the relationship between Kro and Gu Xi obviously improved a lot.

At the very least, Gu Xi proved his strength, and Kro now regards Gu Xi as another sponsor.

In Kro’s eyes, the archeological finds are definitely meant to be sold to various nations.

Gu Xi can casually deploy fifty to sixty thousand troops, which indicates he has a sufficiently powerful nation behind him.

He’s certainly capable of paying.

Regarding Kro’s proposal, Gu Xi thought seriously, ”Yes, I definitely want the archaeological finds, and I’ll take everything — ancient bone fossils, interesting things.

Even things you consider trash, I’ll take them.

However, we must negotiate the price properly.”

”Mm-mm, that’s necessary.

I also offer specialized treasure hunting services here.

If you want something specific, we can specially search for corresponding relics for you.

Rest assured, as long as you make a request, and these things genuinely exist in this world, I can definitely find them.”

Upon hearing these words, Gu Xi’s first reaction was not that Kro was omnipotent.

Instead, he thought, the Blood God Son sent him to protect Kro probably because of his archaeological and treasure hunting abilities.

After all, the goal of Creation is to find the impossible across the world like searching for a needle in a haystack.

The Blood God Son certainly needs various experts who can locate items.

Otherwise, even if all players were released into this world, they might still not find the Blood God Son’s desired item.

At times like this, Kro’s professionalism can be demonstrated.

Seeing Gu Xi silent, Kro thought Gu Xi agreed with his idea.

So, he began boasting to Gu Xi about various ancient relics he had discovered before.

Gu Xi listened intermittently, occasionally responding, while also taking time to communicate with Luna and Eldest Princess Anna over there.

During this journey, Eldest Princess Anna and Luna also clarified the conversion of the Double Death into the Undead Corps within Yalidov City.

This batch of Beastmen is of good quality.

After more than forty thousand Beastmen perished, nearly forty thousand troops do not need retraining, only weapon and equipment replenishment, so they can be integrated into regular forces.

Now Eldest Princess Anna is conducting the reorganization work.

During the reorganization, Eldest Princess Anna also discovered some differences in the conversion of Beastmen to Undead.

These are precisely the parts she communicates with Gu Xi.

The most crucial one is the matter of the two Beastman laborer teams previously used for show.

Their situation is somewhat similar to the Ghost Squad.

During conversion, clearly counted as two teams of Beastman laborers, it surprisingly converted into ten Ghost Squads.

The apparent number of each Ghost Squad seems to be one hundred people, and it can increase with no upper limit.

At least it appears somewhat intimidating in form.

When Eldest Princess Anna tried to regroup these Ghost Squads with the original Ghost Squad, she found that this Ghost Squad actually had its own set of skin attached.

After integrating into the Ghost Squad, this set of skins remained unused and is now separated.

Looking at the skin attributes provided by Eldest Princess Anna, Gu Xi was silent; he finally understood why those two Beastman laborers looked so much like elite forces.

[Battle Array Skin - Gorgeous Army: Can make the troops appear as if they are the force’s most fully armed, top combat capability presence (for example, Angels appear as Great Angels or Archangels, etc.).]

This thing is meant for deception; it’s clearly telling others on the battlefield that this unit is the strongest main force.

I placed the troops here; are you daring enough to come and fight?

A troop with such skin can certainly intimidate many people.

But Gu Xi also understood, this merely scares people.

It’s unsuitable for some ”playing pig to eat tiger” plans.

It can be used like White Impermanence to scare others.

However, all previous Beastman laborers have been transformed into Ghost Squads.

No matter how strong Ghosts are, no matter their top combat capabilities, they can’t keep others at bay.

Gu Xi thought for a moment, but couldn’t find a suitable troop at the moment; this matter can only be set aside for now.

Besides the skin, Eldest Princess Anna also told Gu Xi.

This time, the Beastman army includes one-fifth cavalry units.

These cavalry units numbering nearly ten thousand, apart from Ghost Knights, can transform into Crimson and Pale Knight Corps.

It’s now up to Gu Xi to decide what type they should become.

Listening to Eldest Princess Anna, Gu Xi was speechless.

”What do you mean besides Cyan Knights?”

”Their corpses, flesh, equipment, and mounts are relatively intact.

Hence, forced conversion to Ghosts is not suitable.

Moreover, the Nether Blue Knight Order focuses more on armor enhancement, which Beastman Cavalry lacks.

Their focus lies more on weaponry and their own combat power.

So both Crimson and Pale can be converted, but Cyan Knights are unlikely.”

At this point, Eldest Princess Anna also reminded Gu Xi, ”You’d better choose quickly; knight conversion is unlike other transformations, available directly after Double Death.

They also need a week of training at various Divine Halls.

If you deliberate one more day, their return to training will be delayed by a day.”

”Let’s go with Pale Knights; right now, among the three knight types, only the Pale Knights have relatively fewer numbers.”

Gu Xi thought for a moment and swiftly made a decision; he also inquired, ”Have the dead Beastman leader and heroes been found?”

”Found them, and also discovered several special Beastmen.

One is a Beastman Chief, another a Beastman High Priest; these two have some unique circumstances, and when the time permits, you might want to see them yourself.

Moreover, I’ve noticed that Beastman heroes exhibit superior combat power compared to normal heroes.

Even the heroes transformed through Double Death are like this.

Should we group them together, forming a Heroic Level Combat Squad?”

”A Heroic Level Combat Squad?”

Gu Xi thought this truly was a good idea.

”I recall over sixty Beastman heroes were killed this time; when I settle down later, I’ll return to the city for summoning, and first organize a squad of one hundred and twenty heroes.

This new skin can be used on them just right.

Eldest Princess Anna, you prepare the weapons and equipment first.

After I return to the city for summoning, they can be utilized promptly.”

”Alright, please rest assured, sir, I will handle everything well; furthermore, besides, Mammoth and Tyrannosaurus have also been transformed into after Double Death...”
