[Description: Once stained with blood, it can never be cleaned.]

Looking at the description of the ring, Gu Xi was at a loss.

He never expected purple equipment to be so demanding.

Each special attribute is accompanied by a corresponding penalty.

And each penalty is quite severe, seeing these penalties made Gu Xi not want this item anymore.

However, this was still purple quality equipment, and he believed that someone in the guild would want it.

Gu Xi pondered for a moment and then put away the [Blood Battle Moustache Ring].

His eyes then turned to another item.

Compared to the purple quality items like the ring, the quality of this other item wasn’t as high.

This was a green quality piece of equipment, a pair of leather wrist guards, and Gu Xi was a little surprised, considering that Big Beard’s left shoulder and arm were gone, yet when he pulled them out from the right hand, the wrist guards were a pair.

Additionally, there were embroidered patterns on it, making it look like a set.

[Dragon Tear (Green, Wrist Guards)]

[Defense: 5]

[After Equipping: Power +2]

[Equipment Requirements: Power 2]

[Special 1: Stimulating Force, can be actively activated during combat to stimulate both arms, instantly unleashing triple strength (effective for 35 seconds).]

[Description: Nine cattle and two tigers are no match for one dragon.]

The situation with the wrist guards seemed relatively normal.

Gu Xi just felt that this didn’t look like something an Undead Mage would use; it was meant for a Death Knight.

He certainly wouldn’t equip such wrist guards and rush to the front lines. If he had to fight in person, what would he need the Undead for?

Thus, the wrist guards, named after a giant dragon, were also put away by Gu Xi.

Later, on the battlefield, Gu Xi picked up the Battle Banner.

The banner wasn’t really important; the crucial part was the ten-meter-high banner pole.

Initially, Gu Xi hadn’t noticed the banner pole’s attributes, but when the Skeleton Soldiers brought it before him, he realized it was also a good piece of equipment.

[Ghost Soul Banner Pole (Green): Battlefield banner pole, when erected on the battlefield, all soldiers within a two-kilometer radius will be affected by the banner pole and the battle banner as the combat begins.]

With just a glance at these attributes, Gu Xi knew the banner pole’s true purpose was to enhance the battle banner’s influence across the battlefield.

As for the banner pole itself, it had no attributes; only the player’s battle banner could bestow attributes on soldiers on the battlefield.

Gu Xi happened to have a battle banner in hand but lacked a suitable banner pole.

Though this banner pole was tall, it wasn’t unusable.

Gu Xi planned that after cleaning up the battlefield, he would have the Skeleton Soldiers transport the banner pole back and directly place it above the city gate.

That way, whenever Gu Xi encountered a situation, summoning Death City’s gate would activate the banner pole’s effects, elevating his soldiers’ combat power significantly.

Thinking of this, Gu Xi instructed the Skeleton Soldiers: ”First take these things back to Yalidu City, stand the Ghost Soul Banner Pole at the city gate, and the rest we’ll discuss when I have time to enter the city.”

While Gu Xi was giving out instructions, Luna floated out from the city gate.

”Master.”

”Luna, why have you come out? Is everything okay in the city?”

”It’s fine. I was just dealing with the lakebed graveyard that was recently swallowed, and it’s now taken care of, leaving a large plot of land in the city, with numerous corpses needing attention.

Since the graveyard was underwater, it took some time.

By the way, Master, it looks like you just went through a major battle here?”

”Yes, I encountered some road blockers, but they’ve all been dealt with.

It’s great timing that you came out. Some items were just brought in; you should equip our soldiers with the armors and whatnot to enhance their strength first.

Additionally, deal with the Steel Giant Skeleton and Demon Blood Evil Hide; I intend to reinforce the city gate’s defense density.

And regarding this banner pole, considering its height, holding it isn’t practical. Just stand it at the city gate; when my city gate opens, the battle banner can be raised to exert its effect on the battlefield.”

”Alright!”

Luna acknowledged instantly and noticed the items Gu Xi had organized.

She immediately agreed, planning where to store the extra supplies.

The Wharf Warehouse was finally built, which could be an excellent place for storage.

After delegating responsibilities, Gu Xi leapt onto the Evil Coffin’s lid, wrapped himself in a blanket, and drifted into a deep sleep.

Luna cast a momentary look at the sleeping Gu Xi, a hint of concern showing on her face.

She swiftly took over all the tasks before her, instructing the Skeleton Soldiers to organize everything promptly and transport the battlefield items back to Yalidu City.

Upon ensuring nothing was overlooked, Luna floated to the Evil Coffin, flipped Gu Xi over, tucked the blanket in snugly, and addressed the coffin.

”You should know the way ahead, right? After I retreat, you can start moving, and whatever your top speed is, make sure you don’t jolt Master off.

Avoid waking him unless there’s an enemy attack; the Master is exhausted and still has to travel. He’s finally asleep now, so keep the ride smooth to let him rest a bit more.”
