Starting as a Mechanical Hunter

Chapter 748: Chapter 273: Knowledge Points of Artificial Intelligence

All super wild talents are products of artificial synthesis.

This statement is highly applicable in the Cyber Test Field.

The so-called thirty years east of the river, thirty years west of the river, when you are at the east, is backed by countless scientists’ human experiments, then only was the ’west’ chosen.

Ye the Big Lolita’s pupils suddenly widened, an indescribable feeling surged from her heart as if another personality was breeding from the heart with the nourishment of darkness.

Ye the Big Lolita had always thought that with her mental level, things like a second personality or consciousness upload wouldn’t affect her at all, but she ignored one point, if the enemy is also the master of this body’s shell, and also the master of a spiritual ability called ’Apocalypse,’ can she outcompete the opponent?

Gao Gong said, ”Give a hand, she probably can’t hold on.”

This was said to ’Keramos.’

Keramos nodded, and the next moment, a transparent worm coiled around the entire building appeared, countless codes lit up on this worm’s body, rising and falling like a barrage on a big screen.

And Ye the Big Lolita’s pitch-black eyes suddenly brightened, countless rain-like codes flashed through.

This is the ’Biological Computer’ controlling her body, helping her resist the opponent.

”Yuanyuan, you step up too, lend her a hand, lest this big Lolita capsizes in a gutter.”

”Okay, brother.”

Gao Yuanyuan closed her eyes, and the next moment, a giant Virtual Maze emerged, one door after another opened on the wall, with the final door open, Gao Yuanyuan reached out her hand and grabbed a little Lolita who was escaping.

The little Lolita looked miserable, her whole body dirty, and a blood scar deep enough to see the bone on her face, she seemed to be only 3 or 4 years old, with features vaguely resembling a certain big Lolita.

”Sister, you are——” the little Lolita said bewilderedly, unable to muster any enmity towards this girl radiating warmth.

”It’s okay, sister protects you.”

Gao Yuanyuan gently pulled her in, and outside the door came the intense pounding sounds, like some monster in the dark angry roaring.

The entire ’Brain-in-a-Vat’ was enraged, ever-stronger mutants spawned, rushing towards where Gao Gong and his group were.

”You have no chance now.”

Gao Gong said softly.

With his words, the pale sky was suddenly torn apart by gigantic beast claws, emitting the same type of spiritual power as the ’Brain-in-a-Vat,’ but much stronger, flooding in.

As the sky tore apart, Radiation Beasts fell like rain, meat dish algae, desert bugs, lunatic bugs, aberrant spores, micro-wave jellyfish, Iron Rats, Turbo Spiders, head-on collision horses, boiler elephants, bombing eagles, mechanical ape king... F-level, E-level, D-level, C-level, B-level, A-level, even S-level!

Eight giant white light figures descended from the sky.

Sixty years of planetary radiation ecology nurtured 17 S-level bloodlines, and the ’Little Lady No. 2’ alone controlled nearly half.

Two Brain-in-a-Vats, one a resilient and enduring secretive type, the other an unbridled practitioner of the Star Absorption Skill, the former might eventually turn the table, but the latter was definitely stronger.

”It was meant to be.” Gao Gong muttered to himself.

Nothing more to say, since confirming ’Holy Brain’s’ coordinates, this being’s fall was destined, escape was impossible, if they could escape like this, the group might as well commit suicide.

Sure enough, after a swarm of radiation beasts devoured enough mutants, the familiar system prompt sound echoed.

[You subdued the corporate will of the Holy Brain Group ’Holy Brain,’ experience +20 million, corporate prestige +5000]

And the illusion of this ’Biochemical City’ gradually disappeared, replaced by a secret experimental base of the Holy Brain Group.

Outside this base stood three ’Holy Brain Transformers,’ behind them were over 50 Saint-level mutants, all glaring at the gate, waiting for the one inside to give a single order to charge in.

After waiting for a good half an hour, the door suddenly opened with a ’bang,’ and Ye the Big Lolita appeared at the doorway, the group was taken aback, and Ye the Big Lolita had no intention of communicating, suddenly holding a translucent brain in her hand, the brain flashing with golden light.

First, a golden glow emerged from the skulls of the three Holy Brain Transformers, and their previously hostile eyes immediately softened.

Next, the ’brain’ flashed with light repeatedly, each flash causing a ’Saint-level mutant’s’ facial expression to vanish, replaced by fervent faith, as if branded with a Thought Steel Seal.

The role of the ’Holy Brain’ is to completely control all ’Biological Transformers’ of the Holy Brain Group, without exception.

Seeing this phenomenon, Ye the Big Lolita’s eyes were complicated; without the help of that group, she would merely be one of them.

All her plots, enduring humiliations, self-torture to enhance superpower intensity, all were jokes.

She took a deep breath, turned, and walked into the room.

Keramos and Little Lady No. 2 were whispering, talking about who knows what.

Someone was comfortably sitting in a chair, a beautiful girl in white was smiling while giving him a shoulder massage, he occasionally said some witty words, making the beautiful girl cover her mouth laughing.

Ye the Big Lolita, although reluctantly on the surface, internally admired, walked up to him and seriously said:

”This time, thank you very much!”

Gao Gong squinted and said, ”How come you lost again? How do you always lose, at least win once!”

Ye the Big Lolita’s gratitude immediately fizzled, replaced by the urge to cough up blood.

In ancient comics she read, there were always such characters, famous, powerful, yet with a lousy track record, constantly losing, never winning, either acting as a stepping stone for the protagonist’s emotional burst or serving as a foil to a powerful enemy.

And she seemed to be playing such a role.

Thinking back carefully, ever since being with Mr. G, I either lose or am on the way to losing. Trying to recall a draw is quite a task.

Clearly, I’m strong, okay!!

”I, I, I’ll bite you to death!!”

Ye the Big Lolita was so angry that tears were streaming out. She lunged forward and bit Gao Gong in a certain area.

”Hey hey, what’s with the ungrateful act? Stop, stop it! You’re biting the wrong place!”

...

Half a month later

During a tense standoff, several minor skirmishes erupted between the Northern Hemisphere Mecha Corps and the Southern Hemisphere Research Association Allied Forces, eventually proving that neither side could really prevail over the other. Continuing the battle would only result in mutual destruction with no other outcome.

So, after tense and intense negotiations, both sides finally decided to make concessions. Biological Brain Machine and Virtual Helmet Technology were jointly incorporated as the infrastructure for the ’Electronic Brain Plan,’ completing this round of societal transformation, and jointly sent representatives to Mother City to declare the end of the seventeenth Corporate War.

And then, the war was over.

This conclusion once again left a trail of shocked eyeballs and sent numerous gamblers up to the rooftops.

This serious societal transformation, for some reason, felt oddly abstract.

At this time, at the headquarters of the Holy Brain Group, countless employees were cheering enthusiastically, feeling proud. No matter what, a win is a win; even winning half counts.

Furthermore, to celebrate this victory of becoming one of only two infrastructure contractors for the Electronic Brain Project, the higher-ups announced a three-day holiday!!

This is a vacation!!!

Just so you know, the last holiday was so long ago... Sorry, according to employee regulations, to prevent employees from developing a complacent mentality, all vacation memories will be artificially deleted.

It’s said, just said, that all Super Corporations have the following two operations.

Either ’delete’ the vacation memory of employees or implant a segment of ’false memory’ for them.

But whether there’s a vacation or not, no one dares to discuss.

But now, this is a standard ’vacation with memories’! So moving, so very moving!!

Meanwhile, in the President’s office, Ye the Big Lolita, wearing a Gothic Lolita maid outfit (the shoulder-revealing black stockings version), reluctantly, very reluctantly, carried a cup of coffee to the ’President.’

”Master, your coffee.”

President Gao took it with a smile and sipped it.

”Not bad, just a bit bitter.”

”Aren’t you worried I’ll spit in it?” Ye the Big Lolita couldn’t help but ask.

”If it’s actually gonna have a Beautiful Girl’s spit, no way, I’ve got to take another sip.”

True to his word, Gao Gong took another sip, looking very pleased.

Ye the Big Lolita ground her teeth in anger, but due to the ’transaction content,’ she could only endure disgrace, continue playing the maid role properly.

”Give me a shoulder massage, and I’ll take a look at the good stuff from your Holy Brain Group.”

As benefits for helping Ye the Big Lolita subdue the ’Holy Brain,’ apart from gaining a Lolita president maid, there was another benefit: all internal technology documents of the Holy Brain Group were entirely open to him.

The Holy Brain Group, one of the ’four biological giants.’

If it weren’t for the huge benefits of the Electronic Brain Plan causing the ’Holy Brain’ to expose itself, wanting to control a Super Corporation so easily, even a Planet Host might not be able to achieve it.

Currently, Gao Gong is enthusiastically uploading ’Professional Knowledge’ into the system.

Six Professional Knowledge points have been illuminated in total.

Among these six Professional Knowledge points, two are most crucial: one is [Self-Assembly Module], and the other is [Image Evolution].

The former differentiates between ’Artificial Intelligence’ and ’Robots.’ ’Mechanical Hub,’ ’Fleet Intelligence,’ ’Planet Computer’ are also artificial intelligences, but they cannot be considered ’robots.’ They are truly another form of life, not another ’imitation of intelligent species.’

Likewise, ’Image Evolution’ holds its prowess in the fact that it doesn’t use the human ’big data model’ for deep learning but is a ’learning mode’ self-evolved.

This mode may even be incomprehensible to humans, for sometimes it can absorb some ’high-dimensional information,’ thus enabling a higher-level evolution.

Some AIs have even transcended the physical realm, becoming Dimension AI Life.

These two combined form the foundation of an AI race.
