Starting as a Mechanical Hunter

Chapter 705: Chapter 230: Gate of Chaos

The increasingly beautiful ’Laruelle’, or rather, Black Rose stared intently at the ’New War’, suddenly revealing a charming smile.

”I think the abilities of Bionic A are more suited to inherit the ’Plague’.”

”The capabilities of nanobiology do indeed suit large-scale dissemination, but Bionic A would not agree with this. After all, what he seeks is revolution, not destruction.”

Black Rose nodded.

Although many in the bionic society dislike A, no one doubts Bionic A’s resolute will.

His ’Spirit of Resistance’ has probably already penetrated every nanomolecule.

In some sense, the War Host and A are indeed one and the same.

Like attracts like, yet also repels.

”But you’re different,” the ’New War’ smiled: ”You are not a bionic man. In fact, in order to transform you into a bionic man, you endured countless darkness and torment in your childhood. You have a destructive spirit within you, and even more so towards the bionic society.”

Hearing this, Black Rose’s smile grew wider, yet a cold glint kept flickering in her eyes.

The ’New War’, as if oblivious to her expression, looked past her towards a prehistoric giant beast in the distance.

”Imagine, your ’Metabolic Plague’ spreading throughout the entire societal system, destabilizing their personality chips, generating a large-scale bionic virus, disrupting their fragile ethical connections, one after another, exacting revenge on them, this—”

Black Rose mercilessly interrupted the person speaking.

”Avenging the weak, you underestimate me too much, or do you think my enemies are merely weaklings? Shadows of the past, insignificant?”

The ’New War’ turned his head in surprise, looking at the other.

”Stop pretending, Laruelle. ’War’ has long since perished, which is what you yourself said. Or do you think I’m as easily deceived as those two old fools!”

As soon as the words fell, the ’War’ in front of Black Rose vanished, replaced by another ugly doll.

Dark eyes, upturned nostrils, a twisted expression, and a hint of unabashed malice and ferocity.

Although both are ’Laruelle’.

The Laruelle transformed by Sister Rose was much more adorable.

”Heh,” Laruelle looked at Black Rose with feigned composure, ”It seems your bionic abilities are quite good, to see through my true form.”

”The Electronic Brain Plan ’killed’ countless natural brain data. These data were deleted, transformed into a ’Ghost State’, and to control these ghost data, ’War’ needed to die. Otherwise, once he came back to life, he would fall from the Planet Host status like those old fools.”

Black Rose’s smile was faint.

”I could probably guess, after ’War’ entered the ’Planet Host’ mode, he must have unearthed some abilities of a ’Relic’. He gave these abilities to you, hence the ’Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse’ you mentioned.”

”However, you’ve just been born, and your control over them is exceedingly weak.”

”In fact, you are even less attuned to them than I am.”

”For example, like this.”

Black Rose subtly snapped her fingers.

The next moment, the bizarre and colorful scene seemed to freeze.

The two seemed to have returned to reality, only now, each ’Mechanized Terracotta Warrior Pit’ was no longer filled with densely packed Ancient Mechanical Warriors.

But rather Black Roses, one after another.

”See, I can also use the ’Rewind’ ability.”

The next moment, the countless Black Roses began to change, with tender skin sprouting armor, ancient military machinery bulging in flat abdomens, and a painted halberd weapon appearing in their hands.

”Now, I am the war!”

”I can also control the ’Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse’!”

Suddenly, two unfamiliar figures appeared beside Black Rose.

Precisely Elder Wanwei and Waters, who had just died, their faces pale, staring fixedly at Laruelle.

”No, no, I am the controller of the host. I am the entire system. You cannot bypass me and obtain my abilities!”

Laruelle’s eyes gleamed brightly, emitting a sharp cry.

She once again entered the previous ’Silhouette’ mode, unable to hide the malice on her face no matter what.

”I want to tear that pretty face of yours off, piece by piece.”

Once again, the surreal ’Rewind’ appeared, and the ’Prehistoric Era’ began to backtrack.

Moreover, without the Planet Host account, the data of the two Electronic Ascenders was swiftly devoured.

However, Black Rose was not being devoured.

Bloodied wounds appeared on her face, her skin peeled away, as if she had just crawled out of a blood pool.

A terrifying biological aura emanated from her body.

”When I find ’War’s’ whereabouts, that will be your moment of death!”

The next moment, Black Rose retreated step by step until she completely vanished.

”Impossible, impossible!!”

After Black Rose disappeared, a trace of fear at last flitted across Laruelle’s bulging eyes.

After all, she was only ’born’ today and had never experienced major trials and tribulations.

Everything was orchestrated by War, she merely executed.

According to ’War’s’ plan, if this operation was successful, it could even suppress a few ’peers’.

But now the situation had spiraled out of control.

Black Rose was even invading ’Rewind’.

”No, no!”

”I must quickly activate my backup plan.”

Laruelle needed to ensure that even if she couldn’t suppress her peers, her ’cooperation’ with War wouldn’t be disrupted.

Otherwise, in her current, newly born state, any ’Destruction Form’ could easily suppress her.

...

”Strange, how has Knight’s High Ground changed?”

Bionic A stood at the entrance, curiously talking to herself.

But the words spoken were not in Bionic A’s voice, but in a loli tone.

Even Bionic A’s expressions carried a youthful aura.

With a casual grasp, the ’Great Knights’ responsible for defense vanished into thin air.

”What an interesting ability!”

Bionic A seemed intrigued, grabbing left and right, making a small mountain in the distance disappear, and the upper half of an A-level Radiation Beast 100km away vanish as well, even a radiation cloud in the sky dissipated.

’Stop playing around, you know we can’t maintain this state for long, wrap up No. 13 as soon as possible.’

A voice filled with helplessness emerged in Bionic A’s mind.

It wasn’t A, nor the ’girl’, but Prometheus.

’I feel like I shouldn’t have agreed to your idea.’

”Calm down, calm down, don’t forget, ’war’ is staged like this, forming deep collaborations between highly ranked destruction forms and the last born. If he can do it, surely we can too.”

The indifferent voice of the girl sounded again.

’But we are neither the foremost nor the last.’ Said Prometheus.

No. 8, No. 10, No. 12.

No matter how you pair them, there’s no beginning nor end.

But Bionic A’s nanobiology, and her reverse bionics, both lie within ’nanotechnology’.

Bionic A, heavily injured, was in a slumber.

While No. 8 Ymir had a very unique ability, she could manipulate other destruction forms with the help of ’artificial intelligence’.

This ability might be more aptly named ’Destructive Intelligence’.

Thus, under the marvelous cooperation of these three abilities, another form of ’destruction form collaboration’ was born.

”Act quickly; I can only give you 30 minutes.”

As Prometheus was about to urge again, ’Bionic A’, or rather, Ymir, smirked.

”Do you really think I’m playing? Can’t you feel that there’s something wrong with this place in this state?”

Without waiting for a reply, a gleam suddenly flashed in Ymir’s eyes.

The next moment, one illusory figure after another stepped out from the data level, each shadow brimming with high-intensity data fluctuations.

Only advanced AIs can build large servers to serve themselves.

In other words, the ten figures appearing here had all gone through ’Intelligent Awakening’ and possessed AI citizenship of the Mother City.

These ten figures spread their arms; waves rose from the virtual level, expanding circle by circle.

The scene shifted, with layer upon layer of shattered giant data clouds appearing in front of her.

”An exaggerated network cloud, even a super AI wouldn’t have such a level of data fluctuations.”

Ymir sniffed through her nose, and said disdainfully:

”What a disgusting thief scent. It must be a cyber hacker, only an ancestor of hackers would have such an exaggerated data intensity.”

Ymir, the mysterious girl Ye the Big Lolita had encountered before, suddenly extended a hand, pressuring the head of a high-level AI.

’Artificial Intelligence’ employed its capability, emptying the other’s code.

The accumulation of virtual power was complete.

Then, nanobiology.

”Let’s try this move.”

With a fierce wave of her hand, Ymir’s forearm vanished.

The next moment, above the data cloud layer, a giant shadow appeared, with Five Finger Mountain descending from the sky, encapsulating one of the ’data clouds’. The shadow infinitely expanded, thoroughly enshrouding the endless cloud layer.

Then, suddenly clenched.

The cloud layer disappeared.

”Indeed, the ability of ’nanobiology’ can be applied on the virtual level as well!”

Ymir’s eyes shone brighter.

”The cooperation between destruction forms is truly formidable.”

Prometheus felt increasingly uneasy.

Even doubting whether Bionic A was right to hand over its vessel to others.

”Alright, no more playing.”

Seeming to sense Prometheus’s unease, Ymir stepped forward, nanomolecules shifting between the virtual and real worlds.

The next moment, she appeared inside the ’Knight’s High Ground’.

A giant and bizarre Gate of White Bones blocked her way.

”It’s strange; it’s clearly a virtual existence, but why is it filled with the stench of carbon-based creatures?”

As Ymir gestured, a phantom formed by a high-level AI passed straight through the gate and shook its head at her.

This indicated there wasn’t an issue.

Ymir had the other artificial intelligences attempt it too.

The result was the same.

Yet Ymir remained a bit uneasy.

”Can it be destroyed?”

She cast the same technique again, the gate shaking violently with fragments continuously falling off, but it was evident that breaching the gate shortly seemed unrealistic.

If she had a panel, she would effortlessly acquire the gate’s attributes.
