So, in addition to learning Berry knowledge, it also needs to know what paralysis, sleep, and burns feel like.

But how can it possibly find out?

Happiny couldn’t help but fall into deep thought.

Soon, it came up with a great idea.

If it got that kind of injury itself, and then ate the corresponding Berry to cure it, wouldn’t it be able to remember clearly?

The more Happiny thought about it, the more it felt this was a good idea.

So it raised its head and shouted loudly at Pawmot on the rooftop:

”Puku!” (Pawmot, use that move that can paralyze a Pokemon on me!)

”Pamo?!” Pawmot was shocked, it felt like it must have heard wrong, and asked uncertainly: ”Pamo?” (What?)

Happiny repeated with excitement in its voice, ”Puku!” (I want to be in a paralyzed state, then I’ll know what paralysis feels like!)

It seemed thrilled to have thought of such a world-class idea.

Pawmot hesitated greatly: ”Pamo...” (But that feeling will make your body very uncomfortable...)

Happiny shook its head vigorously, eyes full of determination: ”Puku!”

It’s not afraid!

Besides, Naoki gifted it with a beautiful Oval Stone, and it would not let Naoki down!

Pawmot felt Happiny’s determination.

Looking at Happiny, Pawmot recalled the time it was just a small Pawmi and came to the ranch where Naoki rescued and adopted it.

Back then, it was just like Happiny, very grateful to Naoki, wanting to do something for Naoki.

Yes! Happiny and itself, they are the same!

Thinking of this, Pawmot pounded its chest and promised: ”Pamo!”

If that’s the case, leave it to me!

Pawmot descended from the Chicken House’s roof, a weak yellow current leapt from its body, quickly darting to Happiny in the form of Thunder Wave.

In the next second, Happiny felt its body turn into a big rock, losing control, unable to even feel its limbs!

”Puku...” Happiny struggled to persevere, looking at its body, and saw a weak yellow current occasionally darting from inside its body, appearing on its surface.

Is this what paralysis feels like?

Happiny suddenly reached a profound understanding, realizing that a paralyzed Pokemon’s body would exhibit weak currents!

”Pamo?” Pawmot looked at Happiny with some concern.

It had tried hard to hold back, controlling the electricity so it didn’t harm Happiny.

Happiny did not answer immediately, it looked towards the fallen Cheri Berry beside, then said: ”Puku...Puku!”

Pawmot looked at the Cheri Berry, then at Happiny, quickly understanding its intention.

It hurriedly picked up the Cheri Berry and fed it to Happiny.

As the Cheri Berry was consumed, Happiny finally felt that tingly feeling in its body gradually dissipate, once again becoming aware of its limbs, able to move freely!

”Puku...”

Happiny looked incredulously at the palm of its hand.

So this is what paralysis feels like, it remembered!

It also remembered what the Cheri Berry looks like and its function!

Learning about Berries made breakthrough progress, Happiny was extremely happy.

It decided to continue and try out burns, Poison, sleep, freeze, and confusion statuses!

Three minutes later, Happiny quietly returned to the living room under Pawmot’s guidance.

Because Happiny decided to surprise Naoki after it mastered all Berry knowledge, it didn’t tell Naoki, instead choosing to act secretly.

Next time Naoki asks questions, it’ll be able to respond fluently.

By then, Naoki would surely be astonished, and just imagining it made the Pokemon excited.

”Puku～” Happiny eagerly anticipated that scene.

Pawmot flew to the fireplace, calling for its good friend.

Soon, Slugma crawled from the other end of the chimney over to the fireplace, happily looking at Pawmot.

”Oo～”

”Pamo Pamo!” Pawmot detailed Happiny’s plan to Slugma.

Upon listening, Slugma joyfully agreed.

It turned to Happiny, indicating for it to extend its hand: ”Oo～”

”Puku?” Happiny extended its hand, as soon as it touched Slugma’s body, it felt a searing pain from its hand.

The feeling of being burned made Happiny instinctively retract its hand, letting out a cry of pain.

”Puku!”

This sound attracted the attention of Indeedee brother, who was cleaning on the other side.

Holding a broom, Indeedee brother came over to check the situation. Seeing the burn on Happiny’s hand, it immediately turned to get medicine.

However, Happiny stopped it: ”Puku!”

Indeedee brother paused, somewhat puzzled.

While Happiny took out Naoki’s bag of Berries, searching for the one that cures burns.

Happiny ate one, finding the pain hadn’t lessened, so it continued eating the next Berry.

Soon, when a blue Berry was eaten, Happiny felt the burn on its hand immediately alleviate.

”Puku!” It was definitely this Berry!
