I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1350: 19.9 Second Red Star - Confrontation

Having no choice but to see through his wife’s soul fragments except for skinship, King Augustus, despite his dislike for such close contact with strangers, is willing to give in to find his beloved among the millions of bugs. He wanted to gather all his wife’s soul fragments and live with his Jing’er for eternity.

The obnoxious group of male insects that King Augustus Kaiser had just exterminated came to mind.

”Ah, Conrad, bring Cyril with you and visit the home of those nobles I killed just now. Confiscate their titles if someone stops you, kill on the spot. I will send a Royal Decree to your terminal. Go ahead, I don’t care if you kill them all.”

At such words, Queen Titania shuddered. He could tell that King Augustus was being serious when he said these things because of his expression. This Augustus Kaiser of today is a really frightening individual because of his callous disregard for life or death.

With his purplish eyes tinged with malice, Marquess Conrad Silver, who had been silently incensed by those aristocrats staring at his Cyril, now grinned coolly. Their family, who have disdain for his Cyril, ought to suffer consequences as well, as his lord slaughtered those obnoxious lords. They would never, ever renounce their inherited nobility, after all.

He would like to kill bugs, and they would undoubtedly struggle.

Colonel Cyril Bailey and Marquess Conrad Silver saluted and, without further ado, they departed. The Queen, a general herself, receives a soft nod from the colonel. The closest bond the female zergs had previously, however, vanished when Warden Yun Ming assumed control of Cyril’s body.

Queen Titania narrowed his eyes in confusion and didn’t see King Augustus’ eyes on him, obstructing him silently.

System Yue said, [Does the Lord want to try to see if Queen Titania is Lord Hei’s soul fragment?]

’No, my wife, regardless of or without memories, wouldn’t have any relationship with others unless that other person is his family in this world,’ the God of Void said. ’So Queen Titania, who had a relationship with the original King Augustus, cannot be my wife’s soul fragment.’

King Augustus spoke, which finally caught Queen Titania’s attention. ”You... you choose to remain. Is there something you wish to say, Titania?”

When his name was announced, Queen Titania Ambrosia was taken aback, but all he felt was frost wash over his head as he met the gorgeous king’s eyes. The being that lives in this body is no longer his family, regardless of his regression or even if the evil entity in King Augustus Kaiser’s body has vanished. There is no longer a real Augustus Kaiser.

Queen Titania was momentarily stunned and his heart grew cold as he considered this.

King Augustus and System Yue could clearly see his mood swings, and for some reason, the God of Void was irritated and tickled. However, he will grant his wish because he made a promise to the actual Augustus Kaiser.

King Augustus Kaiser said, ”Titania Ambrosia, if you wish to return to your old mansion or stay in the cold palace, you may do so. You can also leave the palace if you wish.”

”What are you talking about?” Queen Titania asked in disbelief.

Wearing the vessel of King Augustus Kaiser, the God of Void said, ”Augustus asked me to save you and give you what you wanted. In the first place, I am not interested in this throne. It is just that I can’t leave.”

Now that darkness has descended upon the sky, thunderclaps and lightning strikes resound above the imperial palace, and the God of Void continues to proclaim the universal truth. Most people in the castle are terrified by this display of impending calamity.

The heavens intended to punish the one who was disseminating the truth about the earth, but since this man is the only one alive who has the ability to preserve this star, the celestial laws are powerless to punish him.

RUMBLES~

Titania Ambrosia stood up and looked at the King at the throne with an incredulity imprinted on his face, ”Who the hell are you?”

However, as Queen Titania listened to Augustus Kaiser speak, she was astounded. He knew that the person inside Augustus’s body was no longer that evil entity or his king, but he pretended not to notice his changes because he did not know who was inside the ling’s vessel. Who would have imagined that a man such as this would approach him?

”I can’t leave because the heavens want me to help this world and you. You are far more important than Augustus in this world thus it was always biased toward your choices. So even if you wanted the throne, I can’t give it to you yet. Aside from that, you are free to do as you want. I will not stop you,” King Augustus Kaiser said.

Queen Titania Ambrosia finally calmed down, and his demeanor turned a bit cold and menacing, ”You will not stop me if I want to exterminate all the males in this world.”

RUMBLES~ CRIKS~

A smirk appeared on King Augustus’ face, an indifferent smile with aloofness all over him. ”I don’t mind but your world might stop you if that’s your plan.”

”What do you---”

BOOM! BOOM! RUMBLES~

A few lightning strikes appeared to be displaying the wrath of the sky close to the Imperial Palace. In the broad field, a few trees caught fire. Queen Titania was taken aback by the lightning’s proximity, but she eventually grasped the man’s meaning.

King Augustus said, ”As I said if the extermination of the male Zergs is what you want, ’It’ won’t agree. After all, the moment the balance in the world is destroyed, the star itself would die. So what’s the point if everything is going to die in the end?”

”So as long as not all male zergs didn’t die, you and the heavens wouldn’t care?” Queen Titania asked.

King Augustus Kaiser turns away from him and gives him a nod. He had an empty look on his face as he peered out the window. Like I was missing someone and had absolutely no luck finding them. This man was very depressed and full of longing because of that.

Queen Titania asked, ”Do you down on female zergs like the other male zergs?”

Looking at him, King Augustus turned his head. A scornful sneer traced the corner of his lips, and his stare was vacant as if there were a chasm inside those eyes.

The King of Insect Zergs said, ”This deity looks down on everything in this world except one person. So your question is useless to me!”

”Last question. Who are you looking for?” Queen Titania Ambrosia asked curiously.

The king on the throne paused as if he didn’t want to answer his question but in the end, he still gave him the answer he wanted to hear.

”My wife’s soul fragment was reincarnated in this world. I descended into this world to look for him. That’s why you don’t have to worry about me harming any female Zergs in this world, as I am unsure which among you is his incarnation. You heard what you want to hear. You should take your leave,” King Augustus commanded.

After bowing his head as a farewell, Queen Titania took his leave. Before he got out of the throne hall, he caught a glimpse of the lonely king on the throne.

Queen Titania mumbles, ”Find his wife among the millions of female zergs in this world. I never knew that gods are loyal to their loved ones. How enviable.”

He sent the Harem members into the hall and turned to leave. It goes without saying that the king will not hurt these female Zergs and he will let him meet them now that he knows the monarch plans to find his wife’s incarnation.

It did not take the harem members long to exit the throne hall. Their expressions were sorrowful, after entering. Some of them were even sobbing uncontrollably as if they were distraught. As she waited for them to emerge, Queen Titania heard what had occurred within. King Augustus gazed at them while letting each of them hold his hand. Enjoy new chapters from .Côm

Both those who shied away from staring into his eyes and those who hesitated to do so were asked to leave. However, the king saw an abyss that instinctively terrified them to their very core. King Augustus Kaiser appeared to be looking at them gently, but his eyes were so frightening that everyone avoided staring into them and all they heard was the king’s tired sigh.

The Imperial consorts and concubines said,

”King Augustus’ eyes are full of gentleness, but the depths of his eyes are full of darkness. It was too terrifying; we can only avert our eyes. Then we heard the King mumble, ’He is not among you’, then told us we are free. We can stay in the palace until we find a person we love. The responsibilities of the harem must be forgotten. He will support us until we choose to leave the palace on our own.”

”Your highness, is the King... Is that King Augustus? Though sometimes the King would be kind, he is usually abusive. Not like the current one at all. Compared to before, we like this king instead. Unfortunately, the heart of the current king is closed off to everyone.

None of us can open it up.”

”He looks so sad. I don’t know what happened to the king. Your Highness, the Queen, do you know what is happening?”

Queen Titania said, ”My situation is the same as the rest of you. I don’t know how long he can remain in this state, but if you want to leave, I can arrange things for you. Just tell me. I will stay here until all of you have left, just in case his decision changes.”

”Queen, isn’t it not you? The one the king is looking for?”

”It’s not me. He didn’t even hold my hands or stare at me like he did with you, so he must be sure that it wasn’t me who he was looking for. I only choose to stay to take care of you; once all of you are free, I will also take my leave,” Queen Titania said.

Meanwhile, inside the throne hall...

After examining every individual in the harem, King Augustus discovered that not a single one of them contained a fragment of his wife’s soul. This time, he has chosen a simple skinship: holding hands. Naturally, this was insufficient, which is why he gave them a straight-faced look. His wife loves his eyes and all his incarnations do as well.

His wife would never be frightened to look him in the eyes, yet all of Harem shied away from him and displayed fear. Therefore, they cannot be the pieces of his wife’s soul.

System Yue said, [Master, this way will take too much time. There are at least a few millions of female zergs in this star and their population is greater than that of male zergs’ population.]

”I have all the time I need in this world. Plus, My wife’s soul fragment wouldn’t choose to marry someone unless that other half of his is a fragment of my soul or power, like Mo Xuejing and Ye Jieye’s case,” King Augustus Kaiser said.

System Yue said, [But Master...]

”So noisy! Go help Yang find traces of my wife instead of irritating me here. Go!”

King Augustus employed teleportation to swiftly vanish from the scene. Apart from his locked divinity, he possesses all other talents that do not require the use of Divine Powers. Additionally, he can use his wife’s particular powers in addition to his own thanks to the sharing talent bestowed upon him by the Marriage Imprint.

System Yue, this disobedient system that carried over the obstinate nature of his previous owner, pouted at being abandoned. Zhi Yue was created using the God of Destruction’s powers to defend Lord Ye, in contrast to Zhi Yang, who was primarily made using the God of Void’s capacity to protect Lord Hei. As a result, at times, he would exhibit traits similar to those of Hei Anjing.

One is being playful, childlike, and defiant.

[Hmp! Why doesn’t the Lord check on Queen Titania’s soul!? For me, he looks the closest to Lord Hei’s vessel. There is a possibility that he might be the incarnation of Lord Hei. This can’t be... I need to check on him myself.]

Rather than remaining in the throne hall, the small moon chose to keep watch over Queen Titania. Like Hei Anjing, who would just do as he pleased and show no concern for others, he made the decision to disobey his Lord’s orders and go about his business. The God of Destruction shares the same stubbornness and immature temperament as this person.
