I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1336: 18.174 First Grey Star - A Regular Day in the Treehouse Restaurant

Numen Town, in the Ye Familyʼs Treehouse Restaurant.

The lives of individuals who had survived the three disasters had returned to normal since then. The Royal Family had abdicated, but the capital, which had been devastated during the catastrophe, had been restored. They started using democracy and chose a president in place of continuing the monarchy.

King Wang Xingyun and the Heavenly Guardians constituted the majority of the presidential contenders. As for King Wang Xingmo, as soon as the misfortunes were over, he vanished out of nowhere together with that creature known only as Nameless. Despite their best efforts, Wang Xingyun and the previous second prince Wang Xingju were unable to locate them regardless of where they searched.

Once, they questioned Mo Xuejing and Ye Jieye about them.

They told them, ”They wanted some time together; after all, they are now free of everything that holds them down. You wonʼt be able to see them, as they wanted to let you find them.”

In the end, Heavenly Gu comes as a surprise winner of the presidency. He is dependable and articulate. This is because the other Guardians of Heaven turned down the role. Wang Xingyun and Fu Zin, his sweetheart, went back to Somatic Town so they could carry on their Night Market operation.

Former Second Prince Xingju, on the other hand, now had a purpose in life after winning the vice presidential election.

He began considering his options after his father vanished, the royal dynasty deteriorated, and his uncle showed no desire in holding public office. Sadly, all he had was the capitalʼs populace, who had witnessed his genuineness and abilities during the conflict.

He is forced to stay underwater with the others in order to support the crowdʼs stability while the warriors are engaged in combat on the front lines. In addition, he developed several friendships with the races that were in hiding from humanity.

The majority of races began to accept and respect one another equally with him acting as the intermediary. If the strength and loyalty of Heavenly Guardian Gu amazed others, Wang Xingju was selected because of his extensive network of friends and connections with various races. After the catastrophe, civilization on the gray star continued.

As usual, business is booming at the treehouse restaurant. Hei Anjing was in the kitchen preparing meals, while his husband Ye Xiajie was serving them. The two brats, on the other hand, played in the Death Forest and brought Oreo with them.

”Boss Lady, another serving of seafood hotpot here, please!”

”Okay, I heard it!” Hei Anjing shouted from the interior of the restaurant to the kitchen. ”My love, another serving of seafood hotpot.”

”Noted!” The God of Void replied from the kitchen.

”Oi! Who ordered the cola chicken wings and beer!? I canʼt remember which table! There are too many of you. Canʼt you just serve yourselves?” Hei Anjing complained.

Hahahaha~

The regular patrons were accustomed to it and understood that the boss lady was joking and that he would continue to serve food as his work required. Naturally, there are still ignorant people who are unaware that the proprietors of this modest eatery are deities who took advantage of humanity.

Sometimes, certain hunters would arrive at the restaurant starving, and their poor mood would make them act surly within the establishment.

”Hey! Give us first that serving! Weʼre starving!”

”Waiter! Give us as much as you can! Hurry!”

Without regard for the other customer who ordered that meal, a man took the plate with the beer and cola chicken wings from Hei Anjing and began to eat. They snatched the meal with such force that they even shoved Hei Anjing. They were unaware that the other patrons were staring at their group as if they were walking corpses. The eyes surrounding them are scornful and icy.

Hei Anjing, the attractive waiter, was grinning like a celestial being.

The throng began to murmur. These are, after all, frequent patrons. They were used to seeing guests from the village behave like despots in the dining room. Those menʼs endings were not happy ones.

Murmuring inside the restaurant replaced the boisterous voices from before.

”Oh, another group that doesnʼt know what death is.”

”Forget it. Itʼs also kind of fun seeing these people suffer.”

”God! Donʼt they know where they are!? They truly arenʼt afraid of death.”

”Donʼt they know where they are?!”

After placing another order on the table, Hei Anjing reappeared, having vanished elsewhere following the theft of the chicken and beer he was carrying. This time, he carried a large basin of chicken as he walked up to the new customersʼ table. It resembles a little mound of chicken wings.

”New customers, why donʼt you eat more? Itʼs service,” said Hei Anjing with a business smile, yet the mirth within those silver eyes cannot be ignored.

The ones on the table felt lucky and happily ate the chicken wings. Hei Anjing served a dozen more basins of chicken wings on this table until they became full. But just as they wanted to stop eating, Hei Anjing placed another pile of chicken legs on their table.

”No more. Burp! So full!”

”Itʼs delicious, but... Ugh! There is no more space in my stomach.”

”Sadly, I wanted to eat more, but my stomach couldnʼt.”

”No more chicken! Give us beer!”

But Hei Anjing turned a deaf ear to their request and still placed the basin of chicken on the table. This time with more force and an angelic smile.

”What are you guys saying? You can only eat and canʼt stop until I allow you to,” Hei Anjing said.

”What the fuck are you...!!!?????”

The attractive waiter gave the man who wanted to leap out and yell at Hei Anjing a pat on the shoulder, and he sank backward into his chair helplessly. His legs and butt were immobile due to ice that appeared out of nowhere. The other three attempted to jump out as well.

One man ended up like the first, while the other two were fastened to the wooded wall by tree branches that snagged their arms and legs.

”What the hell is this!?”

”Fuck! Let us go!”

”You better let us go or else...”

Hei Anjing, with his arms crossed, looked at this group with a mischievous smile, but this time his eyes were cold and indifferent.

”You wanted to eat, so I serve you as much as we can. We havenʼt cleared up our food warehouse yet. There is also a vegetable garden and barn in the backyard. You only ate chickens; there is still beef, mutton, pork, and seafood in stock.

You said to give you as much as we can, right~” Hei Anjing said as he gestured to the sentient treehouse to keep feeding the four fools who wanted to push him while working.

”Treehouse, continue feeding them, you canʼt stop until I say so,” Hei Anjing said as more tree branches appeared inside the restaurant. It started grabbing chickens and force-feeding the four hunters in this group.

For the rest, Hei Anjing offered them a complimentary portion of a unique pudding as payment for these miscreants interfering with their meals. Regarding the bunch of obnoxious patrons, they had passed out, their stomachs swollen like balloons and chicken wings stuffing their lips.

With a scornful stare, Hei Anjing motioned to the tree branches to take away all that these obnoxious folks possessed. Before being ejected from the restaurant and into the street, they were stripped naked by the tree, revealing just their underpants. A few villagers said nothing but pointed at them.

For hunters who are unaware that this humble treehouse is home to two gods in the flesh, this scene is very typical in their community.

The gods in this restaurant are generally kind and do not take human lives lightly, but they also punish those who dare to wreck havoc in their domain. Customers who have offended the chef are still free to leave the restaurant on foot, but those who have offended the boss lady were dumped like trash outside.

While sorting through the items, Hei Anjing discovered only a few gold coins and inferior ingredients that were insufficient to even cover the cost of the chicken they consumed. Legendary ingredients are used in everything this restaurant serves. The majority of its elements are only available through auction.

However, these divine spouses regularly consume meals fit for a god; they even went so far as to provide legendary dinners to the general public. They are well-known not just in this village but also in other cities because of this.

”How useless! They canʼt even play for one plate of chicken wings. Hmp!” Hei Anjing said.

Then he was given a sudden hug from behind while the old clothing were burned like trash. Those items were torched by a black flame that left no ashes or residue in its wake.

”Who made my baby angry again?” The one who comes out is the chef and big boss of the restaurant, Ye Jieye.

Snort!

”Those men pushed me! Iʼm only punishing them for that,” Hei Anjing said.

Some customers immediately backed up the boss lady and said, ”Thatʼs right, boss. Itʼs those blind fools who started it first!”

”I saw it. They not only stole someone elseʼs meals but also pushed the boss lady!” Discover exclusive content at M V L

”Thatʼs right. The punishment serves them right!”

”Yeah! Itʼs karma!”

The God of Void narrowed his eyes at the men in their briefs on the street. After hearing his wife was pushed, his heart was filled with anger.

”Roi! Throw those trash bags outside the village. They are completely banned from entering the village.”

ROOOAAARRR~

There was a roar from the dragon outside the restaurantʼs doors. After some while, a massive black dragon appears out of the sky, grabs the four obnoxious men, and launches them outside the settlement.

It is also common to see a tricolored phoenix-dragon hybrid and a black dragon flying above the hamlet, but no matter how many times the hunters and villagers saw these two exquisite mythological creatures, they were unable to take their eyes off of them. After all, these are the mounts of the gods.

After this event, the restaurantʼs operations restarted. The restaurant is closing at 9:30 p.m. as normal, and no one is in the restaurant at this moment. Surprisingly, some visitors continue to arrive. Lu Ming, Lu Shang, Mo Yuhan, Leica, and Su Jin are those people. But this time, a different pair with stunning characteristics led them instead of Leica and Lu Shang.

One wears ordinary village clothing, like what Ye Jieye and Mo Xuejing wear. These two are the Chief Warden, Lou Wuye, and Yun Ming, using an upper Avatar to remain in this mortal realm. As for their former vessels, they were returned to the original Lu Shang and Leica.

Chief Warden Lou saluted with Yun Ming, ”Greetings to the Lords!”

”You guys are back. How is it? Was the world repaired properly without errors?” Hei Anjing asked with his usual playful smile.

Yun Ming responded, ”Yes, Master. The world was fully repaired, and there were no errors. Except that this star still doesnʼt have a domain lord, everything else is fine.”

”Hm. That silly fish hasnʼt taken over this domain yet?” Ye Xiajie asked.

Hei Anjing commented, ”Little Blue had it bad. That stupid fish is born with a goldfish ʼs memory.” The Lan in Lanyu means Blue in chinese.

Like Mo Xuejing, Hei Anjing detested Heavenly Guardian Fei because even after assuming control, the God of Destruction still did not like that foolish mermaid who had threatened to destroy his babies. Regarding this foolish mermaid who refrained from taking part in the three tragedies, she was undergoing her rebirth to become the new domain ruler of this realm.

The world had supported his rebirth ever since he had gone to sleep.

Hei Anjing said, ”Letʼs talk again later. For now, letʼs eat dinner.” Then he glanced at the three brats, Mo Yuhan, Lu Ming, and Su Jin. ”You three go grab my children back for dinner. They are in the usual place.”

”Leave it to me, brother!” Mo Yuhan said.

Lu Ming said, ”Letʼs go. It will be annoying if the sun completely sets.”

”Maybe they are in the river again. Letʼs go and return as soon as possible,” Su Jin said.

When they got their assignments, the three went. Though they were not as strong as their younger brothers, the genuine Lu Shang and Leica are nonetheless regarded as peaks of strength. They had been visiting to receive training from Chief Warden Lou and Warden Yun Ming alongside their siblings. The souls of two gods had departed their bodies, transforming them into demigods.

Ye Jieye looked at Lu Shang and Leica and said, ”You two. Go to the kitchen and serve the meals. Those brats would be returning soon. Also, the old men would be coming over tonight since itʼs the weekend.”

”Yes, sir!” Lu Shang and Leica said.

As for the other four, they remained in the restaurant, and after clearing up the table, a long table was placed in the center by the treehouse.

Chief Warden Lou asked, ”Milord, Lord Hei, how long are we going to stay in this world?”

”Not for too long, at least a decade more. As soon as that stupid fish takes over, we shall return to Vearth,” the God of Void said.

Hei Anjing said as he looked at his hair, which only had a few portions of silver color and most of it had turned black. ”This body can last at least that long, I suppose.”

”If you feel uncomfortable, we can return anytime, Jingʼer,” Ye Xiajie said.

Hei Anjing smiled and said, ”No need. A decade it is. Let the children bid their farewells properly. After all, they wouldnʼt see those mortals again after ascension.”

”Master, Lanyu said he would go back with us together with Ji Yoonjun,” Warden YunIng said.

Hei Anjing said, ”Thatʼs no problem. How about that mortal with pheromone ability?”

”Answering to Lord Hei, Ji Yoonjun had trained him well, and his vessel as well as his soul had reached God level. He should be able to enter Vearth with no problems,” Chief Warden Lou answered.

The God of Void said, ”Register him to the Nether System. His ability isnʼt compatible with the God System, as it falls more on charm talent than his ability.”

”Yes, Milord!”

After a while, Ye Jingya, Ye Jingli, Lu Wei, Ye Zang, and the two cubs went back to the restaurant with the group of brats. Although both of these spouses lived in separate homes in the hamlet, they would regularly visit the restaurant on the weekends to spend time with their families, particularly Ye Jieye and his family. The evening began with a festive dinner feast at the Treehouse Restaurant.
