I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1343: 19.2 Vearth - Falling Back in Slumber

The karma between Hunluan, the God of Chaos, and that interloper who shared Ye Xiajieʼs face, as well as the God of Void and Destruction, was too great. Given that this relationship dates back to a time when ancient gods such as the Origin and the End initially appeared, it is difficult to ignore.

Hunluan, the God of Chaos, and Tun Shizhe, the World Eater, have a particularly close bond that culminates in a horrible finale.

Ye Xiajie, who is denying his status as a member of the World Eater in his heart, could not help but shake while embracing his cherished wife after telling Mo Baojun and Shen Siwang the past of the guy who assaulted the Nether System Core Region.

”Thatʼs not me. I refuse to believe that the World Eater is connected to me. My ability to devour was something I got after merging souls with Ye Gui and Xia Jieye. It wasnʼt my ability in the first place!”

The God of Void spoke, but his declarations come off more as justifications and denials. The first God of Void, Xia Jieye, is known to have left behind a residual spirit, which became Ye Gui, Xia Jieye, before he passed away and reborn as Ye Xiajie, the systemʼs owner. Still, the two Sovereigns remained silent, watching him without responding with a word.

Hei Anjing was the only one who gently persuaded him with words of affection and trust.

Hei Anjing said, ”He is not you. I believe you. You are Xia, my AʼXia. No one else, and never be someone else.”

”Hm. Youʼre right. I am Jingʼerʼs Xia and no one else,” Ye Xiajie said as he slowly came out of his current state and calmed down.

No matter how the couple interacted, Mo Baojun and Shen Siwang said nothing. They keep a silent watch on their loved ones and do not get involved in their decisions or choices.

Mo Baojun approached his nephew and said, ”Xiao Jingʼer, your soul is still incomplete. You canʼt always materialize your soul or it might leave a sequela. Take a rest; you need to take your time healing. Only when your soul is half solidified can you do as you wish, albeit in a controlled manner.”

The Sovereign of Life and Death moved his softened gaze from his nephew to the man hugging him, morphing his gaze into a cold one.

”He needs to sleep. Incomplete souls are more fragile than complete ones. You should understand my words, donʼt you?” Mo Baojun said to the God of Void.

Ye Xiajie finds it annoying that Mo Baojun is speaking to him in this manner, yet this manʼs lips tells the truth nonetheless. Souls that are incomplete are very brittle. He would never dare risk his safety by placing his other halfʼs soul at danger.

The God of Void looked at Jingʼerʼs smiling figure and kissed his forehead with longing and deep love within those crimson irises. ”Your uncle is right. Jingʼer, itʼs time to sleep. I will stay by your side until you fall asleep.”

”Um, I actually want to see our children before falling asleep. Iʼve seen Xiao Jing and Xiaxia. If possible, I want to see Xiao Qin and Momo before entering my slumber,” Hei Anjing said.

Ye Xiajie said, ”I will ask Wuye to bring them over.”

Abruptly, there was a voice from beyond the core area. The duty of assuming command of the Nether System in the absence of the God of Void fell to Lord God An Liang. Nonetheless, An Liang and Ye Xiajie did not need to treat one another like superiors and subordinates because they are close friends.

Nevertheless, unlike before, An Liang decided not to intervene at the highest level of the Nether System after he had once betrayed his friend in order to protect his daughter. He will now obtain permission before entering the Core Region.

{Xiao Ye, Xiao Qin came over with Xiao Mo to see you. I leave them to you.}

”Okay. Thanks for the hard work,” the God of Void said.

{Donʼt worry about the Nether System and focus on Xiao Jing first. Leave the rest to me.}

Ye Qinjing and Ye Jingmo materialized in the Core Region with a wave of their hands. Uncle Shen and Granduncle Mo, their parents, were seen by the two. When they arrived, their father was grinning, and the two met eyes in his soul. Ye Jingmo flew in the direction of Hei Anjing, wriggling out of his older brotherʼs grasp.

”Daddy~”

Hei Anjing happily hugged his youngest son and smiled at his eldest with the same affection as he used to look at the baby in his arms.

”Xiao Qin, come over and see dad,” Hei Anjing said.

As the adoptive son of these two men in front of him, Ye Qinjing had never received any different treatment from the Mo, Ye, or tried Hei Clan. He welcomed his granduncles and moved over to his parents before giving Hei Anjing, who was only in his soul form, an embrace.

Even though he is not physically there, he still feels the same sense of comfort that these arms provide for him when he is in his fatherʼs embrace. Upon seeing the reunion of the family, Mo Baojun and Shen Siwang made the decision to quietly part ways.

”Father, Dad, how are you doing? Where are Xiao Jing and Xiaxia?” Ye Qinjing asked.

Ye Xiajie rustled his sonʼs hair and said, ”We are doing fine. Donʼt worry. Thanks to what you did before your dad woke up early. As for your siblings, they disappeared somewhere as soon as we returned. You can look for them later.”

”Xiao Qin, we found you a nice place. It wasnʼt big enough, but itʼs a small dimension full of resources and useful time elements to grow,” Hei Anjing said as he glanced at his husband, asking him to give every time he took away from that dimension.

Ye Xiajieʼs fingers snapped, and a few hills of Time Ore materialized behind Ye Qinjing. After selecting one, he was pleased with the oreʼs purity. To evolve their divine laws, named gods with a selected element required the elementʼs pure resources. Even on Vearth, time elements are scarce. Ye Qinjing has received everything from the God of Void and the God of Destruction.

He had access to all the resources for time elements, supported by Mo, Hei, and Ye Clan. Even so, he has a hard time finding a reliable source of funding given how uncommon it is. Finding a reliable source of resources to increase his power would not be an issue if the dimension his parents mentioned was home to this kind of ore.

Ye Xiajie asked, ”Is it useful to you, Qinʼer?”

”Yes, Father! These ore have enough purity. After using some spell circle to purify it further, it would be a great help to me. What are the coordinates of this dimension?” Ye Qinjing asked.

Seeing how happy his son is, the God of Void, who recalled some parts of the dimension destroyed by him, made this father a bit guilty. He also killed most of the aborigines of that dimension. Thankfully, he didnʼt kill the main core of the place, or that dimension would be in ruins now.

Ye Xiajie told his wife the coordinates, who instantly opened a portal that connected to that dimension, but he pinched the leg of his husband for what he had heard.

Hiss! The two young gods were stunned by the interaction between their parents.

”Whatʼs wrong, Daddy?” Ye Jingmo asked.

Hei Anjing smiled at his children and said, ”Itʼs nothing. Your father had done something annoying, so Daddy pinched him.” Then he held his eldest sonʼs hand and said, ”Xiao Qin, your father was careless and destroyed a part of that dimension. Use this star core and bring a repairer with you to help repair that place. You can send all the cost of repair to the Nether System.”

”Thank you, Dad!”

With great delight, Ye Qinjing took hold of the high-star core. That is an A-class star core just by looking at the red shade. It indicates that it is the star core of an A-tier world, and with this, he will be able to retrieve and rebuild the unowned dimension star that his parents are giving him.

Hei Anjing smiled at his eldest son and glared at his husband. ”You know that dimension is something useful to Xiao Qin; how can you cause havoc in that place?”

”Baby, Iʼm wrong. It wasnʼt me who caused all the ruins. Itʼs Roi! he caused the aborigines to explode themselves just to try to kill him,” the God of Void explained. Unfortunately, his wife didnʼt buy it.

The two young gods slip out while their parents are fighting. The proportions that matched Ye Qinjingʼs time factor thrilled him. As the God of Time, he can use it to construct a physical domain. Upon seeing his older brotherʼs new toy, Ye Jingmo became intrigued. Despite being a young god, he was aware of the concept of materializing the domain.

Though their primary territories are distinct, Vearth is Sovereign Shen Siwang and Sovereign Ye Xiajie shared territory.

The Abyss was the principal dominion of the God of Void, who possessed all the darkness in the universe. He expanded just enough to include the Netherworld, which is home to the Nether System. The primary source of light, the greatest sun, contains the God of Creationʼs personal temple. He expands his sanctuary to include the God System, much like Ye Xiajie did.

Their domains are said to be the largest that have ever existed.

---

Somewhere outside the Netherworld.

Ye Jingmo, who was carried away by his elder brother, asked, ”Dage, are we going to play? Letʼs bring Erge and Meimei.”

Chapter Read:

”Sure. Letʼs go look for them. Dad and Father are busy, so letʼs take our leave,” Ye Qinjing said.

Ye Jingmo had always been obedient. As long as there is a book in his hand, he can be bought anywhere and is interested in almost everything.

Back to the Core Region of the Nether System...

Ye Xiajie and Hei Anjing took a while before noticing that their children had left. After fighting for a bit, they started flirting and finally remembered their children, but when they turned around, there were only them around.

”Where did they go?” Hei Anjing mumbled.

The God of Void said, ”They must have gone to that dimension. There shouldnʼt be any danger with Qinʼer with them. The leader of that place is not that powerful anyway. Qinʼer is already a celestial. He wouldnʼt have a hard time overtaking that place.”

He continues speaking as he sees his wifeʼs drowsy form, where Hei Anjing is dozing off and likely to doze off at any moment. Ye Xiajie begins to feel terrible, seeing how fragile his wifeʼs soul is; after all, he was the one who had to kill himself as Snow in order to liberate his wife from this state.

Hei Anjing noticed that his beloved stopped talking and noticed the worry within those crimson eyes. ”Donʼt worry. My soul is unharmed. Itʼs just that itʼs still too weak. My love, I need to go back to sleep. I donʼt know if I will wake up in the next world.

Always be careful, even if that is my soul fragment. Donʼt let him hurt you. As I myself am not even willing to harm you. Remember, you are the most important and my everything.” He finally closed his eyes and faded before Ye Xiajieʼs eyes. He saw his wifeʼs soul return to his vessel.

The soul had returned, and the heart of his wifeʼs original vessel began to beat once more. The faint sounds of breathing and heartbeat are now audible in the core area. Ye Xiajie relaxed at this steady sound. However, his eyes took in the surrounding wreckage with a startling brutality and hardness.

He positioned every creature that exists in the dark to defend the Core Region of the Nether System with their life, submerging it entirely within the Void.

”Protect my wife with everything. Until I come back, all other visitors or trespassers must be killed on the spot. This is regardless of who they are.”

Monster voices reacted to Ye Xiajieʼs command practically incessantly as his cold, low, and gruff voice resounded throughout the chasm. This demonstrates how many dark beings reside in the chasm and how many lives were devoted to serving the God of Void.
