God's Imitator

Fu Chen, who had just walked out of the CEO office, looked around at the surrounding environment, and upon seeing that all four people had gathered, showed a somewhat pleased expression.

”Good, this isn’t a game where we’re forcibly separated!

”As long as communication isn’t restricted, the game’s difficulty should be significantly reduced.”

The four found a random place in the office area to sit down.

Before entering, what Fu Chen and Li Renshu were most worried about was being unable to communicate within the game, just like in the previous ’Blind Date Game.’

In that case, they wouldn’t be able to help Su Xiucen even if they wanted to.

Now that everyone could act together and formulate team strategies, Su Xiucen just needed to focus on execution.

Xu Tong deliberately observed Su Xiucen’s expression, after all, she had rarely seen Su Xiucen in the community during this period, and was somewhat worried about this oldest player’s mental state.

However, seeing that Su Xiucen wasn’t very afraid and was actually calmer than herself, Xu Tong felt much more at ease.

Everyone unanimously looked toward the big screen in the hall.Sure enough, after a brief wait, the big screen began playing the relevant rules.

[Hello, welcome to the ’Financial Sources Game.’]

[The area you are currently in is the ’Company 17 Limited Office Area.’]

[There are two other areas in the game: ’Company 8 Limited Liability Office Area’ and ’Market Research Area.’]

[As the only two remaining companies, you are experiencing an economic winter. Your goal is to expand financial sources for your company through proper business operations and management, earn profits, appropriately reduce expenses, and successfully survive the economic winter.]

[As you can see, Company 17 Limited currently has 20 employees. The company’s leadership consists of 1 CEO and 3 executives.]

[You may discuss among yourselves to decide who will serve as CEO, while the other three will automatically serve as executives.]

[The CEO has ultimate decision-making authority over all company affairs, however, the CEO cannot leave the office.]

[Executives will be responsible for implementing the CEO’s decisions and handling all company affairs, including market research, personnel appointments and dismissals, and fund allocation.]

[Specific responsibilities can be queried in the corresponding offices.]

[Please note: Once positions are selected, they cannot be changed.]

[When player deaths occur, whether to reopen position selection will be determined based on game state.]

[In 15 minutes, the first round of ’Market Research’ activity will begin.]

[You may send 1-2 executives to the outdoor ’Market Research Area’ for corresponding activities.]

[Market research activities will test your knowledge reserves, logical thinking, and ability to perceive reality.]

[If research is successful, the company will gain additional income.]

[Affected by the economic winter, at the end of each game round, the company’s revenue will decline.]

[Please note: When the company account amount drops below zero, you will have one more round of self-rescue opportunity. After one round, if the company account still hasn’t become positive, it will be judged as company bankruptcy, and the game will end immediately.]

[When the company goes bankrupt, all 4 players will have 100,000 minutes of visa time deducted (at most deducted to 48 hours of remaining visa time), and the other company will be directly declared the winner.]

[After several rounds, if both companies have not gone bankrupt and specific conditions are met, the economic winter will end. At that time, there will be 3 final rounds of the game.]

[After all rounds are completed, the game will settle accounts.]

[Surviving players will equally share their company’s account balance.]

[More rules can be explored during the game.]

[In 15 minutes, the first round of ’Market Research’ will begin. Please confirm the CEO candidate before then, otherwise the system will randomly designate one.]

[Good luck!]

Su Xiucen showed a confused expression on her face. Obviously, these game rules were still too complex for her.

For someone like Xu Tong who had been in the workplace for many years and was even a human resources manager herself, these rules were crystal clear and didn’t require much time to understand.

Although Li Renshu and Fu Chen weren’t strictly speaking office workers, they understood enough about basic company operations.

Naturally, there wasn’t much comprehension cost for them either.

Xu Tong’s face looked somewhat grim, ”If the company goes bankrupt, each of us will have 100,000 minutes of visa time deducted??

”That’s not much different from taking our lives!”

Li Renshu nodded, ”Yes, from the game rules, keeping the company alive is the top priority.

”This game mentions player death situations, but we haven’t seen any mechanisms that might lead to player deaths yet.

”We need to pay attention to this.”

Fu Chen sighed quietly, ”Brother Wang should have come for this game.”

When he saw the name ’Financial Sources Game’ earlier, he vaguely guessed it might be related to making money but obviously, Wang Yongxin had no intention of participating in this game.

Fu Chen and Li Renshu hadn’t participated in any games since ’Blood Poker,’ and both had thoughts of helping other community members, which was why they chose to enter the game.

On one hand, it was to earn visa time, and on the other hand, it was to help Xu Tong and Su Xiucen get through difficulties.

Now seeing the specific rules and confirming that this game was directly related to company management, Fu Chen somewhat regretted not trying to persuade Wang Yongxin a bit more.

Li Renshu didn’t mind, ”We can’t rely on others for everything. In that case, we might as well let Lawyer Lin handle all the games.

”I still maintain my previous view that Gallery games are deceptive and won’t put the answer in the question. Sometimes specific identities and knowledge that seem professionally relevant might actually fall into traps carefully woven by God’s Imitators.

”Looking at problems from outside established perspectives might yield more rewards. The two of us might not necessarily lose this game.

”Besides, Xu Tong is a human resources manager. When it comes to company operations, she understands them well enough.”

Xu Tong nodded, ”Yes, don’t worry, this is my strong suit.”

Fu Chen thought for a moment and suggested, ”The primary issue now is who among us will be the boss. How about we first go to each room and look at the specific responsibilities?”

Everyone stood up and entered the executive offices and CEO office respectively to check the specific rules for these positions.

The rules weren’t complicated either.

Executives were responsible for implementing the CEO’s decisions and handling all company affairs, including market research, personnel appointments and dismissals, and fund allocation.

Both executives’ and the CEO’s computers had automatically booted up and could check the company’s current specific status.
