Gene Unlocking: I Evolve Every Day

Near Proxima Centauri.

The distance was truly too far.

Lu Li could not sense the situation on Earth.

He had no idea that everyone on Earth believed he had already fallen.

He was marveling at his own transformation, ”I seem to have become a perpetual motion machine, getting stronger every moment, even when I’m doing nothing.”

It had been merely an hour since he left Earth.

Logically, even though one is evolving every day, an hour shouldn’t make much of a difference in strength.

Yet now, it was different. He could clearly sense that in just this short hour, the ”amount” of energy within him had increased by about 0.05 of a solar magnitude.

This moved Lu Li deeply, ”Increasing energy by 0.05 of a solar magnitude in an hour, that’s 0.5 in ten hours. By that calculation, I only need twenty hours to increase by an entire solar magnitude of energy.”

Energy increasing by a solar magnitude in less than a day?

If ten days passed, wouldn’t that mean an increase of twelve solar magnitudes of energy?

Looking at it this way, the energy growth rate seemed extremely monstrous.

Lu Li, after a careful thought, couldn’t help but feel the energy increase rate seemed somewhat slow.

Why say this?

Because according to the current energy growth rate, even in a hundred years, the amount of energy he possessed would only be equivalent to over forty thousand solar magnitudes.

How many stars are in the Milky Way Galaxy?

Scientists estimate there are between one hundred billion to four hundred billion stars in the Milky Way Galaxy.

Which means that even in a hundred years, he still wouldn’t be able to destroy the Milky Way in one swift act.

It’s for this reason that Lu Li felt the energy’s growth was slow.

”For now, possessing such powerful energy is enough,”

Lu Li analyzed a bit, ”Even if I do not use any superpowers, merely unleashing energy would suffice to easily destroy a star system the size of the solar system. If I were to use some unique superpowers additionally and spend a bit more time, destroying a blue giant star wouldn’t be impossible.”

The means he possessed included more than just unleashing energy; there was also matter annihilation and decomposition.

Combining these superpowers, they could exhibit several times the power.

Moreover, he also possessed the ”creation” ability of the Creator God.

Hence, Lu Li felt that even if he were to face that extraterrestrial race from before all alone, he could easily crush them to victory.

Yes, he requires no one’s help; he alone could annihilate a powerful higher civilization of the cosmos.

Of course, gaining such immense power naturally implied ”losing” something.

Lu Li sighed, ”Since the completion of the sixth deep evolution, I am no longer human...”

His body still appeared human, yet it was not a true human; it was merely condensed through particle aggregation abilities.

In short, Lu Li’s future evolution was no longer simple ”genetic evolution” but had developed into ”willpower” evolution.

”Matter always has a limit and cannot achieve transcendence in the true sense,”

Lu Li placed his hands behind his back, hovering in space beside Proxima Centauri, allowing the terrifying high temperature and pressure to constantly assault his form, yet remained unmoved, ”Only ’willpower’ is indestructible and can truly achieve eternity. I’ve now taken this step. Although I’ve only just begun to touch it, the future surely promises eternal existence.”

Because of the transcendence of ”willpower,” he had touched and could even mobilize the ”laws” of the universe.

”For example, like this...”

Lu Li pointed towards a planet belonging to Proxima Centauri.

In an instant, it seemed as if that planet had lost the effects of gravity.

All materials on it collapsed and flew off in different directions.

At first glance, it seemed nothing extraordinary.

After all, the power Lu Li possessed could easily blow up a star system.

However, only Lu Li understood that he had just altered the ”Law of Universal Gravitation” within that planet, causing gravity to fail, which is why those materials defied reason and flew apart.

This was an extremely powerful ability.

For instance, if Lu Li faced the strongest iron-based life forms in the cosmos,

he wouldn’t need to fight to death with the opponent, just a light flick of his hand would cause the iron-based being’s body to completely disintegrate.

Gravitation is a necessary component of the world, and without it, nothing in the world would exist.

Earth is no exception.

The solar system and the Milky Way Galaxy are no exceptions either.

In fact, all matter in our cosmos would disintegrate and become a void-like state.

Gravitation exists not only in the macroscopic world, but also in the microscopic world.

It not only governs everything in the macroscopic world but also plays a role at the microscopic level.

From the vast scale of star systems and super star clusters, black holes, stars, planets, etc., all are operated and balanced by gravitation.

Even at the molecular and atomic levels, gravitation is involved in maintaining operational balance.

So, if gravity is lost, the macroscopic world as well as the microscopic world would simultaneously collapse.

Star system groups, galaxies, black holes, stars, planets, and other celestial bodies would immediately scatter in all directions under inertia, eventually crumbling down to the molecular or atomic level.

”This move is indeed too terrifying. As long as my power is strong enough, destroying the universe could happen in an instant.”

Lu Li knew well that manipulating the ”ultimate skill” of gravitation should generally not be used lightly, otherwise, the destructive power would be too great.
