Gene Unlocking: I Evolve Every Day

Superfluid is a magical state of matter.

Under normal circumstances, liquid nitrogen at minus 270.38 degrees Celsius becomes an ideal fluid with peculiar properties, namely superfluid, when its internal friction coefficient becomes zero.

This means the fluid has no internal viscosity at all.

There are several important characteristics of superfluids.

Such as complete lack of viscosity, zero entropy, and infinite thermal conductivity.

In short, it can flow endlessly without losing energy.

At the same time, there is no adhesive force between superfluid molecules, so the molecules can move independently.

It can pass through pores with a diameter of 100 nanometers.

Lu Li keenly noticed that the superfluid state he transformed into was even more ”magical” than the superfluid in physics.

Not to mention a pore of 100 nanometers in diameter.

Even if there was only a quark particle ahead, he could pass through it.

As if able to permeate anything.

”The most important thing is that the superfluid state has zero entropy. As long as I’m in this state, no matter how intense the movement, there’s no energy loss.”

Lu Li couldn’t help but feel astonished.

The attribute of never losing energy is simply miraculous!

This means he will no longer have to worry about everyday energy consumption and can enjoy life!

If it were just this, it wouldn’t be enough to leave him in awe.

Lu Li could also feel that if he desired, he could transform from a superfluid to a supersolid at any time, retaining the properties of both superfluid and supersolid.

He could have the characteristics of infinite mass and infinite density of a supersolid while maintaining the zero entropy and omnipresent properties of a superfluid.

This is a very contradictory, yet extremely magical state.

In fact, this physical phenomenon was discovered by humans as early as 2004.

At that time, physicists at Pennsylvania State University found that when nitrogen-4 was high-pressure frozen to minus 271.15 degrees, superfluid would phase transition to a supersolid, and it could flow with zero viscosity.

Although superfluid and supersolid are two entirely different states, they can interchange under certain conditions.

”My body is like this now. It can not only become a superfluid but also a supersolid and even pure energy, or revert to normal material state. I can freely switch among the four forms while ensuring I possess the attributes of each form.”

Lu Li felt deeply moved.

He realized that his body is undergoing a ”revolutionary” evolution.

This evolution has made him vaguely touch upon some deep ”supreme laws” of the Cosmos.

He didn’t know how fast he could fly in a superfluid state or how strong his powers were, but one thing is certain, he is absolutely much stronger than before.

”The evolution is still ongoing. I will test it once it’s over.”

Lu Li was not impatient to figure out how strong he currently was.

Instead, he quietly observed the ongoing evolution process within his body.

At this time, his body’s energyization ratio had reached 70%.

The difference was that either supersolid or superfluid has already achieved 100%.

Under normal circumstances, if 100% supersolid, the energy consumption would inevitably become particularly intense.

But due to the characteristics of superfluid, Lu Li felt no energy loss in himself at the moment.

His body is like a ”closed system” forever maintaining a stable ”law of conservation of mass-energy.”

No, it’s not that there’s no energy loss.

At the very least, the current evolution is consuming energy.

Aside from the energy needed for evolution, all other survival and activities consume no energy.

”This is a stable to an unbelievable supreme state. As long as I do not actively guide energy out of my body, there will be no loss.”

Lu Li understood that if he wanted to create something like a big explosion, he would still consume his energy.

Moreover, if he used his energy to release methods, he could still empty his energy out.

However, one thing worth mentioning, he could sense that even if his body disintegrated into the most primitive particles, even if particles no longer existed, he could still absorb energy from the surroundings to ”resurrect” through ”the true self.”

In physics, there is a very classic law called the ”law of entropy increase.”

The law of entropy increase has two important concepts.

First: Heat cannot spontaneously transfer from a cold object to a hot object without cost.

Second: It is impossible to take all the heat from a single heat source and convert it entirely into work without producing any other effects.

This is said from the perspective of energy consumption, indicating that a second kind of perpetual motion machine is impossible.

This law, simply put, states that heat flowing from a hot object to a cold object is ”irreversible.”

This is the most heartbreaking and despair-inducing law in the history of science.

It seems predestined that the fate of the Cosmos is predetermined.

That is, the Cosmos started with the ”big bang” and will end with ”heat death.”

The entropy of the Cosmos will increase with time, evolving from order to disorder.

When the entropy of the Cosmos reaches its maximum, all other useful energy in the Cosmos has been transformed into heat energy, and the temperature of all matter reaches thermal equilibrium, this state is called heat death.

In such a Cosmos, no energy exists to maintain motion or life.

The law of entropy increase indicates that all living beings in the Cosmos will perish when ”heat death” arrives.

This is the ”law” of the Cosmos.

Now, Lu Li has already been able to ignore this despair-inducing ”law.”

Because his body has infinite thermal conductivity and can penetrate anything, even if turned to ”ashes,” he can absorb energy and revive.

The only thing that made him feel a bit regretful was that he couldn’t actively ”generate” energy to sustain or amplify himself.

Even so, Lu Li still felt very satisfied.

Because at this moment, he was almost an immortal existence.

Why do I say almost?

Because if his ”true self” were to be destroyed, he would still perish.

In fact, even though Lu Li was so powerful, he didn’t know how to destroy his ”true self.”

Lu Li’s ”true self” was not a form of matter, nor was it the so-called soul.

It was more like a ”spirit.”

A kind of ”will” that can exist eternally.

Will is illusory.

How could it possibly be affected by the birth and death of matter?

”I really want to know, what exactly is the ’true self’?”

Lu Li couldn’t figure it out for the time being.

However, he knew that as he continued to evolve stronger, he would surely explore its mysteries.

He continued to observe the evolution process.

As he absorbed and analyzed the energy collected from the ”Yang God,” his corporeal energy continued to rise.

Perhaps because he no longer consumed energy, his evolution speed became extraordinarily fast.

Soon, his corporeal energy ratio reached seventy-one percent.

At this point, Lu Li went through the same process as before.

The super-solid state within him underwent another ”reboot.”

This was followed by an ”explosion,” turning him once again into a ”superfluid.”

Ultimately, another quantitative change occurred making him even stronger.

Energy ratio at seventy-two percent...

Energy ratio at seventy-five percent...

Energy ratio at seventy-nine percent...

Up to this point, evolution was repeatedly undergoing super-solid-state quantitative changes leading to qualitative changes, then ”exploding” into ”superfluid,” causing a series of quantitative changes without reaching a new qualitative change.

Lu Li thought this situation would persist until the end of the sixth deep evolution.

However, when the energy ratio reached eighty percent, an astonishing scene unfolded naturally!

At first, it was almost no different from before, and he still ”exploded.”

But this time, after exploding, he had just transformed into a superfluid when he suddenly scattered, instantly becoming a magical ”particle” state, engulfing a vast Star Realm.

Lu Li had a magical instinct.

Within this vast Star Realm, he was like a god.

He could manipulate all matter and energy for arrangement and combination, even creating immense power.

Moreover, he could appear at any location covered by particles at any moment, instantaneously coalescing into form.

As if merging with the Cosmos.

This range was exceedingly vast.

Lu Li calculated, and the radius reached 2,044,720 kilometers.

What astonished him the most was that it wasn’t fixed in one area but could flow at any time.

Lu Li had a thought.

In the state of ”particles,” he instantly crossed 2,044,720 kilometers without any energy loss.

Upon realizing this, he was incredibly shocked.

”The speed of light is merely 300,000 kilometers per second, yet in the ’particle’ state, one thought allows me to cross 2,044,720 kilometers?”

If Lu Li were in his physical state, he would surely have gasped in astonishment.

One thought equated to 0.018 seconds.

By this calculation, he could cross about 1.136 billion kilometers in one second!

You must know that the distance of one light-year is only 94,605 billion kilometers.

In his current state, Lu Li would only need around 83,280 seconds to cross one light-year.

Which is just over twenty-three hours.

”Not even a day and I can cross a light-year?”

Lu Li was truly frightened by his own terrifyingly swift traversal speed.

At this rate, he would only need about four days to reach Proxima Centauri, the star closest to the Solar System!

”Clearly this speed is very fast, so why do I feel I haven’t evolved to the limit?”

Lu Li felt a bit puzzled.

So far, the sixth deep evolution had not yet ended.

Just as he was pondering, he suddenly sensed the infinite particles he had become being drawn by a ”mighty force,” converging to a single point.

Immediately thereafter, under the influence of this mighty force, his body reconsolidated.

Lu Li finally returned to his normal state, resembling a human.

At this moment, the process of the sixth deep evolution was finally approaching its end!
