In the moonlight, Ace was looking at the interface in front of him with shining eyes filled with satisfaction and ecstasy.

‘Finally! Robbing those guys outside was the correct decision indeed. Although I only managed to score low-level thievery from their disciples, it was all worth it!

‘Now, not only has my rank increased by a single tier, but the Wizard Thief’s Robes have been upgraded to ascension grade-6 spirit treasure, and I can already feel the newborn will of my treasure.

‘Furthermore, it can also be used with force now, and even given the ability of ‘Wizard Stealth’ while using it with the Force. Can all the treasures I got from the system be used with both Qi and Force?’

Ace couldn’t help but wonder, and he knew he was probably right because of his two swords, which were terrifying once they were activated by the Force!

Nonetheless, now that he had already achieved his goal and raised another storm right outside the Runic Forge City, he had no reason to stay there anymore.

Furthermore, he knew that once this news reached the higher authorities of the Runic King Crown Palace, they would be completely mad with fury because it was like a resounding slap to their faces.

After all, they were searching for Ace high and low, even released a massive bounty on his head, yet he didn’t flee; instead, he came back and stole again while no one was able to stop him.

It would be considered a blunt declaration of disdain and how the Sky Stealer didn’t consider the Runic King Crown Palace a threat at all. Ace was even afraid that an Ascension King might come after him.

So, before this news could reach the higher authorities, at full speed, Ace fled to the southeast, where a deep canyon was located, connected to a massive river channel that spread throughout the Runic King Crown Palace and beyond.

Once there, Ace didn’t hesitate to directly dive into the massive river with a powerful water current. However, Ace didn’t have any intention to swim, but instead, he reached the bottom of the river and then used a concealing formatting before he summoned the gateway of the Thief’s House on the river bed and entered it!

Now, no one would be able to imagined that there was a door which lead to a living storage space at the bottom of a river and with the Thief’s House defense which by the way have already raised to the Grade-6 as well with his Thief Rank, which means only Ascension Grand Lord can find it now or break in.

That was another reason Ace decided to throw caution to the wind and upgrade his Thief Rank. After all, the higher the Thief’s House defenses, the safer it’ll be for the house members.

Moreover, once the Thief Rank entered the advanced stage, the defenses would be enough to even fool and stop an Ascension King, which would be a huge source of everyone’s confidence.

The moment Ace entered the Thief’s House, he appeared in the entrance hall, but it was completely empty, and no one was there.

‘Freya and Winter should be back since I received their signals while I’m working. ‘ They should be in their own cultivation chambers. Only Noa is left…’

A deep frown appeared on Ace’s face, with a hint of worry. He thought, ‘Only over 24 hours are left before we need to teleport away. If she still didn’t call me in two more hours, I’ll summon her back whether she likes it or not.’

Out of all the House Members, only Noa had chosen a violent path before they had to depart from the Mortal Ascension Heaven. Although she had her reasons, Ace was still worried about her. Yet he was helpless against her stubbornness, so he didn’t want to hurt her pride, so he let her be for now.

‘Alina has also returned to her cultivation chamber a few hours ago to release Lillian from her storage space ring and brief her about the upcoming mission. Zaria also decided to take those two into her own cultivation chamber. Leah was already in Zaria’s space with Cyrus and Chuchu. Eva also came back, and she seems to want to have a conversation with that Flaggy…’

Ace’s footsteps suddenly halted, and his eyes flickered with a sneaky glint. He instantly appeared as if he were on a mission and had infiltrated the enemy’s territory.

After making sure that no one had spotted him, Ace instantly vanished and appeared in his cultivation chamber in his palace.

Once he was alone, with a hint of vigilance, he called, “Master, are you there?”

However, even after calling Malservus, she didn’t reply, which meant she was asleep again.

Ace’s eyes shimmered with a peculiar light before he flipped his palm, and a golden-red stele appeared; it was the exact golden-red stele with a god rune of ‘seal’ etched on its surface.

Although the others couldn’t study it as they wished, Ace was different. Now that he was alone and had some time, he decided to study it and unlock its secret. He wanted to unseal whatever was hidden in it, and since the system didn’t warn him, it shouldn’t be anything dangerous, or at least something he could handle.

‘But how do I unseal it?’ Ace frowned as he rubbed the god rune with his finger, and suddenly, a hint of inspiration surfaced in his heart!
