Beneath the Red Dragon

In the pupils of Karon, various insights suddenly blossomed. These were ideas and thoughts that vaguely existed when he first established the Empire.

He didn’t believe any system or ideology could perpetually advance forward, so without any hesitation, he chose a dictatorship rule, using his own will as the will that controls the absolute order of the Empire.

Only under his will could the Empire ensure that, regardless of the passage of millennia, it would still maintain its goal of moving forward.

Therefore, this seemingly governing philosophy is also the prototype of Karon’s Legendary Law of Destiny philosophy.

And Karon believed that the era should always progress, and those ancient bloodline legacies should not surpass the current changes and improvements. Standing on the shoulders of ancient Giants, he should far surpass the ancient inheritors.

Moreover, he believed that true mighty power was a force that could flourish in any world with different rules.

Thus, the Law of Destiny he wished to consolidate encompassed everything; one path emerges, myriad paths flow, yet it remains under the control of his will.

”My philosophy, the path I wish to pursue, is not merely the idle talk of ambition but stems from my character, experiences, received education, learned knowledge, and my own thoughts. Together, they form my complete perception system of the world,”

Karon bared his fangs and smiled.

Governing a country can also observe the Dao.

The wisdom of all things, understanding one law leads to understanding a hundred laws. In Karon’s eyes, all existing wisdom can be used to observe the essence of the world, the essence of oneself, even a corner of the change in social consciousness.

See the heavens and the earth, see all living beings, then see oneself, all arises as such.

”Therefore, the Legendary Law of Destiny is not chosen arbitrarily; others’ paths might be a thousand times stronger than yours, but you cannot master them. Ambitious emptiness cannot consolidate one’s philosophy.”

”Those who learn from me live, those who resemble me die,” Karon said softly.

”What? Your esteemed Majesty?” asked Silver Dragon Fluo, upon hearing the low voice of the Ancestral Red Dragon.

Karon turned his head, his dark golden eyes gazed at the Silver Dragon who appeared conservative but was actually radical, and he chuckled softly: ”I allow you to observe politics in the Golden Empire, also allow you to learn the governance philosophy and institutional ideas, related to the army’s system.”

”But some things, you can’t master them. Even if you recognize them, you can’t change them.”

Adult Silver Dragon Fluo rejoiced, saying: ”This is enough; to be able to learn your governance philosophy and ideas is already a rare experience for us. Praise the noble Gogomola Majesty. You are indeed, among Dragons, the generous King and Emperor.”

”Don’t be too happy yet,” Karon said softly, suddenly: ”Without opponents, you cannot become influential. You will face my trials. I hope that you can succeed.”

”That also means you might possess wisdom surpassing mine, and I could consequently know my shortcomings.”

Adult Silver Dragon Fluo’s mercury-like pupils suddenly dilated, a kind of fatal threat, like a shadow covering his heart.

”Your esteemed Majesty, I don’t understand your meaning.”

”Hehe, death is the most perfect design for life forms, for only because of death do life forms think, evolve, and respect life.”

Karon raised his head and laughed: ”My point is, when others say you possess evil power, you’d better truly possess it. When others say you wish to conquer the world, you’d better truly aspire to do so, for only then will you not always be trapped passively.”

”Dragons naturally do not worry about death, thus gradually decline, nearly falling to the level of Beasts,”

Karon’s aura at that moment finally revealed itself to the perception of the Adult Silver Dragon, like a god, like a demon, shadows expanding, covering the firmament.

”Facing extinction, civilization progresses, the spirit sublimates, wisdom bursts forth. I am waiting for your wisdom. I will let you know when you need to challenge me! Hehe!”
