Beneath the Red Dragon

Recently, around the outpost established by the Red Dragon’s Beloved, many changes have suddenly occurred. The once sparse jungle unexpectedly became lush overnight, countless thick vines and ancient trees seemed to grow on the spot, reaching their peak in just one night.

The entire outpost camp has been surrounded and submerged by towering jungles.

And many beasts and animals suddenly appearing in the forest always linger day and night at the front of the outpost camp, even in the moonless deep night, pairs of ghostly green eyes in the forest are watching these creatures’ movements.

They seem to be observing.

And one kobold scout sent from within the outpost camp after another vanished into the jungle, never to return. Not even any messages have been sent.

This has caused the entire outpost camp to start feeling tense.

Fortunately, these Giant Dragon’s Beloved are not ordinary human soldiers, they are naturally thick-skinned and never afraid of things that haven’t happened yet.

They are just loyally executing the Red Dragon’s orders, guarding the passage to Icaria World, that dimensional transport beacon.

The young Elf Druid Aiya transformed into an agile jungle leopard, shuttling through the forest.

She crossed these giant trees and poison vines moved here by the elves using Wood-Driving Skills and walked about several miles before seeing a towering War Ancient Tree standing in the forest.

This War Ancient Tree, although judged by conventional strength, is only level fifteen, yet to touch the gate to the Saint Tier.

But the War Ancient Tree’s large body and thick, sturdy bark make it capable of exerting strength not inferior to the Saint Tier in large-scale combat.

Under the towering War Ancient Tree, many Elf Warriors and Elf Druids were standing, surrounding the Elf Elders who held the power within those tribes.

After some discussion during this time, the five major tribes closest to Aiya’s tribe have decided to unite and drive this Giant Dragon and the Giant Dragon’s Beloved out of this world.

The elves, who have experienced long freedom, do not want to become slaves again, they are fighting only for their freedom. Even the Tree of Life is using its will to support these elves, the forest’s will sides with the elves, they have enough courage.

Aiya leaped forward, transforming into her elf form, and walked toward the many elves.

”Ahem, Aiya, what’s the situation at the Giant Dragon’s camp,” the elder of Aiya’s tribe spoke to the young elf.

”Elder, the camp is almost entirely composed of the Giant Dragon’s Beloved, with two humans, but there is no sight of the Giant Dragon, the Dragon Descendant that once appeared has also disappeared, maybe they have already returned to their world through the invasion gate.”

The Elf Druid Aiya reported, ”Moreover, these days the Giant Dragon’s Beloved never exceeded the camp’s boundaries, except for those sent scouts, maybe they are not here for enslavement and conquest, we can try to communicate with them.”

”A Giant Dragon is a Giant Dragon, they will not give us the opportunity for equal communication,” the male elf Reiss, who once stood side by side with the female elf Aiya, stood out, coldly looking at Aiya, refuting.

Reiss is also an Elf Druid, recognized by his tribe’s Tree of Life will, capable of exerting multiplied strength in the endless forest, known as the Forest’s Son.

These Forest’s Sons have considerable status in their respective tribes, and the future Elf Elder Council that will manage the tribes is chosen from these Forest’s Sons.

Thus he can speak in such gatherings, the elf elders from six tribes around also do not feel offended.

”Since the Giant Dragon is not present, that’s even better, we only need to kill all the Giant Dragon’s Beloved and then destroy their invasion gate.”

The clearly belligerent male elf Reiss stood up, raising his arm loudly saying: ”Even a Giant Dragon cannot have endless Beloved.”

”If this time it does not learn its lesson, then every time it comes we will kill its Beloved, sooner or later that Giant Dragon will no longer have Beloved to use, can it challenge our whole world alone?”

The young Elf Druid’s words, along with his stirring momentum, had a certain infectious power.

Aiya opened her mouth to speak but ultimately did not refute. She dared not and could not bear the consequences of making a different choice, not to mention she is only a Forest’s Son, even the elders in the tribe need to heed everyone’s opinion.

Soon, the elf elders of several major tribes made their decision.

”Then kill all these creatures, just like we did to those Desolate God’s minions before, using the lives of these creatures to warn that Giant Dragon, this world belongs to the elves!”

An elf elder voiced the sentiment.

”Let’s begin, today,” another tribe’s elf elder agreed.

Crunch, crunch,

Accompanied by the words of the elf elders, the surrounding towering ancient trees suddenly came alive, faces resembling human faces appeared on the trunks.

These ancient trees, under the elves’ Wood-Driving Skills, uprooted their massive roots from the ground, intertwining into limb-like formations, heading towards the Giant Dragon’s outpost camp.

One by one the Elf Archers jumped onto the branches of the War Ancient Tree, like birds perched on the ancient tree.
