Beneath the Red Dragon

As for the others, it just takes time for ideological education. In any case, this is a measure that must be taken in the future of the territory.

Blue Dragon Doss saw through Karon’s thoughts. From a young age, Blue Dragons were very familiar with the personality of Red Dragons. Doss stepped forward, ”Karon, why not take this young dragon back, forge an indestructible chain, lock him up, and make him guard the treasure vault for the Dragon Group.”

The evil nature of an Evil Dragon flickered in Blue Dragon Doss’s huge pupils as he chuckled, ”Let this Red Dragon gaze at the treasure vault every day without being able to touch it. I suppose he wouldn’t want any other creature to touch the Dragon Group’s treasure vault.”

For Giant Dragons, this was indeed an extremely severe punishment.

Watching the treasure vault in front of him without being able to possess it was a form of torture, which might drive this Red Dragon crazy with such torment.

Karon couldn’t help but marvel at the ideas of Blue Dragons; you Evil Dragons always manage to come up with new tricks.

However, Karon felt this was not foolproof. An indestructible chain was not truly unbreakable, and he was pondering how to safely utilize this young Red Dragon.

At this time, the Jackal Wolfman Leader Yougu brought all the Jackal Wolfmen over to salute the Giant Dragons, and those mages came over under the leadership of High Tier Mage Lu Man.

High Tier Mage Lu Man wore a mournful expression. Seeing the Dragon Group was like seeing his own kin.

He embraced Karon’s thick forelimb and cried, ”Lord Karon, Lord Karon, please have this hateful Red Dragon release me from this contract. I, Lu Man, have contributed to the Dragon Group, have shed...shed sweat for the Dragon Group.”

If Karon knew of High Tier Mage Lu Man’s previous thoughts, he might not have resisted the urge to ask why he was humble afterward. Still, he disdainfully pushed the mage aside.

But Lu Man couldn’t be blamed for his lowly demeanor. This kind of enslavement magic born of bloodline control, even Saint-tier Mages couldn’t break it.

Unless Lu Man’s blood were extracted from every corner of his body and he were given a new body.

Or he was given a bloodline more noble than the Evil Dragon Blood found in Giant Dragons, thus washing away the contract rooted deep in his bloodline.

But such actions could only possibly be done by Divine Spirits and some extremely frightening legendary figures. Although High Tier Mage Lu Man was high up among ordinary humans, considered a genius.

But for such a level, even if he looked up, he wouldn’t be able to see the soles of these terrifying legends.

”What contract, let me see,” Karon concentrated, looking at High Tier Mage Lu Man.

An incredibly lifelike dragon horn mark was carved on High Tier Mage Lu Man’s forehead as if naturally growing in his flesh, just like those harsh nobles would carve slave marks on the most visible places on slaves.

”Hey, isn’t this the enslavement contract magic that only exists in the White Dragon legacy?” White Dragon Gomot popped his small head over, his white scales shrouded in a faint chill, his white frosty scales gradually turning into blocks of ice.

Upon hearing this, Karon glanced at the young Red Dragon slowly recovering on the ground; the knowledge of the legacy of each Five-Colored Giant Dragon didn’t intertwine, each being etched into their bloodline by their respective ancestors.

Now, for White Dragon legacy magic to appear on other colored Giant Dragons, there were two possibilities, but appearing on a Red Dragon, there was only one possibility.

That this young Red Dragon’s ancestor had once slain a White Dragon with this legacy magic and then plundered this magic for himself.

As for the other scenario, which absolutely wouldn’t happen, it would be that a Red Dragon had once combined with a White Dragon, making the young Red Dragon a hybrid of Red Dragon and White Dragon.

But Karon could sense the pure Red Dragon bloodline in this young Red Dragon.

Additionally, the proud Red Dragons, even in their mating season, would only treat White Dragons as playthings, never allowing such a Giant Dragon that Red Dragons consider an inferior dragon species to give birth to their offspring.

As for White Dragons overpowering Red Dragons, hmm, it’s not impossible. Karon’s dragon claw stroked his chin as the images of those few White Dragons, who were also well-known in the Endless Star Realm, surfaced in his mind.

However, this magic resolved Karon’s dilemma. He temporarily ignored the High Tier Mage’s complaints, patting the young Red Dragon lying on the ground with his dragon claw.

”Stop playing dead, if you dare continue pretending, I’ll actually kill you,” Karon’s tone was rather cold.

He knew that although the young Red Dragon’s injuries were severe, a Giant Dragon’s life force was not so fragile.

Besides, the Dragon Group hadn’t dealt any fatal injuries to the young Red Dragon, they merely crippled his mobility.

Young Red Dragon Kedelos heard this, rolling over cleanly, struggling to sit up. Although his spinal bone was exposed, it wasn’t broken, so he could still control his body.

”What kind of monster are you? You are definitely not a Red Dragon. If not for your domain suppression, I would never have lost so miserably,” Young Red Dragon Kedelos had none of his earlier arrogance, seemingly beaten into a loss of confidence.

”Even those Red Dragons that grow to maturity may not possess domain abilities, yet you, a young dragon, why do you possess a domain? Could you be the bloodline left in Aikania by a Dragon God?”

Young Red Dragon Kedelos widened his eyes, considering himself a talented Red Dragon, but having reached his youth stage, he still hadn’t touched the edge of a domain, whereas this young Red Dragon already had his own domain.

Karon’s massive head shook slightly, he couldn’t be bothered to answer the young Red Dragon’s question, nor did he bother asking the other’s name, only coldly saying, ”Hand over the knowledge of that magic, Dragon’s Kin.”

”Damn you, keep your respect for a noble Red Dragon,” Young Red Dragon Kedelos cried out, infuriated by Karon’s superior tone.

Thump,

the young female dragon Kleyna beside Karon lashed her long tail like a battering ram, knocking Young Red Dragon Kedelos to the ground. Then, Kleyna’s sturdy dragon claw stepped on the head of the young Red Dragon that had fallen into dust.

This female dragon bared her sharp teeth, and puffs of sparks spewed from her snout. Her dragon claw pressed hard on the young Red Dragon’s head, her low growl carrying rage, ”Watch your words, you fool. Karon is a thousand times more noble than you. Don’t make me want to crush your head.”

Finally, Karon, like a gentleman, only needing his words and without lifting a finger, obtained this magic that greatly intrigued him.

With this magic, whenever he encounters stubborn or non-aligned-interest Giant Dragons in the future, he now has a means to properly handle them without needing to stain himself with overly much Giant Dragon blood.

He certainly didn’t want any dragon-slaying aura or dragon-slaying majesty to appear on himself.

Young Red Dragon Kedelos was dragged back to the Dragon Nest by the Dragon Group as if dragging a dead dog. Initially, these Giant Dragons planned on carrying Young Red Dragon back, but since there was no treasure hoarded in the young Red Dragon’s nest.

Even the Dragon Group, used to the life of a Lord Dragon, hadn’t considered that these solitary and rogue Evil Dragons struggle to survive, let alone have opportunities to gather treasure.

Thus, the young Red Dragon was dragged back by the disappointed Dragon Group by his tail.

Along the way, some dragons couldn’t help but curse, mocking the young Red Dragon as a pauper dragon, with Red Copper Dragon Alfred cursing the most fiercely.

Having finally experienced the Dragon Group’s spoils distribution process for the first time, he found it greatly disappointing.

The story-loving Red Copper Dragon was considered the most culturally savvy amongst the Dragon Group, frequently uttering various colloquial sayings.

Unlike the White Dragon Camid, who only repeated those few words: pauper, fool, eyes on a fat butt.

Karon followed behind the Dragon Group, his sub-brain continuously analyzing the information of the Dragon’s Kin magic’s model and principles. He needed to master this magic as soon as possible, not requiring fluency, merely usability.

Then he could take full control of the young Red Dragon, easing his concerns so he could confidently pass through the Plane Teleportation Gate with the mages and start his journey of exploration and plunder.
