Chapter 1081: Chapter 374: Temrael (Part 3)

At the same time, he could feel the dexterity of his hands had noticeably improved.

Rein’s already high agility made his hands incredibly fast, and now, upon activating the ’Skillful Hands’ core skill, his speed had become totally incomprehensible.

Moreover, this speed was not chaotic but orderly.

Within a few seconds, a Secret Silver Embroidery Shirt was completed.

Yuliss, standing shocked beside, instinctively picked up the Secret Silver Embroidery Shirt Rein had just made in seconds, and with just a glance, her eyes widened, her mouth slightly agape, utterly dumbfounded!

After a few seconds, she dazedly said, ”Vis...Viscount, I think your tailoring skills have completely surpassed mine.”

The shirt featured Secret Silver lines, each stitch as precise as machine stitching, and the two Secret Silver decorative lines on the chest were parallel, consistently equidistant.

Such tailoring skills an ordinary tailor would struggle to acquire even through a lifetime of practice.

Even Yuliss, a talented tailor master, currently could only create one or two pieces under perfect conditions that met such standards.

Yet she started learning tailoring at eight years old and is now forty-two...

”No, Yuliss, I’m still a tailoring novice, I need to learn some new styles,” Rein smiled slightly and said.

He had just seen on the system prompt that after advancing to the tailor master, the experience the Secret Silver Embroidery Shirt could bring him greatly decreased.

He needed a more complex and prestigious garment creation to quickly elevate the tailor master’s profession level.

The problem was, after some casual conversation, Rein found that Yuliss’s more complex garment styles were all women’s dresses and required mastery of various lace borders and embroidery techniques.

This made Rein slightly frown.

After all, a male noble learning tailoring is already extravagant enough, crafting women’s dresses in a tailor shop daily would be quite unusual...

After some thought, Rein decided to continue making the Secret Silver Embroidery Shirt.

Though slower, with enough proficiency and new core skill enhancement, it wouldn’t be much slower.

Above all, the main reason was his impending approach to the Imperial City Tamriel.

...

In the next two days, he successfully elevated the tailor master’s profession level to lv4 (3/1000), gaining 3 skill points and 3 attribute points.

Thus, along with rewards obtained during tailoring profession level upgrades, his remaining attribute points now totaled 12, remaining skill points 16, and Golden Skill Points 54.

He considered it successfully achieving the predetermined goal.

At this moment, Rein was pondering two matters in his mind.

The first matter was whether to bring Anna with him to the Imperial City?

For the powerful Drum Family in Minster City, acting without restraint is easy, but once Rein leaves Minster, depending solely on Viery would likely be insufficient to block them.

However, bringing Anna to the Imperial City also posed a problem.

The Sword Holder Headquarters assigned lodging is internal, meaning outsiders couldn’t reside there; in other words, Rein needed to find a place to stay in the Imperial City.

Obviously, the safest option would be letting Anna return to Ferdinand Forest and contacting her once he’s confirmed finding traces of Anna’s mother.

The second matter, a few days ago, the Ice Claw Bear Mercenary sent a letter saying they were escorting Lagaray already on the way to Minster.

But according to the timeline, he feared he wouldn’t meet her.

...

”No, Rein, I want to go with you.” Anna stared at Rein with beautiful eyes and said.

”Uh....”

”Don’t worry, if worse comes to worst, Tamriel has a place for our Elf Clan ambassador, I can wait there for your news.”

”Hmm? There’s an ambassador’s residence?”

”Yes!” Anna emphasized with a nod.

”Alright then.” Rein nodded.

This way, there’s really no problem, after all, the ambassador’s residence’s security represents the Empire’s dignity, and can be said to be one of the safest places in the entire Imperial City.

...

The next morning.

After bidding a warm farewell to his family, Rein and Anna boarded the airship to the Imperial City Tamriel.

On the airship platform, Admiral Edward personally came to see them off, as did Olena and Viery and other familiar faces of Rein were also there to send off.

A day and a half later.

The airship approached closer to the Imperial City Tamriel.

At this point, many like Rein and Anna had already left the cabin, standing by the ship’s railings looking into the distance.

”Rein, look quickly!”

Anna suddenly pointed to a broad, lush forest in the distance, exclaiming.

Hmm?

Rein followed Anna’s slender finger, seeing in the faraway woods a vast crisscross of roads and towering building clusters, the distance was great, yet he could vaguely discern the buildings standing tall with varied styles.

As the airship further approached, others also saw the gradually clear contour of the Imperial City, and immediately, they gasped in awe.

The passengers came pouring out from inside the cabin, and within a few minutes, the ship’s railing was crowded.

Given the expensive fare of the Imperial Airship, and this level being occupied by either wealthy merchants or nobles, most were worldly, yet even so, seeing this colossal city before them, they couldn’t help but exclaim.
