Wizard starting from shoeing donkeys

Chapter 1024: Chapter 357: Deep Sea Giant (Double-Length Chapter) (3)

After all, even the heavily armored tower shield warriors couldn’t withstand two pincers from the enemy. With only leather armor, they couldn’t possibly block even a casual strike.

Although Lord Rein is an official wizard, at this moment, they face the lobster warrior chieftain Yakolan, a chief-level monster.

An official wizard would definitely not be a match for it.

That is, after all, a quasi-legendary peak existence.

Unless Lord Rein is a Second Level Liquidization Wizard, perhaps he could retain his life.

The luck of our team is really too bad, to encounter the strongest existence among the thick-shelled lobster warriors.

“Now, all of you die!” Yakolan suddenly swung its pincers and charged forward.

“Boom!!”

Fandar dashed forward and raised his shield to barely hold off the attack.

But the moment they collided, the creaking of the tower shield and the war boots sinking into the ground made it clear to Fandar, who was in the midst, that he was absolutely no match for the opponent. Yakolan’s strength was truly overwhelming.

“Run quickly! I can’t hold on for long!” Fandar roared in anger.

“Lord Rein, protect my sister!”

“Retreat? Why should we retreat?” Rein’s calm voice rang out.

Everyone was taken aback! Before they understood what he meant, they suddenly felt their vision blur, and Lord Rein’s figure disappeared.

“Swish!”

Suddenly, Fandar faintly felt a strong wind brush past behind him, and then it seemed something flashed to the front.

Another second passed, and Fandar sensed something was off.

Because the lobster warrior chieftain Yakolan surprisingly didn’t attack again, and out of the corner of his eye, he saw his teammates, each looking as if they had been struck by lightning, standing frozen on the spot.

Almost everyone had their mouths wide open, as if they could fit an entire pear inside!

This bewildered Fandar even more.

He carefully peeked his head out a bit from over the tower shield.

The next second, he too was frozen!

Because somehow, Lord Rein was already in front of him, holding a short spear in his hand.

On the short spear, at that moment, a certain pale blue liquid was dripping thread by thread.

And that formidable lobster warrior chieftain Yakolan was now lying motionless on the ground, still in the posture of brandishing its giant pincers for defense….

Its two originally upright, gleaming matchstick-like eyes had completely drooped down.

There, in the shell between its two eyes, was a small round hole, still gushing pale blue blood.

Clearly, that was the fatal blow.

Fandar knew that this spot was where the lobster warrior’s brain was located.

But this… how could this be possible?

Judging by the situation, it seemed Lord Rein had pierced Yakolan’s defending giant pincers with the short spear in his hand and struck again into its shell, hitting the brain, leading to the scene before his eyes.

“This…. this is the lobster warrior chieftain Yakolan!”

“Ranked third on the wanted list of Sea Clan’s strongmen….”

“Lord Rein actually killed it in one strike!”

“Oh my God! Lord Rein’s strength…..”

…

In an instant, the crowd, having come back to their senses, exclaimed in a frenzy!

Their eyes on Rein revealed shock, joy, admiration, and more!

The remaining thick-shelled lobster warriors around, upon seeing this scene, were dumbstruck with their matchstick-like eyes!

Their incredibly mighty chieftain Yakolan had died just like that!

Instantly, the thick-shelled lobster warriors, who had surrounded them from three sides, scattered and fled like birds and beasts.

For Rein, the strength of the lobster warrior chieftain Yakolan was roughly at the quasi-legendary peak, just touching the threshold of legendary status, naturally not his match.

Of course, under normal circumstances, the opponent could exchange several blows with him.

But this time, he suddenly used Shadow Step to make his move, moving too fast, thus creating the current scenario of a kill in one strike.

“Lord Rein, you surely are more than just an official wizard!”

Even after a full minute, Fandar couldn’t calm his shock and excitement, stammering slightly as he spoke to Rein.

“I originally planned to stay with you for a while, but it seems that’s not possible now.” Rein gazed into the distance at his destination for this mission.

Frost Mist Cliff was a dozen miles away.

Originally, he came to understand the situation, which he had now mostly gleaned.

“Captain Fandar, be careful, the strength of the Sea God Sect isn’t just this. I need to visit the Frost Mist Cliff ahead.” Rein said with a smile to Fandar.

“Lord Rein, are you leaving? But you promised to complete the Empire’s bounty with us.” Georgia couldn’t help but step forward, there was a hint of reluctance in her words.

Rein smiled and pointed to the scattered thick-shelled lobster warriors’ bodies on the ground, especially the massive carcass of the lobster warrior chieftain Yakolan, and said:

“Counting these, your task of a hundred thick-shelled lobster warrior corpses is surely overly fulfilled.”

“Lord Rein, shall we go with you?” Fandar thought for a moment and asked actively.

“Not wise, we may encounter the Sea God Sect ahead.” Rein shook his head and said.

Just now, he discovered the direction from which the lobster warrior chieftain Yakolan came seemed to be the Frost Mist Cliff direction.

This meant that the Sea God Sect’s lair might also be over there.

Very likely close to his destination.

….

A quarter of an hour later.

In the cavern hall.

Harvers and Diyaam were exchanging some cooperation ideas in a harmonious atmosphere.
