Three Towers Game

”There were similar issues in the past, to resolve them, only the living world could fix it, and it took a tremendous effort. The resulting apocalypse was no smaller than what you’re experiencing now.”

Wen Xishu said:

”So, is it no longer possible now?”

The colorful crow said:

”I can’t guarantee, you see, Obsession World has penetrated the Netherworld, right? Of course, we’ve found a direction to fix the bug.”

”In fact, being able to come here and harm the Spiritual Body… it seems unrelated to Obsession World, you have another kind of power in you. But don’t worry, next time you won’t be able to enter the gates of the Netherworld.”

Wen Xishu nodded:

”I’ve asked all my questions.”

The colorful crow said:

”I like your straightforwardness. As for your Wen Family, I’ll look after them. But your parents, well, they’ve gone to the Lower Spirit District. I suppose they don’t need my care, right? Good dutiful child.”

Wen Xishu knew, the parents referred to by the colorful crow, were his parents in his past life.

”No need for care, I’ve always been very filial.”

The colorful crow again laughed with a ”tsk tsk tsk” sound.

”You’ll next return to outside the gate of the Netherworld, after reaching the gate, you can return to your own world by the method of reaching the gate.”

The colorful crow suddenly tilted its head and bit off a feather.

The colorful feather, which Wen Xishu had already witnessed, could be considered a protective talisman of the Netherworld.

But this time, the feather’s function was different.

”As Obsession World invades us, we will invade Obsession World, to make them understand the cost of disturbing the dead.”

”This feather represents your next journey, which will be very interesting.”

Wen Xishu accepted the feather.

Currently, the name of the feather can’t be displayed, so Wen Xishu still doesn’t know how amazing it truly is.

The colorful crow said:

”I’m a bit tired, I need to go play games with the actual dead. Goodbye.”

Things suddenly became efficient, Wen Xishu only heard the word goodbye, and before he could respond...

he found the surroundings changing.

His body instantly transformed into a Qi Body.

...

...

After an unknown length of time, Wen Xishu opened his eyes.

Darkness surrounded him once more.

Below his feet was the gate of the Netherworld.

He had returned to this void place, and in his hand was a feather.

The feather emitted a faint glow, making the darkness around him less absolute.

Wen Xishu thought:

”This journey, I was still too cowardly. Although the colorful crow said taking the dead is difficult… there does seem to be a slight possibility.”

Despite this, Wen Xishu still felt quite frightened, at least he hadn’t tried to take anyone away.

”Knowing Mr. Jin isn’t dead, and seeing the family… this journey wasn’t without meaning.”

”Just wondering about the harvest.”

Wen Xishu really wanted to know what level this colorful feather was, whether it was better than Ding Dong’s Phoenix feather.

He immediately followed the colorful crow’s instructions and activated the login device.

...

...

The familiar door and clock, familiar three-headed person, and innovative laughter.

”Gugu gugu gugu gugu gugu…” The guide’s laughter gave Wen Xishu a feeling like Kayako in Ju-on.

The black Deceitful Head said:

”What an enviable journey, not too risky, only the first petal of the seven-colored flower has opened, and you’ve returned safely. Plus, you got a valuable treasure.”

”Next, you must make good use of your treasure.”

Wen Xishu found no changes to his panel. The Deceit Tower Level was still at level 43.

Sequence hadn’t changed, nor had rune.

Tower Power Value decreased by eight points because of entering the Netherworld, leaving only seven points.

Wen Xishu continued to look down.

Finally, before he couldn’t help but say ”f*ck, this is a loss,” he saw a new item in the inventory.

Item Name: [Death Plan Book]

Item Level: Orange.

Item Use Interval: Extremely Long.

Item Description: A gift from the Lord of the Underworld, after Obsession World invaded the world of the dead, the Lord attempted to repair it immediately, now that it’s been repaired, it’s etiquette to invade in response to invasion.

Holder of this feather can fix the feather on any pen, use the pen to write down the names of certain people on your next Deceit Tower journey. You’ll personally set the death methods for all those whose names are written.

And you must provide at least seven names of the soon-to-be-dead. To ensure you know the names, the feather will grant you the ability to see people’s names.

Note: Effective immediately upon possession, if nothing is written, it’s deemed as abandoning this item.

At first glance, Wen Xishu didn’t understand.

He looked at the guide:

”You better tell me this thing is worth eight Tower Power Value points.”

This time, not only the black Deceitful Head, but the red Slaughter Head and white Desire Head also thought Wen Xishu had hit it big:

”You’ve obtained the power to rewrite the script, in your next tower climbing journey, you are the Death God himself. Gugu gugu gugu gugu. I must say, the Lord of the Underworld really has the style of a Lord~”

”But in exchange, using this feather, you need to arrange for at least seven people to die.”

”Not ruling out the possibility of using the feather a second time far in the future, but by then the number of deaths will undoubtedly be higher.”

”Gugu gugu, this feather is so precious, hence you couldn’t gain other rewards this time, technically you should have one more reward for winning the competition.”

Wen Xishu was stunned.

This time, he understood what surprise meant.

Scorpion Knife is strong, right? But it only adds rules. Whether it can defeat enemies in the level is still unknown.

Mad Dice is undoubtedly a rule-changing entity, but it doesn’t have the ability to directly eliminate enemies.

But this feather can directly allow him to set how others should die.

In other words, after entering Deceit Tower, anyone he encounters, as long as he knows their name, he can decide how they die.

What’s most rogue is...

He can even directly see other people’s names.

Wen Xishu felt this was overly against the natural order. Indeed, it was the Lord of Death’s revenge.

He hadn’t expected that crow to be the Lord of the Underworld.

But correspondingly, he also realized the special nature of the Deceit Tower.

The strange content within the Deceit Tower has affected the Netherworld. This led to the Lord of the Underworld having to repair some things.

It’s imaginable, at higher levels, Deceit Tower can affect many more things.

Climbing the tower offers many benefits, but significant risks are also inevitable.

Wen Xishu looked at this feather...

”What a pity, its use interval is very long, meaning that after using it in the next climb, the next use is uncertain.”

”A truly fearsome item, but limited to climbing the Deceit Tower.”

The item description clearly stated it was for the Deceit Tower journey. If it could be used on the Slaughter Tower journey, Wen Xishu felt he could slay through the Slaughter Tower.

”And it activates automatically. Which means, during the next climb, I have to use it. Not using it is considered as giving it up.”

Wen Xishu truly hoped that such a powerful item could be used at higher levels, rather than at forty-plus levels.

But all in all, he truly gained, and gained big, eight Tower Power Value points could not trade for a right to unfettered slaughter.

”And with Mad Dice being able to change levels, I may even reach higher levels next time.”

”Of course, it’s all up to luck.”

Wen Xishu doesn’t plan to use the three highs lightly, but if he has an item that can cause a rampage at high levels, using it wouldn’t be impossible.

This thing isn’t just about killing others, it can even determine their manner of death, isn’t this like a Death Note? Even more convenient than Death Note, simply put, it can be called a Death Feather Pen.

With this, next time in the Deceit Tower, all the monsters that come within sight can be written off as dead.

Isn’t this better than those timid and hesitant authors who dare not write death, dare not wrap it up? If this pen had appeared earlier... the Ark would already be Horn’s.

No matter the Von Neumann, General Renault, or Captain, slain with a pen.

After a long sigh, Wen Xishu couldn’t wait to start his next journey.

But now, he still needs to return to the Bunker and discuss with the old principal about his experiences in the Deceit Tower.

Seems… the Bunker is still holding a funeral for Liu Zhizai and Mr. Jin because of his premonitions?

Wonder if Xiaojin has been found.
