Chapter 336 – Tristan(2)

Chapter 336: Tristan(2)

Seeing the scene in front of him, Tristan knew the group was conducting an evil ritual here. A question suddenly emerged in his mind, as the number of corpses lying on the ground in a specific pattern didnʼt match the number of the people that had gotten missing.

Trihan was thinking of the question when suddenly he felt a chill.

Tristan looked down on the ground, only to notice his feet stepped upon the face of a person.

Tristan, in a hurry, backed away, only to stumble upon another corpse.

A look of pure horror appeared on his face as he looked around him, only to notice that the corpses werenʼt missing, but they were always here and were used to make a large pattern that spanned hundreds of meters.

After calming down from the scene the next moment, a question emerged in his mind that, why didnʼt he see the pattern. He even entered it. It all happened when the leader of the group was only an early Void Condensation while he was a late Void Condensation.

”Soldiers, attack!” Tristan stood up and ordered the twenty elite soldiers he had brought. He didnʼt fear for them as all of them were peak Nascent Soul, on the verge of reaching Void Condensation.

After ordering the soldiers, Tristan didnʼt stand, but he also charged at the leader of the group, who was still standing at the same place.

”Eh!” Tristan suddenly exclaimed in surprise as he neither got any response from the soldiers that came with him nor did he feel a movement from them.

Tristan turned his head slightly to look behind him, only to freeze on the ground.

The twenty soldiers he had brought had already gotten naked, while their eyes had turned lifeless. The soldiers, then using their swords, began drawing the same pattern of a circle inside the star and then the star inside the larger circle. While they were doing this, pained expressions appeared on their faces, but they didnʼt utter a word and silently continued.

”YOU DEMONESS!” Tristan screamed in anger as he looked at the three naked ladies still standing at the same spot.

Tristan knew if he waited, those soldiers would lose their lives, so he took out his sword from its sheath and activated his strongest skill to end this situation as soon as possible.

The next moment, his sword began growing with a visible rate. In no time, it reached tens of meters.

Tristan raised the sword in the air using both his hands since it weighed a lot at that point and brought it down vertically.

Even though the distance between Tristan and the group of ladies exceeded the height of the sword, still when Tristan brought it down, the strongest lady got split into two pieces, and her body then crashed onto the ground.

The sword didnʼt disappear, but then it was the turn of the two ladies. As if an invisible blade was at work, both the ladies faced the same end as the two halves of their bodies crashed on the ground.

Tristan waited for a few seconds, and only after seeing that there was no scene of them regenerating or somehow returning to life did he stop his skill. The next moment, the sword reverted back to its original size.

Tristan then looked back and heaved a sigh of relief when he saw that the soldiers had stopped creating the pattern. Soon, the scream of pain rang in the area.

Tristan still didnʼt let his guard down as there was an evil ritual going on, and anything could happen in these situations.

”Wear your clothes, and carry these corpses into your space rings,” Tristan coldly ordered the soldiers, bringing a stop to their screams.

Even though Tristan was a late Void Condensation level cultivator, he still felt afraid seeing the scenes. He still didnʼt have an answer for how he didnʼt see the pattern from far and entered it. He wanted to leave the area as soon as possible.

”Hahahahahahaha!”

Suddenly a burst of gentle and seductive laughter rang in the area, bringing chills down the soldiers and Tristanʼs spine.

The chill only continued for a moment. The next moment, lewd expressions appeared on the faces of the twenty soldiers, while a frown appeared on Tristan.

At that moment, Tristan could feel an external force trying to affect his brain and make him feel lust.

”Why are you fighting your instincts? Donʼt you want to love me?” The next moment, a seductive voice rang in Tristanʼs heart.

Tristanʼs face turned ugly as he could feel his guard subconsciously coming down.

As if the voice could see the struggle of Tristan, it further added, with the voice turning even more seductive to entice him.

Tristan had a strong will, so he persisted and struggled to get free, while the situation wasnʼt that optimistic for the soldiers.

The soldiers who were feeling the heat at that moment were unaware that their bodies were engulfed in white flames.

In the flames, a silhouette of Shuang could be seen. Shuang hadnʼt worn her mask, and a smirk could be seen spread across her face.

Tristan was also engulfed in flame, but he wasnʼt in the same situation as the soldiers.

The flame had only covered one-half of his body while the soldiers were already melting.

Tristan, who was losing control over his body and was on the verge of losing himself, decided to take drastic action.

With a lot of struggle, he cut off his reproductive part to stop him from losing himself to his lust.

”Argh!”

”Haha!”

Simultaneously a painful scream and a burst of laughter rang in the area.

Tristan saved himself from losing himself by sacrificing his future generations, but one-half of his body had already gotten burnt and was charred black.

The pain of burning that he hadnʼt been feeling due to the voice suddenly came and attacked him, making him lose his consciousness and crash on the ground.

When Tristan regained his consciousness, he wanted whatever he had felt to be a nightmare, but when he opened his only working eye, his expectations came crashing down. He was still lying naked on the ground with his entire body aching.

With a lot of struggle, Tristan stood up, only to stumble once more.. The lady he thought he had killed suddenly appeared in front of him.
