Chapter 287: Conquer(2)

Thousands of arrows rained down on Aakesh. In response, he stretched the bowstring up to his eyes, aiming at the arrows raining down, and then released it.

”Boom!”

As if an explosion had occurred, and thunder had rumbled just by the release of his bowstring.

The next moment, the arrows that were raining down on him, aiming to destroy him, began scattering. A few seconds later, the arrows scattered like sand, and soon that sand too subsided.

It all happened in less than a second, but since the soldiers in the fort had the same level as him, how could they get discouraged by Aakesh and the bowʼs power.

The next moment, the sky turned red while the sand on the ground began boiling. Even Aakesh started feeling the heat.

If previously, the archers from the fort had released arrows to kill him, this time they had released a rain of meteors to decimate him. The size of the meteors varied from a small mountain to even surpassing an ordinary continent.

Aakesh expressionlessly looked at the sky. He then grabbed the bowstring using his left hand and stretched it, only to stop when it touched his nose.

Unlike the last time, Aakesh wasnʼt going to use just the force from the release of the bowstring. As he began stretching the bowstring, the outline of the arrow started appearing. First, the nock appeared, then the energy feathers, then the shaft, and finally, at last, the arrowhead.

The arrow had nothing special to show, except if people were to look closely, they would notice a strange pattern of three arrows engraved on the arrowhead.

As if the meteors were sentient and had sensed Aakeshʼs attempt to attack them, their acceleration rate suddenly increased, making even the land on which Aakesh stood red due to heat.

Aakesh expressionlessly looked at the meteors, trying to smash him, and released the arrow.

”Whoosh!”

The arrow flew, tearing through the air. It had just reached half the distance, when suddenly two arrows separated from it, making a total of three arrows.

It wasnʼt the end, as then the three arrows separated again to make nine arrows in total. The process continued, and in no time, the arrow multiplied into thousands.

It wasnʼt the end, as when arrows and the meteors were only one second away from the clash, the number of arrows had surpassed the number of meteors in the air by several folds. To be exact, for each meteor, there were seven arrows.

”Boom!”

”Boom!”

”Boom!”

As the arrows and meteors clashed, a chain of explosions began ranging in the sky.

For the meteors the size of small mountains, only one arrow clashed with it. Both the meteor and the arrow negated each other and destroyed each other using the explosion.

While for the meteors surpassing hundreds of miles or even thousands of miles, around ten to twenty arrows clashed with them. Only then the arrows were able to destroy the meteors.

But since the size difference between the arrows and the meteors was so wide that several arrows failed in completely destroying the meteor, their broken pieces began raining down on the land.

With each crash of broken meteors, the land shook as if an earthquake had arrived. The only meteors that could harm Aakesh were already destroyed, so Aakesh didnʼt care about the rain of the broken meteors.

One meteor, the size of a few hundred meters, crashed only a few meters away from him. Let alone damage; the crash wasnʼt even able to make Aakesh move a millimeter.

”Boom!”

”Boom!”

”Boom!”

While sounds of continuous explosions kept ringing in the air as there were truly too many meteors for Aakesh to destroy them right away.

The land wasnʼt the only one to take the brunt of the broken meteors; forts had to also take it.

The force of the explosion threw meteors in random directions, so several of them crashed on the fort. But since the fort was no ordinary fort, the crashes couldnʼt even create a scratch on the structure, let alone damage.

Time flew by, and a few more seconds passed.

The explosions ranging in the air stopped as the arrows shot by Aakesh successfully destroyed all of them.

One arrow had survived the clash with the meteors. Aakesh could control the arrows after shooting, so he made it turn in the direction of the fort.

The archers in the fort knew the attack power of the arrow, so they wanted to stop it, but before they could even shoot, that single remaining arrow had already multiplied into three.

The process of multiplication again began. The multiplication of arrows could only be stopped if Aakesh lost his life or he had no more energy to provide.

Unfortunately for the soldiers of the fort, the thing Aakesh didnʼt lack was energy. So if they wanted to stop the arrow, they either needed to destroy all of them or kill Aakesh.

Aakesh, on the other hand, was preparing for his attack. The previous two times, it was the fort who had taken the initiative to attack, and Aakesh defended himself, but this time, it was the fort who would need to defend themselves.

Aakesh stretched the bowstring, only to stop when it touched his nose. The arrow that had appeared this time was different from the last arrow.

In the place of the arrowhead, there was an orange fire.

Suddenly, the land that had stopped boiling due to meteors began turning into lava. The orange fire released so much heat that even the space around it started melting.

Aakesh didnʼt release the arrow right away as he waited for the orange fire to get bigger and bigger.

The moment the fire reached the size of a football, Aakesh released the arrow since it would become difficult for even him to control. He had no interest in facing injuries due to his own weapon.

The distance between Aakesh and the fort was tens of miles, but the moment Aakesh released the arrow, it was already in front of the fort.

It didnʼt just tear through the air. It directly tore the space and teleported to the fort.

”BOOOOOOOOOMMMM!”

The next moment, an explosion loud enough to shake Universes appeared in the area, and a mushroom cloud the size of a small world appeared.

It wasnʼt the end, as the arrows that had already multiplied to millions also began crashing down on the fort, aiming for the same point.
