The First Store System

Chapter 285: Result

The crowd stood up and began clapping to show their appreciation for the ongoing battle, while the chill permeated the area and made them shudder at the same time.

”Clang!”

”Clang!”

”Clang!”

Continuous sounds of metallic clashes rang in the area as each arrow Aakesh shot stopped the swing of the sword coming at him.

Aakesh had unlimited endurance, so he would never grow tired, but that wasnʼt the case for the opponent.

Even though the opponent was an expert equivalent to Tao Palace cultivator and also it hadnʼt even been a minute since the battle began, fighting such a quick battle with Aakesh taxed him both mentally and physically.

The opponent felt as if he was fighting this battle for hours since he couldnʼt even relax his concentration for a moment if he didnʼt want to have a serious injury.

The opponent understood that things couldnʼt go for long like this. Fun in battle was one thing, but the system, when it created the opponents for Aakesh to train, it had given a single command, and that was to always go for the win against Aakesh using their skills.

A swing came like the last time, and similarly, Aakesh shot an arrow before it could come close to him.

Suddenly, the aura around the opponent grew cold, it even made Aakesh shudder for a moment, but before he could lose a chance of defending, he came back.

It was not only Aakesh that grew with time. With Aakeshʼs growth, his opponents in the virtual training area also grew.

The white flash, which the opponent could only use one time as a final attack before, had now turned into a stream of attack.

Every swing of the sword brought a white flash that dared to engulf Aakesh. Fortunately for him, it wasnʼt strong as a single attack, or he wouldʼve already lost the battle.

Aakesh couldnʼt let this continue for long as his shots began to lose against the white flash. Earlier, he only needed to shoot a single arrow to stop the swing, but now he needed two or three shots at the same time to stop the sword.

The bow currently allowed Aakesh to use two abilities. One, hundreds of thousands of arrows at the same time, and the second ability increase the mass of the arrows up to unlimited(It all depended upon his strength).

Aakesh decided to use the second ability of the bow, and now every arrow Aakesh shot weighed tons, making the sword cave in after every clash.

A cold smile appeared on the opponentʼs face as he suddenly began making random movements.

It was the first time Aakesh had seen the opponent making such sudden movements, so he got cautious.

Since it was the second stage of the battle, the system limited Aakesh and the opponent to only have two weapon abilities. So, Aakesh has the benefit since he could use the skills he had in the real world here, but the opponent couldnʼt since their sole purpose behind their existence was to help Aakesh train his weapon mastery.

Aakesh wasnʼt afraid that the opponent would use a new unseen skill, but the opponent could learn the use of skills according to their styles, so Aakesh couldnʼt take it easy.

The next moment, as expected, with every strange movement the opponent made, a white flash appeared. It had not even been a second but already thousands of white flashes appeared.

The flashes didnʼt rush to devour Aakesh, but instead, the white flashes surrounded Aakesh in a sudden prison.

The opponent wanted to bound Aakesh and not let him shoot any arrow, so he had created a technique using the white flashes to bound him into a single place. The prison then began moving closer, trying to engulf Aakesh.

Even Aakesh was taken aback by the sudden situation. He never expected the opponent to use an offensive skill like this. He was truly bound in a way now. If he even dared to move a little bit, the flashes surrounding him would devour him. He wouldnʼt even get the chance to release the bowstring.

The expressionless face that Aakesh had been carrying turned into a cold like a devil, who didnʼt care about the result and only wanted destruction at this moment.

Aakesh stretched the bowstring and shot in the air while the white flash engulfed him. The crowd believed Aakesh had used a suicide tactic, so no one even dared to breathe at that moment.

The sky of the arena suddenly turned darker as the arrow Aakesh had shot began doubling at an unprecedented rate. In less than a second, hundreds of thousands of arrows covered the sky, with each arrow weighing several thousands of tons.

If even a single arrow were to land on the ground, it would raze the ground just by the weight it had.

The white flash that had engulfed Aakesh began fading, while the opponent had no time to care about Aakesh since there were hundreds of thousands of arrows weighing thousands of tons were coming at him, aiming to decimate him.

Suddenly, the projection of the white sword appeared above the opponentʼs head. Facing the danger, the opponent had activated the strongest skill currently available to him.

The next moment, the projection of the white sword clashed with the hundreds of thousands of arrows aiming to decimate the opponent.

The opponent, unaware of his surroundings only focused on the clash between the arrows and the projection of the white sword.

With each heavy arrow crashing on the projection, the opponentʼs face turned pale as even he took the physical damage from it.

”Whoosh!”

Suddenly, an air tearing sound rang in the area, and the next moment, all the sounds disappeared from the arena.

The arrows that had covered the sky began scattering in the wind, while the projection of the white sword began dispersing.

The opponent began disintegrating as just now an arrow had pierced through his heart, while for Aakesh, only his right hand holding the bow remained, and that too began scattering like sand.

The next moment, only damages showing a huge battle had occurred here remained in the arena, while the crowd had their mouths wide open, seeing the result.

It was yet another draw between Aakesh and the opponent since both of them died in the wind.

Aakesh may have lost, but fortunately for him, he had the skill, counter shield.
