Starting as a Mechanical Hunter

Chapter 686: Chapter 211: Half of the Soul Armor

’Doomsday Black Armor’ has disappeared!

After executing an incredible sword stance, this enigmatic figure vanished, leaving the remaining six strong individuals stunned, and then looking at each other in confusion.

”What was that move just now?” Vivian couldn’t help but ask.

Xiao Sha looked down at his body, and several large eyeballs suddenly ejected from him, merging together to reform the ’Bio-Fusion Armor’.

The ’Bio-Fusion Armor’ spoke in human language.

”According to the detected results, at that moment, the biological magnetic fields of the Bio-Fusion Armors present were simultaneously attracted, and the power was forcibly taken away at that precise moment.”

Another detached ’Bio-Fusion Armor’ also spoke:

”So that slash just now was the power of the eight ’Bio-Fusion Celestial Kings’ combined into the hands of the ’Doomsday Black Armor’ to execute that move.”

”Impossible! I know that the ’Doomsday Black Armor’ has a strong control over ancient machinery, a power called ’Emperor’s Might’, but we are organisms!” A Bio-Fusion Celestial King shook his head, saying.

”Can we conduct a further analysis?” the female Celestial King wielding the sword asked. She was a swordsman, and she knew best the terrifying power of swordsmanship at that level.

”No, the data is insufficient, the time was too brief to conduct further analysis.”

”It’s a pity we didn’t implant ’Biological Chips’, and Du Gao Technology refused to sell their chip technology.”

A Bio-Fusion Celestial King frowned in dissatisfaction.

With their kind of ’Bio-Fusion Armament’, mechanical rejection is very strong, and normal combat chips cannot be implanted at all.

Moreover, the biological chips available on the market are too low-grade and do not match their organism level.

They had also tried to purchase Du Gao Group’s biological chip technology or customize a batch of advanced biological chips.

The result was, unexpectedly, a rejection.

”What should we do now, ’Doomsday Black Armor’ escaped from us, how do we explain this to the family?”

A Bio-Fusion Celestial King said anxiously.

”Blame Dr. Xiao, who knows what madness that old guy went through. He’s the overall head of the research institute; we were only responsible for external security. What he intends to do, how could we know, and how could we have anticipated his betrayal?”

Xiao Sha immediately set the tone, putting the blame on Old Xiao.

”Yeah, he’s the creator of all Bio-Fusioners, maybe he went crazy with his research, plunging in deeper and deeper, ultimately defecting,” another said.

Vivian wanted to say something but before she could, a Bio-Fusion Celestial King decisively said:

”There are two things to do now. First, report to the family, let them send someone over immediately.”

”Second, control all remaining Bio-Fusioners, who knows what Old Xiao left on them.”

These statements received unanimous approval from everyone.

Vivian, as the only Bio-Fusioner leader, suddenly had a fleeting thought in her mind.

”Non-family members will have different hearts.”

...

And on the sea surface of the boundless ocean,

an island reef,

waves crashing against the reef, splashing thousands of silver blossoms, water droplets splitting again, and a jet-black ’Modified Machine’ abruptly appeared.

Doomsday Black Emperor!

The ’Modified Machine’ is not a mecha.

A mecha is operated by intelligence, while the ’Modified Machine’ is man-machine integration.

In forced terms, the ’Modified Machine’ is more like a mechanical version of ’Bio-Fusion Armor’.

A purple light flashed,

Gao Gong, Black Rose, and Ye the Big Lolita reappeared.

Indeed, Ms. Ye had been demoted to the status of a big lolita.

At that moment, Ye the Big Lolita, with eyes turning red, touched the cold and indifferent machine, her mind flashing back to the little girl who laughed aimlessly, the bodyguard who swore to protect her, her only friend.

”Woman, cry, crying is not a sin.”

”You!!!”

Hearing the annoying voice from behind, Ye the Big Lolita wished she could kill the speaker immediately!

”Turning your back on everyone is the mark of a successful leader, young girl, you still have a long way to go.”

As Gao Gong’s lover, at least in terms of dark humor, Black Rose was just the same.

”You guys!!”

Ye the Big Lolita was about to explode, but the cold feeling suddenly came from her cheek. She looked up and saw the ’Doomsday Black Emperor’ gently wiping the tears from her face.

”Little Ye Ye.”

A very familiar voice came from ’Doomsday Black Emperor’.

Ye the Big Lolita opened her mouth but found herself unable to say a word. After a long time, she regained her composure, suddenly turning her head, glaring fiercely at Gao Gong.

”You knew all along!”

”Not really, not particularly early, just before she died, I guess.”

Gao Gong said with a smiling squint.

”I found a lot of interesting things in that biocomputer of Dr. Xiao’s.”

He paused:

”For example, the confidential transference plan of the ’Soul Armor’.”

”Transference?”

”That’s right, the Doomsday Black Emperor is the Doomsday Black Emperor, and the Soul Armor is the Soul Armor; they can be one entity or separate. For instance, if the Authority of ’No. 7’ is transferred into a certain Bio-Fusion Armor, then the Soul Armor ceases to be the Doomsday Black Emperor.”

”Can the Destruction Form be transferred,” even Black Rose seemed somewhat surprised now.

”Some can be, but it requires specific vehicles, at least of a certain level. For instance, that ’Omen Machine’ of the Xiao Family genius is an object capable of bearing the Soul Armor.”

Gao Gong added:

”In fact, they’ve already transferred half.”

The voice of the ’Doomsday Black Emperor’ sounded:

”Hmm, Little Ye, before I died, the Boss told me that if I worked hard, I wouldn’t have to die.”

”Half of the Soul Armor naturally can’t devour an entire soul. If there’s a strong organism continuously providing this Soul life force, combined with the Power of the ’Metabolism Queen’, repeatedly stimulating the ’Doomsday Black Emperor’, repairing its body, cooperating, then Xiao Yu can become the new balance point between the Doomsday Black Emperor and the Soul Armor.”

Ye the Big Lolita was about to blurt out, why didn’t you say earlier, do you want to see me embarrassed? Then she noticed that Gao Gong’s temples were already turning white.

’Providing life force’ was obviously not an easy task.

The words she wanted to say naturally couldn’t come out.

”Little Ye, sorry, I could only hear the Boss’s words just now, couldn’t hear anything else.”

The ’Doomsday Black Emperor’ squatted down apologetically.

Ye the Big Lolita took a deep breath and said: ”So what is the situation now? Does she have to maintain this form all the time? Is the balance you’re talking about stable?”

Gao Gong extended a finger:

”The first question, yes, she has become the ’Doomsday Black Emperor’, at least in the short term, she cannot turn back into your little friend.”

”The second question, the balance will definitely be broken. Between the two ’Soul Armors’, there must be a victor and a loser. Whoever wins will survive and become the new No. 7, becoming the true Destruction Vehicle.”

”Moreover, the Xiao Family will definitely act quickly because the Doomsday Black Emperor is currently in its weakest state.”

”Then what should we do,” Ye the Big Lolita frowned. Even for someone like her, the Xiao Family of the Mother City was highly daunting, because she was the current boss, but the other party was akin to the Game Master. Although they didn’t fully hold the authority of the Mother City, with just a slight maneuver, it was enough to give people a headache.

Gao Gong chuckled softly:

”No need to worry too much, just finding our location is not an easy task to talk about.

What we need to do now is collect new Destruction Forms as quickly as possible. The more Destruction Forms we have, the safer Little Xiao will be. You didn’t really think we’d let them do a one-on-one, did you?

If it’s a duel, it would be that Omen Machine kid challenging us all.”

”The key now is to quickly contain No. 13,” Black Rose glanced at Ye the Big Lolita, ”In this regard, your abilities could help a bit.”

The black-clad girl snorted coldly without speaking.

...

And while this group was discussing how to deal with No. 13, at the headquarters of the Holy Brain Group, a massive conference hall activated holographic projections one after another. These were shareholders, executives, and high-level combatants.

”Is there still no news of that girl?”

”We can’t find her, nowhere can she be found!”

”If we can’t find her, then the enemy surely can’t either, which would logically lead them to believe she’s at our headquarters.”

An elderly man, biologically transformed, said this. His hair was silver, but the roots were twisted like old tree bark, a typical sign of the ’Holy Brain Surgery’.

The ’Holy Brain Surgery’ was the highest level of biotechnology in the Holy Brain Group, and those who underwent this surgery were said to possess ’Divine Wisdom.’

Even Ye the Big Lolita had not undergone it, for she did not trust the surgeons within the group.

At this moment, an elderly ’Divine Wisdom’ figure frowned at the hovering holographic screen, where countless holographic images pointed to one thing.

The Holy Brain Group was about to face an unprecedented crisis.

”Should we arrange for evacuation first?” the secretary whispered: ”With Consciousness Transference Surgery, most executives can leave, sparing only some precious experimental materials.”

The elder slightly shook his head.

”Perhaps it was so before, but now, the boundary between virtual and reality is blurring; the enemy is surrounding us perhaps to force us to evacuate.”

He paused, ”Don’t forget, our opponent this time is the Eternal Life Group.”

”Without that little, President Ye, all our contingency plans in the Electronic Brain Plan can’t be activated.”

”I’m afraid that little girl won’t show up until the last moment, and now we’re her knife, but in turn, she’ll use us as her shield.”

Another ’Divine Wisdom’ elder cast his gaze afar, seeing all sorts of dreadful war machines converging from ocean, land, and sky.

Just then, a staff member hurriedly approached, whispering something to the elder.

The elder paused and asked in return, ”Really?”

The staff member opened a holographic projection, where a white-coated lady appeared, nodding to him plainly.

”President Du of Du Gao Group?”

”Mr. Seville, the Holy Brain Group’s Chief of Wisdom.”

”For what purpose have you come?”

”I heard you’re encountering a little trouble,” Director Du said relaxedly, ”Perhaps I could be of some minor assistance.”
