Not Being a Trainer This Time

Chapter 503: Chapter 291: Abundant Shrine, the Mysterious Visitor from Afar (4k)_3

Professor Turo consoled his wife, ”Alright, don’t worry. Our previous research shows that these Paradox Pokemon, summoned from the ancient and future times, are adapting to this era and humanity. As long as we keep waiting, one day we will realize that dream!”

Professor Sada also came to her senses at this moment and nodded, ”That’s right!”

It seemed the Time Machine would not be calling any more Pokemon today.

The two glanced at the time and seeing it was late, they turned around and left the place.

In the unnoticed shadows, Flutter Mane silently observed the two unfamiliar figures.

A moment later, it slipped back into the shadows, following them.

Professor Sada and Professor Turo returned to their laboratory.

Professor Turo went to check on the Paradox Species of Pokemon that were gradually adapting to the modern era.

Meanwhile, Professor Sada sat at her desk, writing today’s research notes.

”Today, Turo and I ventured deeper, discovering a massive void in the lower depths of Zone Zero.

And Terapagos..... The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero lies dormant at the deepest part of that void.

Its body, turned into Crystal, protects it from external threats.

However, it seems to require some time to awaken.

Perhaps influenced by Terapagos, an unprecedented Terastal phenomenon is occurring within the Underdepths.

Encompassing all Tera Types...

Turo and I decided to temporarily name this Tera Type as Stellar.”

Pausing there, Professor Sada turned the page in her notebook and continued writing:

”After discussion, Turo and I decided to refer to the region beneath Zone Zero as Area Zero Underdepths.

Judging from the strata, I estimate this void formed around two million years ago.

Traces suggest that until the void formed, it was filled with countless something.

The depth of the collapse is about 1000 meters, with signs of repeated collapses, initially attributed to tectonic activity and erosion by rainwater and groundwater.

Eventually, after the largest-scale collapse, the terrain within the Underdepths has remained stable to this day.”

Professor Sada ceased writing, pondering the connection between the Pokemon named Terapagos and all of this.

Undoubtedly, Terapagos is the source of the Terastal phenomenon.

However, according to her investigation, this Pokemon seems to have been a tribal Pokemon in ancient Paldea, always residing deep within the Earth’s crust.

Reflecting on the terrifying collapse traces discovered inside the Underdepths earlier, Professor Sada speculated:

”Could it be that tectonic movements resulted in the extinction of all other Terapagos, leaving only this one, trapped in slumber?”

The contemplative Professor Sada did not notice Flutter Mane lurking in the shadows behind her.

Flutter Mane turned its head to survey the surroundings.

Various documents filled the laboratory, messily piled together.

Beside that pile of documents stood a whiteboard.

Stuck on the whiteboard were various photos, mostly pictures of Paradox Pokemon taken by Professor Sada and Professor Turo.

Additionally, there were quite a few photos of Koraidon and Miraidon, including one of Naoki with the Koraidon already integrated into the human world.

Flutter Mane gazed calmly at these photos, its eyes slowly scanning over them, finally resting on a picture of Naoki stroking Koraidon’s head.
