I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1800: 24.61 Sixth Violet Star - Beast Kings

As the current marshal learned the truth behind his father’s forced abdication, Long Tian felt his father’s anger wasn’t unjust. It is just that, it is hard to say who is truly the wrong one as both sides only had chosen the best course to save their loved one. It is just that because of this choice, the truth which was built up for years was wasted just like that. They are no different from enemies.

That night to learn the specific details of what happened in the past Long Tian sent his people to investigate. After all, information was gathered, the current marshal felt a bit overwhelmed. It is no wonder after his father had abdicated that things between him and his friend were suddenly gone for good.

The uncles who would visit the house even without invitations were now blocked at the gates and even the letters they sent were thrown to the fireplace by the old marshal without reading. It was only now that he understood how much that betrayal had harmed his father’s heart.

Long Tian lit a cigarette and said to his brother, Long Kian, who was reading the information with him.

”Brother, I feel stupid trying to mend the relationship between them?”

Sigh~

”Something that had been done cannot be easily undone. Just treat them as strangers next time,” said Long Kian.

In his mind, he already planned to cut off all other connections with the people listed in this information. Those who had exploited their father at his lowest even making him choose over curing his feet to the lives of them his children, Long Kian is not a good person but this kind of actions was beyond him.

Long Tian said, ”I will. Brother, let A’Teng go with Jue’er and father when they head to the Barren Land. Isn’t he about to break through to mid-stage Bronze Beastmaster?”

”If the seniors don’t mind, then I will send him out as well. Before that the two must be trained how to escape properly if danger looms over them. You are busy with work, I will do it personally. A month should suffice,” Long Kian said.

Long Tian said, ”Then... I will leave it to you, brother.” Though his brother loves to fight for family authority with him, his ability as a beastmaster was only second to him. What made him untouchable is his various ways of escaping danger.

Meanwhile the events that unfolds in the city plaza had finally reached the ears of Pei Jin, the young master and the behind the scene mastermind behind the Pei Clan. He is at the underground facility where his black egg is staying. Now the whole area has been renovated. With a blood pool used as a nest for the black egg, a lot of living people died with him. They were drained of their blood making them pale and ill.

”Other variables keep appearing. Now even Long Juedi’s destined wife wasn’t going to grow up with him and no childhood sweetheart troupe would play in the future,” Pei Jin mumbles.

He stared at his main beast egg which was about to hatch. The more he thought that the future had changed due to his schemes. He couldn’t wait for his powerful beast to come out.

”Nightmare, come out soon~. I will feed you a lot of blood and flesh when you do. Become a power that controls the whole world.” Pei Jin said. ”For it is better to weaken the other factions.”

”The first one should be the master of the Killing Pavilion.”

Barren Land near the core region...

The two wardens and two systems had to watch over the garden of gorgeous silver little flower buds. The garden had been quiet ever since they took over in guarding. Though countless scouts from the other beast kings would be sent in this place trying to gauge the strength of the new occupant of the core region.

They didn’t dare to attack the Beast God, Mo Minkong, because of his strength and size. But it is a different story for these guys who choose to live in this area in a humanoid form. Thus a daily delivery of enemy knocks at the door occurred in this place.

Someone tried to destroy the defensive barrier around the mansion. But maybe the barrier looks a bit thin. Most beasts would try to break through this glass-like barrier. However, they had never once succeeded. Their strongest attacks were blocked by the barrier, only leaving a loud explosive sound every time the place was attacked.

BOOM!

The two wardens were napping when a loud sound was heard from outside. Unexpectedly, though, none of those inside the mansion was threatened by the loud sound. System Yue was in his deep sleep when he started talking in his sleep.

In the room where Zhi Yue and Zhi Yang were sleeping. The loud explosive sound causes Zhi Yang to open his eyes and check on the one beside him. He sighed in relief seeing that the silly moon god was in deep sleep.

He even heard him murmuring, ”Cola chicken wings. Braised pork. Egg custard. Milkshake.”

Pfft~

”Alright. I will make all of those later,” whispered Zhi Yang and pulled the silly e within his arm and once again closed his eyes.

The reason why Zhi Yang returned to sleep was because he noticed that the Chief Warden next door had woken up. He is the one in clean up duty today. Warden Yun Ming, still feeling sleepy, said to his other half.

”Be careful out there. Don’t anything destroy the Chaos Garden,” said Warden Yun Ming who turned to sleep after sending his lover out.

Just outside the barrier of the mansion, the chief warden who came out was welcomed by the scene of two vultures flying above their mansion while ferociously attacking the barrier around it. These are the two beast lords under one of the beast kings in this barren land.

These two huge cultures were as big as a small jet in the modern world having wingspans that leave a huge shadowy figure as they fly above the place. Lou Wuye just glanced at the two shadows above his head. With a wave of his hand, a golden spear appeared in his hand. With a simple flick of his fingers the spear flew in a speed of light instantly killing one of the beast lords.

Shrieks!!

The golden spear reappeared in the chief warden’s hands after the first target was killed while the other vulture was shrieking in anger towards Lou Wuye.

Tsk!

”So noisy. You will wake up my lover. He had been working on something since last night. Go disappear!” The Chief Warden, Lou Wuye said as he also killed the other beast lord.

Those who were hiding in the distance had witnessed this scene multiple times. At first they only sent a normal scout but was insta-killed before he did his mission. The next one were scouts coming in numbers but the Chief Warden had to swiftly rip them all before they could react. Now a beast lord was sent out but it was still no use and they were killed in seconds.

”Boring~” whispered the Chief Warden before returning inside the mansion. He ignores the beast kings watching from the distance.

Somewhere in the Barren Land

The Beast Kings had gathered for a meeting. These are beasts who ruled the north, south, east and west regions in this barren land. Only the core region was untouched as the Beast God was watching over it. However, the core region is where the most fertile land is located. It’s like an oasis in deserts. The only paradise like region in this Barren Land

The beast king that rules the northern cold region of the barren land is a flood dragon. Even though it hasn’t completely gained the purest bloodline of the dragon as long as he ascended, attaining it wasn’t a dream.

On the other hand, the watery south region was ruled by black turtles in the myth. A huge turtle with a snake as its tail, he looked too sturdy and his defenses were top notch.

The one in the east of a kingkong beast king. It leads to the only stony area. Its fist, the back and some other parts of its body were covered in rock, making him look like he was born from a rock and grew up like this. This is the beast king known for its wisdom.

The last beast king is the lazy one in the west. Black jaguar that lives in the darkest area of the barren land. It’s the most dangerous existence after the sun sets. He is not only covered in poison, but also deadly. With extreme speed and even strength. A silent killer among all beast kings.

It was this Black Jagua beast king that tried to kill Mo Minkong before but was beaten up so badly that it almost became a cripple. After all, it even dares to steal a chaos flower making the beast god extremely angry.

After this show of strength, no one dares to fight against the Beast God. However, now that the beast god is no longer in the barren land, these Beast Kings started to covet the core region once again.
