I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1781: 24.42 Sixth Violet Star - Something’s Mixed

While the two wardens, Lou Wuye and Yun Ming stayed in the barren lands to keep the barrier activated, the two systems, Zhi Yue and Zhi Yang had reached the boundary of the human lands. It is very easy to see the line that separates the human land and the land of the beasts. Human territory is the second most fertile land in the world, while the Barren Land have more than half of their lands covered in yellow rocks and sand. Fertile and water sources in the barren land are limited.

With the three of them in their human forms, they finally entered the human city. Minkong was looking around observing the human city which he had last seen hundreds of years ago. He looked like he could barely recognize anything in this city as it was completely different from the one he remembers. The appearance of these three men attracted the eyes of the people around them. They just ignore them though.

Zhi Yue asked the Beast King, ”What are you looking for?”

”Hm. I just felt that this city had changed a lot. The last time I came here, this place was just made up of stones. The civilization of the human race is through progressive,” Minkong said.

Zhi Yang asked, ”Do you have friends in this city?”

”Even if I do, they have longed to return to the lands,” Minkong answered. ”Where are we going next? If possible I want to enter the ancient forest before night falls.”

”Entering the Ancient Forest might... Well, you will definitely be surprised,” Zhi Yue seems to be recalling the towering wooden walls that enclosed the whole forest and only through space teleportation that their entrance to the forest will be considered undetected.

The wooden walls act as radar. The moment one passes through it, anyone from the beastmen tribe will get informed and they would come over to eliminate the intruders. That’s why every time their group enters the ancient forest they would just teleport or use space portals made by Zhi Yue.

Minkong looked confused by the reactions of his new friends. Seeing his confusion the two systems suggested that they looked at the entrance of the ancient forest. The towering walls had left Minkong dumbfounded.

Shocked, Minkong couldn’t help but double check if what he is seeing right now is an illusion or not.

”This is... The Nature Spell: Forest Prison. Only beastmen shamans can do such a thing and these shamans only make a move when my wife gives orders.”

Minkong’s thoughts: ’This means that something had happened in the forest and as the leader of the Beastman Race, his mate chose to seal the forest. Preventing anyone from entering and leaving without his permission.’

Zhi Yang explained the situation, ”The situation is dire as you think. The humans had stolen beastmen eggs from the Ancient Forest even though they can just take away the beast eggs.”

”At first, the beastmen didn’t know until the day that even the leader of the beastman race’s eggs were stolen. It was finally that day that the beastmen found a hidden human facility in the ancient forest where they were experimenting on eggs. Not just beast eggs but also beastmen eggs as well.”

When Minkong heard that his and his mate’s egg was stolen, anger flared in his heart. It was only in this lifetime that he and his mate finally got an egg. Someone not only had stolen it, the human also wanted to experiment on their eggs.

Zhi Yue and Zhi Yang noticed the shift in atmosphere when they saw Minkong about to flare in anger and immediately appease him as they couldn’t do anything that would get the attention of others to them.

”You must calm down. Your eggs are alright. They had safely hatched as well,” Zhi Yue said.

Zhi Yang added, ”If the heavenly laws noticed you now, you won’t be able to see your mate and cubs. Hold back your anger, Minkong!”

It was only when dark clouds started to gather above Minkong that his anger slowly calmed down. However, his expression is still as ugly as it was supposed to be. Only when he had held back the aura that emits chaos energy had faded.

However, that sudden flare of chaos energy had caught the attention of two men. One of them was the Ancient God of Chaos, Hunluan, himself. The other one was the God of Destruction, Hei Anjing.

Hunluan, who was enjoying his time with his other half, suddenly stood up and looked at the direction of the Ancient Forest. He instantly spread his divine consciousness and found the source of chaos energy that caught his attention.

{A’Yue, A’Yang, bring that man beside you to me!}

The voice of the ancient god of chaos, Hunluan, resounds in the minds of the two systems and Minkong. This commanding voice and presence was undeniably overbearing. This is the first time Hunluan used such a tone when talking to gods connected with his son. However, this also shows that something must be urgent and the cause of it might be his Beast God called Minkong.

Zhi Yue and Zhi Yang instinctively kneel down and respond, ”Yes, Ancient Lord Hunluan.”

The voice of the God of Destruction had also been heard by the three after Hunluan retracted his divine consciousness.

{After you are done meeting with Pops and the old man, come see us as well.}

”Yes, Lord Hei!” The two systems responded.

Once the two overwhelming presences had retreated, Minkong who felt being stared down by two large snakes was now covered in sweat, heartbeat out of control and his breathing was erratic. He almost fell down on his knees if not for his hand grabbing the wooden walls beside him.

Pants~

”Who... Who are they? How can their presences alone be a lot more powerful than the existence of the Heavenly Laws of this world,” Minkong started questioning life due to his experience.

Zhi Yue grins and says, ”It wouldn’t be fun if we told you. Meet them yourself and see with your own eyes who they are~”

”Alright. It is indeed rude to ask the identities of such powerful beings. Whom should we meet first?” Minkong said as he straightened his back after his legs stopped trembling.

Zhi Yang answered, ”The oldest one first.”

With this, the two systems had brought Minkong to the Long Clan’s Territory and this time, they had used a space portal for instant transfer and to avoid people from seeing them.

—

Long Clan’s Territory. Detached Manor...

A space portal suddenly opened inside the Manor and the first one to come out was Zhi Yue who looked out first only to get caught on the back of his collar like a playful cat that its master had captured. Zhi Yue was startled at first and seeing that it was just Ancient Lord An Shizhe that he flashed a shy smile.

”H-Hello, Ancient Lord An, hehehe. Can you please put me down?” asked Zhi Yue while flashing a big smile.

The World Eater, An Shizhe said, ”Lately, you are showing no signs of fear towards this old man. Maybe it’s because your core is from our Jing’er.”

After him, Zhi Yang also come out of the portal with Minkong and saluted before the two ancient lord on one knee.

”This servant, Zhi Yang, greets the Ancient Lords!”

Zhi Yue was freed and kneel beside Zhi Yang. Minkong on the other hand was speechless when he met the two Ancient Lords especially Hunluan. The purity of chaos energy around these two is too high, perfect. Moreover, it seems endless unlike his which was only accumulated over time.

Minkong didn’t know who these two ancient gods were. However, the chaos energy around them alone was enough to identify who they are. The one who created him, his master, said that there is an existence that is above a Chaos Child. He is their creator and the Chaos itself. Upon seeing Hunluan and the feeling of happiness emitted by chaos energy in his body which is boiling before these ancient gods made his realize that his master’s words are real.

Minkong fell on his knee with a thud and kowtow before Hunluan and An Shizhe.

”This servant greets the creator! This servant is useless and only appeared before the creator at this moment.”

Thud. Thud. Thud!

The sounds of One’s flesh and bones hitting the hard ground echoes in the area. The World Eater didn’t care much and just shrugs his shoulders. As for Hunluan, he controlled the chaos energy inside the body of Minkong while at the same time, An Shizhe approached him. The kowtowing being before them suddenly halted, Minkong felt for the first time what it felt for your own power to suddenly restrict him.

Minkong’s thoughts: ’I can’t move?’

”Don’t over think too much. Don’t fight me back or your soul will be destroyed. I just need to check what was mixed in our body. Something that isn’t supposed to be yours is mixed in,” said the World Eater as he grabbed Minkong’s head.

What follows after was an indescribable pain that hits directly through his soul.

The Ancient God of Chaos, Hunluan, said to his other half, ”A’Zhe, you cannot kill him.”

”Alright~ I will be careful not to~” said An Shizhe while looking through the memories of Minkong.
