Counterfeit Hero

Chapter 1599: Chapter 60: Damn Dog

Fatty never expected to become a Savior since childhood.

Back when he was running around the garden in the residential area, dirty and wild with a group of kids, he was already tired of the cliché TV plot of one person saving the world.

Perhaps he should say, none of those protagonists were Fatty; each was handsomer than him.

Therefore, when a child three years older than him in the community draped in a bed sheet as a cape, wearing a military hat folded from newspaper, and holding a wooden stick stood on the steps declaring he wanted to be a hero who saves the world, this precocious and annoying little Fatty sniffling happily poured cold water saying, those who want to be a Savior are either immortals or lunatics.

That angry kid was certainly not an immortal, so the little Fatty got beat up by a group of little lunatics and went home crying.

Fatty couldn’t quite express his own ideal; he cautiously protected his great ambition of wanting to be a small landlord tyrant with henchmen bullying and oppressing others. For this dream, he strived upward. However, back then, he obviously didn’t have any henchmen intimidating enough to scare eight-year-old boys. Hence, he spoke out recklessly, got beaten by the crowd, and lived through the ordeal.

Now, Fatty finally has his own henchmen. But the dream of being a tyrant seems far-off, while the path of lunacy is becoming more solid.

Few people know what kind of force Fatty has greedily amassed since stepping out of the sealed elevator from the Redbeard Pirate Base with hair drenched in sweat.

That tattered paper covered in deduction symbols seems to be his only reason to persist and never give up.

He believes he has unlocked the problem.

Starting from his entry into Special Soldier and Mechanic Soldier training camp, going through twenty-one solo escapes, and accidentally entering Leray’s most secretive military laboratory, he extracted countless survival skills from the central computer to fortify himself...

Even Fatty doesn’t know how he step-by-step arrived at where he is now.

When a destroyer named Blue Rose entered the Mars Free Channel, Hamilton was standing at the Leray Congress dais, joining hundreds of Leray elites to promote a proposal named ”Seed Plan.”

When the Saleria Federation’s Longbow Local Fleet decisively followed Admiral Tolstoy to welcome the Suss Fleet crossing the border in the dazzling starry sky, Chuckna Military Department was silently plotting to justify itself amidst the undercurrents.

When Hastings, musing, placed a chess piece on the human interstellar map, Fatty led the bandit army to forcibly borrow passage, traversing eleven power territories, and pocketed Mars’s most precious scientific freak.

Time and space, including the people within, interweave with the steps of fate so intricately, yet move towards the same direction, gradually tightening, twisting into a rope.

A year ago, Fatty didn’t dare hope he could have the chance to change the course of war.

A year later, the power in his hand is enough to sweep away thousands of soldiers!

In his hand are thirty armored divisions, gathering Mars’s finest civilian mech knights, undergoing strict military training and Mecha Martial Arts training every day! There are twelve fleets already completed warship modifications, equipped with stealth technology and split technology, freely traversing the lowest E-level channels.

More importantly, he also has the support of Hastings and entire Chuckna, along with the imminent arrival of Rampage and super space carriers!

Very few people can truly discern the true strength of the bandit army.

Not to mention the Western Alliance; even the member countries of the Fei Alliance only know the name bandit army. As for what power lies behind this name, they know nothing!

Since the Feiyang Union Council tried to claim the Hanfrey Fleet captured by the bandit army as Fei Alliance’s spoils, Fatty has covered the entire Mars tightly and secretly.

He understands better than anyone the principle of not showing one’s wealth; he understands more than anyone that a wolf lurking in the shadows is always more dangerous than a conspicuous lion.

Fatty’s wicked pleasure let him unhesitatingly choose to be a wolf... a sly and hidden fat wolf!

Now the bandit army has honed its fangs sharp and bright. After the Longbow and Leifeng Star campaigns, Fatty has ample reason to believe that the bandit army, forged and grown in the fire of war, is already powerful enough. Once fully equipped with Rampage Mecha and new carriers, roaring into action, the entire world will tremble!

Just imagining making the world tremble already sends sultry thrills up the spine! From this moment, Fatty decides to be a lunatic controlling the entire world!

Only a madman can save Leray!

”Jump technology has theoretically completed the final calculations,” Milan leads Fatty by the hand, walking towards Boswell’s room, ”However, our experimental spaceship has not completed the final modifications.”

”How much progress is left?” Fatty gently presses Boswell’s room doorbell.

”Thirty percent. At least one week.” Milan inputs fingerprints and passwords to initiate the automatic door after hearing Boswell’s ”Come in” from the communicator.

Entering Boswell’s room, Fatty was startled by what he saw.

Before him was not the imagined ordinary laboratory but a magnificent and grand hall.

The hall is fifty meters wide, nearly a hundred meters deep, forty meters high, with not a single pillar in the middle; countless shadowless lights arranged in grids on the arched dome illuminate the entire room brightly!
