Chapter 1286 Third Prince

”Sir. Youʼve got a guest.” An assistant entered the room of the Magic Lord.

”Hmm?” The Water Lord squinted his eyes. ”A guest? Right now?”

”Yes.” The assistant nodded.

The Magic Lord fell silent before waving his hand at the Water Lord, as if telling him that it would be all right. It was clear that this person came because of the recent situation.

If that was the case, confronting them head-on would allow him to suppress them.

While the Ardagan family was getting stronger, it was certain that they were aiming to resist the invasion of the demons. The Supreme Devil Organization was indeed scheming something.

Hence, it was only right for him to stop the Tower Association from doing something dumb.

Since Noel and Anna were gone, they finally got the opportunity they needed to crush the Ardagan family.

To move the Tower Association, they needed to seal his movement first.

That was why the guests must be elders.

The Magic Lord nodded. ”If they want to come, tell them to come. Who is the guest this time?”

”The guest is me!” A voice that he had never heard before echoed in his ears.

The Magic Lord widened his eyes the moment the figure pushed the door, slipping past the assistant.

”!!!” Both the Magic Lord and the Water Lord couldnʼt help but widen their eyes.

”Third Prince?” The Water Lord took a step back, not expecting such a person to visit them.

The Magic Lord, on the other hand, was concerned about a different matter.

The Third Prince came alone without his bodyguards. He had heard about the Third Prince building up his force, so his bodyguards should have been powerful. Yet the Third Prince didnʼt come with them.

In fact, the Magic Lord couldnʼt sense the Third Princeʼs strength.

ʼIsnʼt he supposed to be a spirit grandmaster according to the information? Why canʼt I sense him? An artifact, or…ʼ The Magic Lordʼs expression darkened when he thought of the other possibility.

The reason for him to come alone and the reason the Magic Lord was unable to discern the Third Princeʼs true strength were the same. The Third Prince might have become a spirit transcendence.

How? The Magic Lord couldnʼt find the reason, but this was something big.

The Magic Lord glanced at his assistant. ”All right. You may go.”

”Yes, sir.” The assistant was clueless as to what was going on.

On the other hand, the Third Prince casually sat down at the table like a thug. He crossed his legs while saying, ”I guess you wouldnʼt expect my visit this time, eh, Magic Lord?”

The Magic Lordʼs expression turned grim. ”Third Prince. To be honest, I respect you. You were one of the contenders for the throne, and you never neglected your training. You were equipped with both brain and brawn, so I canʼt help but ask, ”Why would you do this?”

The Third Prince snorted. ”I should be the one asking you a question. Why are you doing this, Magic Lord? Noel Ardagan just fooled you to gain enough time to get stronger.”

”The demons will come.” The Magic Lord shook his head.

”As I said, you were fooled by that guy. No demon would come.”

”Even so, do you think I will tolerate the existence of demonic humans?”

The Third Prince harrumphed. ”Noel Ardagan has pushed the kingdom into the corner. Without this kind of trump card, the one who holds the highest power in this kingdom will be him. This is the same as allowing him to overthrow the entire kingdom!”

”Still, a human shouldnʼt allow themselves to become a demon. This is the same as we are becoming the very enemy we detest.” The Magic Lord gritted his teeth.

The Third Princeʼs natural strength made him agitated. It was as if the moment he lowered his guard, he would die.

The Water Lord could feel the tension in the air.

Both of them knew that no matter what they said, the other party wouldnʼt care or even argue with them. No one wanted to back down.

”It doesnʼt seem that I canʼt persuade you, Magic Lord.”

”Isnʼt that your goal today, Third Prince?” The goal in the Magic Lordʼs mouth was not persuasion. It was what happened when the persuasion showed no effect.

Both of them looked each other in the eye.

For some reason, the Water Lord felt his instinct telling him to run away.

The Magic Lord shouted, ”Go away!”

The Water Lord wanted to turn around, but the Third Prince raised his hand. A massive amount of spiritual energy leaked out of his hand.

The Magic Lord opened his right eye as wide as possible as the spiritual energy from his body erupted.

In that instant, the clash between their energy caused a massive explosion, engulfing the part of the tower they were in completely.

The explosion sphere erupted even further and turned into a massive pillar.

Boom!

A part of the tower was destroyed completely, and the rest had the sign of collapsing. On the other hand, the Magic Lord and the Third Prince were standing on the field. The Water Lord landed not far from them, wanting to help.

However, the Magic Lord shouted, ”Leave. He is a spirit transcendence!”

”!!!” The Water Lord was stunned, but he hurriedly ran away, knowing that he would become the Magic Lordʼs weakness if he stayed.

The Third Prince raised his hand, but the Magic Lord did the same as another eruption of their spiritual energy caused another explosion. The Magic Lord knew that the Third Prince was stronger than him, but he didnʼt plan to lose so easily.

Nevertheless, he needed to escape from here. Although it was a shame, he had to abandon his post. With this, the elders within the association would definitely seize control and attack Noel.

The Magic Lord could only grit his teeth. There was nothing he could do, despite knowing the outcome. After all, the Third Princeʼs strength was beyond his expectation.
