Chapter 206: Chapter 157: Who Is That Person?

Both of them were stunned immediately.

They had just imagined countless possibilities in their minds.

Such as losing its mind and coming to attack human cities, or being angered by humans fishing and coming to deliver punishment...

But they never considered this possibility.

After a brief moment of shock, they couldn’t help but ask, ”The companion... who is it?”

Gardevoir: ”It’s a Dragonite that lives with humans.”

What?

Geeta and Tulip were slightly taken aback, but then quickly realized:

This powerful giant Dragonite came to find its companion. If they could find that human and their Dragonite, would it leave?

Thinking of this, Geeta continued to ask, ”Does it know the name of that human?”

Gardevoir: ”It says it can’t remember.”

Geeta and Tulip: ”...”

This can’t be blamed on the giant Dragonite.

After learning from Mew and Teddiursa that there were other companions in this world, it rushed over without delay, thus neglecting other information given by Teddiursa.

Although Mew had communicated the route to the Paldea Region to it in its mind, such a task was too difficult for a Dragonite that had slept for so many years.

Moreover, the route was sporadic and incomplete, and combined with the unfamiliarity of the world, it got lost several times before finding its way here.

It only knew its companion was in the Paldea Region.

As for other information, it ignored and didn’t remember, only knowing its companion was with a human.

After hearing this from Gardevoir, Geeta and Tulip couldn’t help but look at each other, a question mark rising in their minds simultaneously.

Who is that person?

What kind of Trainer and what kind of Pokemon could become friends with such a terrifying giant Pokemon?

After a brief silence, Tulip asked, ”What should we do?”

Geeta couldn’t help but hold her forehead, thinking, what a mess!

She let out a sigh and calmly said, ”Let Gardevoir try to persuade this giant Dragonite to stay here and wait, while we go help it find its companion.”

They didn’t want a conflict with this terrifyingly powerful Pokemon.

So for now, this seems to be the only way.

Tulip agreed with this plan. She nodded and passed on the suggestion to Gardevoir.

Gardevoir nodded gently, then returned to Dragonite’s side to continue communicating with it.

After a while, Gardevoir returned and informed the two of them of the result.

”It agreed.”

Upon hearing this, Geeta and Tulip both breathed a sigh of relief.

Fortunately, the other party still had the rationality to communicate.

Now they only had to find that human and his Dragonite.

As long as they found them, this incident could be resolved perfectly.

After pondering for a moment, the young Chairwoman of the Pokemon League, the top Champion of the Paldea Region, spoke into the intercom and ordered:

”Contact major TV stations and notify the journalist media to broadcast this matter on TV to quickly find that Trainer!”

Miss Jenny, standing guard by the shore, nodded solemnly: ”Yes!”

————

While undercurrents surged through the Paldea Region, there was a harmonious atmosphere at Naoki Ranch.

At six in the morning, the old clock on the wall chimed the hour.

Naoki opened his eyes, greeting the Pokemon beside him, and got dressed to start a new day.

After freshening up, Naoki hummed a tune while preparing sandwiches for the Pokemon.

The Alcremie in the cupboard wasn’t fully awake yet, drowsily watching Naoki.

Naoki patted its little head, getting a whiff of cream: ”Sleep a bit more!”

”Ma~ma~” So the Alcremie closed its eyes, planning for an extra nap.

The morning at the ranch was always full of energy.

The Gogoats crowded around the trough, eating Grassy Seeds.

The Dolliv was basking in the gentle sunlight, enjoying it immensely.

Glaceon jumped off the Ice Stone into the grass outside, shaking its body with a face of comfort and tranquility.

The Combee and Beautifly gathered in the flower field, joyfully drinking the floral-scented morning dew.

Pawmo flew to the Chicken House, opening the door and herding the hens out to graze.

Koraidon, Dragonite, and Cyclizar also came under the corridor, stretching lazily before frolicking around the ranch.

Hearing the happy noises outside, the Alcremie in the cupboard found it hard to continue sleeping.

Frustrated, it jumped off the cupboard, intending to scold the three big fellows to keep it down, but was noticed by Naoki.

While preparing breakfast, he turned to remind it:

”Oh, Alcremie, could you get the Poke Balls with Nacli and Naclstack from the desk and let them out for some activity?”

So, Alcremie had to comply, obediently climbing onto the desk, hugging the five small Poke Balls to the grass outside.

Upon landing, the five little Poke Balls automatically enlarged, shooting out beams of white light, forming the figures of Naclstack and Nacli on the ground.

Seeing them, the Pe retrieved Pokémon shrugged off its last bit of displeasure and joined one of the Naclstack in the ’lift-high’ game in the ranch.

The sandwich preparation was simple and soon, over ten sandwiches were ready.

Naoki placed them on the table, then took Berry Juice, MooMoo Milk, and Poffins from the fridge, and called out to the outside: ”Food’s ready!”

Hearing this, a group of Pokemon immediately ran over, gathering around the table from large to small, picking up the sandwiches and eating enthusiastically.

Seeing them enjoying their meal, Naoki’s appetite also increased.

He first turned on the TV, then sat down to eat.

The TV was broadcasting the morning news of the Paldea Region.

Naoki didn’t pay much attention at first, busy plucking dried grass from Pawmo’s fur.

But soon, a news report on the TV caught his attention.

”In the early hours of yesterday, a fishing ship discovered a giant sea beast... Upon investigation, it was a giant Dragonite measuring over forty meters!”

”We still don’t know where it came from. Currently, our top Champion Geeta and Alfornada Gym Leader Miss Tulip are trying to negotiate with it.”

Then, a dark-skinned face appeared on the screen.

It was none other than Geeta, the top Champion of the Paldea League.

But compared to the game, Geeta at this time looked very young, around twenty years old.

Her expression was serious, her gaze fixed on the screen, her voice steady and calm:

”We have learned that the purpose of this giant Dragonite coming to the Paldea Region is to find its companion.”

”Please, anyone familiar with this Dragonite, be it human or Dragonite, make your way to the Paldea West Coast by Casseroya Lake! It is waiting for you there!”
