I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1563 21.20 Fifth Violet Star - Rules of the World.

Few hours ago at the parking lot...

Doctor Hei Yu was preparing to go home to study the black feather. This object is something considered unknown or undiscovered. His house had the latest facilities for researching this kind of object or cause of death. He was heading to the parking lot to find his car when he saw Lucifer leaning on his car, staring at a uniquely large feather in his possession. The only difference is its color; the one in the God of Voidʼs hand is white instead of black.

”Why are you here? Do you want to volunteer for dissection?” asked Doctor Black.

The God of Void retorted, ”Should I escort you to jail?”

”Snort! Itʼs okay, I have this feather with me. I wonʼt be bored for a few days,” said Doctor Black as he hugs the black feather in his hands.

This scene, however, doesnʼt look interesting in the eyes of the God of Void, and he gave him the golden white feather he made with his divinity to be given to this mad doctor.

The God of Void asked, ”Do you want this?” He stretched his hand to give the white feather to the mad doctor.

As expected, just as he looked so interested about it, the moment the God of Void said he was giving it to him, his eyes glowed nicely, looking a bit coquettish towards the giver.

”You are giving it to me! Thank you, Lucy~” said Doctor Hei Yu, who urgently took the white angel feather from the God of Voidʼs hands and started jumping around like a kid.

Zhi Yue commented in the God of Voidʼs mind, [Master, this mortal is too childish. Lord Hei doesnʼt act this way.]

ʼAre you sure? When you and Jingʼer are scheming something, you both look no different than the current him,ʼ responded the God of Void in his mind.

Zhi Yue said, [Really?]

ʼYeah.ʼ

After the doctor ended his excitement for getting another test object, he finally remembered the God of Void.

Hei Yu turned his head and saw that the bar owner was about to leave without even saying goodbye to him. Unconsciously, he reached out without thinking, and the feather in his hand fell.

”Ah, wait a minute... my feathers!”

Doctor Hei Yue urgently reached for the feathers and took a wrong step forward, twisting one of his feet. Just as he was about to fall, the God of Void caught him, preventing himself from landing on his face in this parking lotʼs ground.

AH~

The God of Void said, ”Be careful. So careless.”

”W-Wait. I twist my foot! Hiss~ it hurts~” complained Doctor Black.

The God of Void crouches down and checks on the twisted ankle of Hei Yue. Seeing it swelling, he knew that he must have twisted it quite badly, but upon checking the bones, it doesnʼt seem to be fractured.

”Your right foot is swelling. You better go home and rest. Donʼt put too much weight on your right foot as you walk. Iʼm leaving,” said Ye Xiajie, who was about to walk away only to be grabbed for the second time.

Hiss~

The God of Void carried the doctor in his arms to prevent him from using his right foot.

”Tsk! Donʼt step on it!” said the God of Void as he carried Doctor Hei.

The mad forensic doctor was stunned only for a moment before he started grinning. He actually noticed that unlike the Lucifer he first met before, there is no malice or disgust in this manʼs eyes. Instead, he feels his tolerance, which used to be only something the police captain showed him.

Moreover, in his eyes, the captain seems to have changed a lot as well. Though he acted normally as always, this time he felt an invisible distance between them, as if a solid line were placed at the center of the two of them. But he truly didnʼt care; the relationship between him and the police captain is just collaboration, in short, for work only.

It was this bar owner who seems to have his soul replaced that made him want to get closer. He couldnʼt understand. But as if instincts were compelling him, he wanted to approach this man closer, and that gave him a peace he had never experienced before.

The God of Void asked, ”Car keys.”

Doctor Hei Yu gave it up with no hesitation, and itʼs the bar owner who stiffened and didnʼt decide whether to take the car keys or not. In the end, he still took it, though.

The God of Void said, ”You will be kidnapped and killed someday. How can you trust me? I am nothing but just a stranger to you.”

”Itʼs fine. There is a tracker injected in my blood. A very small chip was placed in my body in exchange for me freely walking under the sun. The Police Force actually called me a psychopath, but because of my skills in finding the cause of deaths and chemicals in the dead body, I am working for them while allowing me to do what I want and protecting me.”

”I am actually a valuable tool because of my intelligence, and the police were protecting me and surveilling me at the same time.”

Upon hearing the explanation of the doctor, the god of void remained calm and unlocked the doors of Hei Yuʼs car and finally placed the doctor in the passenger seat and took the driverʼs seat himself.

”I will drive you home,” said the God of Void.

The doctor, who was usually jolly, was now quiet at this moment, looking a bit disappointed and sad.

Sigh~

The God of Void felt that ignoring him in such a state would lead to some kind of bad ending. He ended up saying, ”I donʼt care if you are a lunatic or a normie. In my eyes, there is no difference between the two.” Both are something he can easily kill if he wanted to do so. Mortals are simply fragile.

Seeing that the man in front of him didnʼt look to be lying and his expression was nonchalant yet serious at the same time. The doctor knew immediately that he wasnʼt lying, and a smile couldnʼt help but appear on his holy-looking face.

”Thank you, Lucy~ Youʼre the best!” said Doctor Hei Yu.

This startled the god of void for a moment, but he averted his eyes as if he didnʼt care.

”Put on your seat belt. Iʼm going to drive,” said the God of Void.

During their way out of the parking lot, the God of Void met Xue Lianʼs (Lord Chaos) eyes on their way out. It was just a split second, but it was enough for the latter to question who he truly is. He didnʼt care and just drove away.

Ye Xiajie might be quite nonchalant about their exchanged gaze, but the reaction of Xue Lian didnʼt escape the doctorʼs eyes. Even so, Hei Yu pretended he didnʼt see anything and kept all his thoughts to himself.

---

In the parking lot...

Seeing that Manager Xue Lian is saying things that cannot be understood by ordinary people, Xiu Mo looked at the police captain that was with them with a calm look on his face, and not even a trace of confusion could be seen.

Xiu Mo said, ”You... How come you arenʼt fazed by the words my manager just said?”

”I do not understand what you mean. Is it even my problem if you have problems with the bar owner of ʼPurgatoryʼ? Do you still want me to escort you home or not?” asked Captain Lou Ye.

Lord Chaos, who was bewildered just now, actually couldnʼt explain what he is truly feeling at this moment. There is only one thing on his mind, and that is that he lost patience with the current bewildering situation. He controlled the ice elements and made a scythe with ice to attack the police officer.

Tun Shizhe, knowing what he wanted to do, didnʼt stop him and watched from a distance. He was also ready to act anytime, but he wanted to see what Lord Chaos wanted to do. Seeing him attack the police captain, he also wanted to know how this person would react.

Before the ice scythe blade cut the police officer in half, the shadow under Lou Ye moved on its own and protected him. The ice scythe broke into pieces upon impact. Tun Shizhe and Lord Chaos were stunned by the result. The moment they saw the shadows surrounding Lou Ye turning into a huge pair of black wings, they immediately recognized it.

Tun Shizhe said, ”Itʼs the abyss. He is indeed the God of Void.”

He was also planning to attack, but noticed that the police captain instantly retracted the darkness back to his shadows.

”In this broken world with a foreign god, do you think you can do anything as you wish?” said Police Captain Lou Ye.

Tun Shizhe sneered at him and said, ”At the very least, I am not afraid of anything on this star!”

Rumbles!

Just as Tun Shizhe went for a kill, lightning fell from the sky, targeting him and Lord Chaos.

BOOM!

The two avoided it on time but still felt that this lightning had the powers of law in it.

Tun Shizhe cursed, ”What the hell?!”

BOOM! RUMBLES!

Xue Lian peeked through the dark clouds in the sky and saw through the heavens hidden within and met a pair of silver eyes looking down on them, and it seems this is the man controlling the heavenly lightning to descend on them.

He then looked at the police captain, who was unharmed by the heavenly punishment, and realized something: ”Use the original vesselʼs ability. Thereʼs an overseer of this world!”

Lord Chaosʼs vessel is a lesser devil that serves the Devil of Gluttony, Beelzebub, and he also possessed black wings, which he unfurled the moment he saw another heavenly lightning about to fall him. But something unexpected happened when he did; the lightning that was about to strike him faded, and he was unharmed.

Seeing this, Tun Shizhe reverted to the original form of his vessel. Xiu Mo was the Devil Prince of Gluttony, Beelzebub. A huge pair of black wings and a smaller crowned horn appeared in his body. Like as expected, the lightning tribulation leaves as if it lost its target.

Lord Chaos mumbles, ”The rules of the world. It seems like something that cannot be easily broken.”

His eyes move to police captain Lou Ye. ”You are an outsider like us. Who the hell are you?” exclaimed manager Xue.
