I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1556 21.13 Fifth Violet Star - Piano wire or Hair?

Dawn by the sea docks...

The last phone call of a police officer was traced to this location under the command of Captain Lou Ye from the special forces. They finally found the officer who made the call; unfortunately, upon tracing the location and arriving at the place, what was left of the office was just a pile of square slices of human flesh.

Except for flesh, any body parts that cannot be cut into symmetrical squares, like bones, hands, feet, and heads, were disposed of in a pile not far away.

Blergh~

Some officers can bear the scene and vomit as soon as they see the so-called art of the serial murder they are chasing about. It can be said that most of these police felt sick upon seeing human flesh cut cleanly in squares like a block of pork or beef sold in the market. Except for the Police Captain Lou Ye and the Crazy Forensic Doctor Black.

Captain Lou said,

”Once you are done vomiting, seal off the area!”

”Y-Yes, Sir!”

”Heh~ this is quite a clean cut~ It cannot be done by knife or ax alone,”

said Doctor Block while wearing surgical gloves while investigating the square human meat he just grabbed with his hands.

Captain Lou asked,

”Doctor, what do you think is the murder weapon?”

”

Hm~

something extremely thin, that can be sharp and fragile. The closest possibility, a piano string. Maybe... a hair?”

said Doctor Black as he picked a long hair of unknown origin near the minced human corpse.

”If itʼs hair, then it can only be a monster.”

Captain Lou said,

”Investigate about who might be the owner of this hair!”

”Right away, sir!”

A few minutes later, the investigation report about the hair that was found had some results. Itʼs someone from the entertainment industry. A manager of a popular actor.

”Captain. The results are in. Itʼs a male manager from X Entertainment Company. The one who was handling a popular actor, Xiu Mo. Manager Xue Lian.”

Doctor Black mumbles,

”Xue Lian? Xiu Mo? Isnʼt that Luciferʼs younger brother? The owner of that hair is Xiu Moʼs manager?”

”According to the reports, there were sightings of Manager Xue Lian and Actor Xiu in Bar Purgatory last night.”

”Prepare an arrest warrant for Xue Lian. Vice-captain, bring a few with you and take him in. Iʼm going to Purgatory to check if the report of them being at the bar last night was real or night,”

said Captain Lou Ye.

Doctor Black said,

”Captain~, you plan to go to Purgatory, arenʼt you? You must bring me too! I want to see Lucifer!”

”Doctor, you canʼt ask people to be dissected. That can be considered harassment,”

said Captain Lou.

”Also, Iʼm going there for work.”

Doctor Black snorted and said,

”I will go even if you donʼt allow me too!”

---

Early Morning. Next day.

The real Lucifer had played all night and was asleep in his room with a few ladies in a tow. Since the sun is already out. It is now time for the God of Void, Ye Xiajie, to take his place as the big boss of the bar. The bar ʼPurgatoryʼ was closed all morning and would only be open when the sun had set.

Right now, the Xiu Xie at the bar counter waiting for breakfast and currently drinking his black coffee is no longer the King of Hell but the God of Void. Zhi Yue was helping in the kitchen with Devil Belphegor, making a meal for their master. All of a sudden, two unexpected guests came to the bar and were escorted by the guards at the entrance.

One of the guards said,

”Big Boss, that police is here again!”

”Let them in,”

said the God of Void, but when he saw the crazy doctor following around the chief warden, he couldnʼt help but feel a headache coming for him.

The God of Void acted as sarcastic as the original Lucifer:

”Oh great Police Captain of District 13, why did you bring a madman with you to my humble place?”

”Why are you calling me a madman? I even graciously shared cheesecake with you last night,”

pouted the mad Forensic Doctor Black.

It was at this moment that Belphegor and Zhi Yue in his human form had arrived, pushing a cart of food for their Big Boss, and it seems they had overheard some bits of their conversation.

Bartender Bel shouted,

”Nonsense! The Big Boss was at the bar all night!”

”Um. Actually, the boss sneaked out last night while we were busy at the counter. I saw him leave through the back door,”

whispered Zhi Yue to Belphegor, who showed a confused look as he saw the big boss at the swimming pool flirting with both men and women in the pool last night.

The God of Void said,

”Sneak to buy a cup of Americano.”

”Big Boss, canʼt you just order someone to get you your coffee next time? What would you do if these policemen were pushed as the culprit again?”

said Bartender Bel.

The God of Void said,

”I only sneak out once Iʼm bored.”

Zhi Yue, who served breakfast to his big boss, said,

”Boss, letʼs eat.”

”Yea,”

the God of Void responded and then looked at the two uninvited guests. One had shamelessly joined the table to ear with them while Police Captain Lou remained standing.

Doctor Black said,

” Continue your saga on My Virtual Library Empire

Yey~

thank you for the breakfast, Lucy~”

”Doctor...”

called Police Captain Lou Ye in a warning to stop this manʼs shamelessness.

The enraged Belphegor was about to drag away this selfish human for his big boss when suddenly, the God of Void gestured for him to stop. No one knows why the God of Void allowed the shameless doctor to sit beside him and eat with him until he heard him speak.

The God of Void said,

”Let him be. That will be his last meal in his life.”

”

Haha~

Lucy, youʼre funny.

Munch. munch~

”

said Doctor Black as he turned his face to grin at the God of Void.

As just the God of Void was about to kill the shameless human on the spot, he suddenly spotted something familiar under his left eye. In an instant, he grabbed Doctor Blackʼs chin and forced him to look at him. The latter didnʼt mind and was even munching on a sausage as he was forced to look at the handsome face of Purgatoryʼs boss.

The God of Void saw a trace of a scar under the doctorʼs left eye and noticed that it was in the shape of a snowflake but was cut in half.

”Were you scarred under your left eye before?”

asked the God of Void.

Munches~ Nods!

The crazy forensic doctor nods his head while chewing on a sausage. It looked both erotic yet comical at the same time. Only when the food in his mouth was swallowed did Doctor Black speak out.

Doctor Black said,

”How did you know? The scar should have been covered with a skin to hide it.”

”Eat your food and shut up,”

said the God of Void as he let go of the madmanʼs chin.

”Okay~

She~

”

replied Doctor Black.

As if not caring what was done to him just now, Doctor Black continued to eat breakfast and even took another pancake piece from the God of Voidʼs plate, which almost made Belphegor jump on him but was stopped by Zhi Yue, who noticed the Lord had become lenient towards the doctor.

That snowflake-shaped scar under his left eye was enough for him to become a candidate for Lord Heiʼs soul fragment in this world. Thatʼs why the God of Void was turning a blind eye to Doctor Blackʼs actions towards him.

The God of Void glanced at the chief warden, Zhi Yue, and Belphegor and said,

”The rest of you can eat as well. You included, Bel.”

”Eh? No. No. I canʼt join the master on the table, thatʼs...”

Bartender Bel saw Zhi Yue and Police Captain Lou Ye joining in for breakfast and held back his words. After watching them for a few more and seeing them eating together with the King, the King of Hell didnʼt mind at all; he could only follow after them and sit down to eat.

He was stunned that their king, who never cared much about his subordinates, would act this way. He felt bewildered as he ate breakfast with the rest of them. What he didnʼt know was that the King of Hell before him at this moment wasnʼt the same Lucifer as the one he saw last night.

After the meal, Zhi Yue and Belphegor cleaned up the plates and left the table for the two uninvited guests. Zhi Yue served black coffee to his lord and the chief warden but gave the forensic doctor a cup of ice milk tea. Even Doctor Black didnʼt expect that this young bartender would serve this kind of sweet drink to him and expected to drink the same bitter, black coffee these two straight men were drinking.

Doctor Black looked at Zhi Yue and asked,

”Eh? Why is my drink different from them?”

”But the boss said you like sweets; did I serve you wrong? Do you want coffee instead?”

asked Zhi Yue.

Doctor immediately shook his head and said,

”NO! I donʼt like bitter things. Thank you for the milk tea, little brother~”

”We also have some éclairs. Do you want some?”

asked Zhi Yue.

Doctor Black said,

”Éclairs! Thank you! I will have some.”

”Doctor, please donʼt be too shameless,”

said Captain Lou.

”Youʼve just eaten breakfast.”

The God of Void said,

”Itʼs okay. Since he wants to become a pig, let him be.”

”You are a pig. Your whole family is a pig!”

retorted Doctor Black.

Zhi Yue and Chief Wardenʼs thoughts:

ʼIf you are Lord Heiʼs soul fragment, that is no different than calling yourself a pig.ʼ
