I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1253: 18.91 First Grey Star - Aurora Glaced Bingsu

At Somatic Town...

Since Fu Zinʼs awakening, he and Wang Xingyun have remained in this town alongside the Fu Clan. Despite their state of hiding, they have continued to monitor developments in the capital, so they have also been informed of the news of the Barbarian invasion of the capital and the eradication of the Barbarian race.

Somatic Town is not that big, but the free land surrounding it is large, and this is also owned by this townʼs mayor, Heavenly Guardian Xian Wu. Fu Zin and his clan bought the only mansion for him and Wang Xingyun, and the rest of the clan members bought the land around the mansion and started building their own house. Wang Xingyun chose to create a school for children where he and Fu Zin teach.

There are also some grocery stores, libraries, and more.

Additionally, they put up a makeshift mini-restaurant because the townʼs only cafe had been shuttered for a while. It appears that the cafeʼs youthful proprietors had followed Satanʼs group into dangerous areas and were now hunting in the capital city, but they had coincidentally been in the Aurora Glaciers during the invasion, which caused them to miss the Barbarian Invasion.

---

Currently on lunch break.

Wang Xingyun looked at the reports about the happenings in the capital.

”These barbarians didnʼt step into the city for years, but Heavenly Guardian Yi Kun instigated them. A lot of citizens died because of his selfishness. Is that throne so important in his eyes that he canʼt even see the people he is supposed to rule and protect?” Wang Xingyun said.

Fu Zin said, ”Itʼs because he canʼt see those parts that Yi Kun canʼt become the king. Yunʼer, can I ask you something?”

”What is it?” Wang Xingyun asked.

Fu Zin responded, ”Do you still want to become a king again?”

Wang Xingyun suddenly turned silent, as if thinking about this question seriously. While sneaking a peek at his loverʼs serious face, he couldnʼt help but smile, seeing him like this.

”Why? If I told you I wanted the throne, what would you do?” He asked teasingly.

The former prime minister responded seriously, though. Fu Zin answered, ”If thatʼs what you want, I will do my best to get it for you.”

Pfft!

”Haha~ unfortunately, I donʼt want it anymore. After all, becoming a king means I canʼt even marry you, right? In the end, for that stupid crown, not only did my friends become distant from me, my nephews hated me, and even my brother did such a thing. Such a cursed position. I donʼt want it anymore,” Wang Xingyun said.

Wang Xingyun noticed the changes in his loverʼs expression as he hugged him, understanding that Fu Zin was happy, but why did he also look guilty and worried? Fu Zin was delighted by his loverʼs words, but he was also a little worried because he knew about Wang Xingmoʼs plans and why they had to leave the capital city.

Wang Xingyun asked, ”Is there something wrong? You donʼt look good, AʼZin.”

”I... I have something to tell Yunʼer.” Fu Zin decided to tell him what he knew about Wang Xingmoʼs plans and why they ended up like this.

Wang Xingyun was taken aback, as was to be expected, and wondered why Xingmo had decided not to tell him anything. Perhaps if Fu Zin had not confronted him, he would not have been aware of his plans either. Fu Zin was disregarded as a result of him, and his brotherʼs subordinate attacked him because he thought Fu Zin would obstruct its path.

It would be strange if both he and Fu Zin were unharmed, and they would suffer more at the hands of a single group of assassins.

Since Heavenly Guardian Yi Kun was always one to tie up loose ends as quickly as possible, he was never a kind man. In this case, he dispatched one elite assassination group because he knew that Fu Zin was hurt and that one group would be sufficient.

Wang Xingyun asked, ”If the knight that stabbed you is indeed my brotherʼs subordinate, why didnʼt he know that the sword is poison? You almost died!”

”Maybe that armor he used wasnʼt his original, and he sneaked into that group just to make sure we escaped. He didnʼt know that the sword was poisonous,” Fu Zin said.

Though he secretly believed otherwise, he was aware that Wang Xingmo always had a faithful guard by his side. The night he went to see Wang Xingmo, he sensed that there was a secret murderous intent coming from somewhere.

He also sensed that the man standing next to Wang Xingmo was more devoted to Wang Xingmo, to the point where he was unwilling to even discuss his masterʼs death with his brother or other family members.

Fu Zin asked, ”What do you want to do, Yunʼer? If you want to come back and help your brother, I will support you all the way.”

”I... I...” Wang Xingyun wanted to help, but he was also afraid that he would destroy his brotherʼs plans. If that happens, then all of his big brotherʼs hard work will be gone. Moreover, his enemy is his nephew. He had no heart to harm the child.

”For now, letʼs watch over for a bit more. We do not have enough strength to help them in their current situation,” Wang Xingyun said.

Fu Zinʼs eyes flashed with the unknown, and he said, ”Maybe there is one person who might be able to help us. As for whether he is willing to help or not, we will depend completely on him.”

---

On the other hand, Ye Jieye and his small group flew back to Numen Town.

Doctor Guang and Doctor Hei choose to stay in the Mayorʼs House with Lu Shang and Leica. Ye Jieye and his family returned to their Treehouse restaurant, which was open that night, to serve dinner.

That night, the people of the town enjoyed the special Bingsu dessert that the restaurant had to offer. The flavors were up to them to choose from, and the person making them was none other than Mo Xuejing. The ingredients were something they got from the Aurora Glaciers, especially the special ice that Ye Jieye took from the Glaciers itself.

As for the anomaly in Anxiaʼs physique, Ye Jieye and Mo Xuejing decided to do it at home lest others notice any heavenly phenomenon brought on by the activation of Ye Anxiaʼs special physique.

In addition to being the name of the danger zone, the Aurora Glaciers are also an ingredient. The edible special ice at the peak fell during the avalanche, and while most of it was melted by Ye Jieyeʼs flame, some bricks of ice managed to avoid the fate of turning into liquid.

The iceʼs color is a pink and green hue characteristic of the aurora, which is typically found at the peak of those ice glaciers. Additionally, this ingredient is of a demigod caliber, as it was the preferred sustenance of the White Snake Protector Guardian that Ye Jieye had defeated.

---

Aurora Glaced Ice

Rank: Demigod grade

Description: A special edible ice only found at the ice peaks in the glacier mountains of the Aurora Glaciers danger zone. It is protected by the landʼs protector beast, and it is said to be its favorite snack. Moreover, it doesnʼt melt easily unless eaten.

Effects: Keep body temperature in a normal state for one month upon intake. Even if one bathed in ice water or stayed in a winter-seasoned area, their body temperature would remain normal. It also greatly increases ice element affinity and would allow one to awaken an ice element ability upon eating, if one is lucky.

---

Perfectly balanced flavors of rainbow milk, legendary-caliber fruits, and a god-caliber, hellish strawberry on demigod-caliber Aurora Glaced Ice. Regretfully, non-fire or ice elemental users were limited to a single cup, as any more would cause them to freeze to death.

As a light element user, Doctor Guang is limited to one cup. He consumed him so quickly that he was now frowning at his younger twin brother, who was actually eating his dessert calmly right in front of him.

A single serving cup of the special dessert is as big as a normal-sized soup bowl and contains at most two inches of shaved ice with various toppings. For an adult, it was a bit lacking.

Munch! (Happy Face)

Chomps~ (Dancing in excitement)

Swallows. (Banzai!)

Doctor Guang: (Flipped the table in anger)

HAHAHAHA~

Mo Xuejing would not restrict his eating if it were not for the fact that he was too young and had a cold body; Ye Jingxia, in particular, can only eat three cups at a time due to his unique physique. The others could not help but laugh at them.

Doctor Guang approaches Ye Jingxia. ”Darling, can you give Uncle one scoop? Just one scoop, okay?”

The kind baby Ye Jingxia felt bad for his Uncle Guang and was about to give him a scoop of his Bingsu but stopped when he saw his Uncle Guang hit by his daddy on the head.

Bonk! Owiee~

Mo Xuejing said, ”You canʼt anymore. Youʼll freeze for real this time!”

”Eh? Just one scoop can have that effect,” Doctor Guang said.

Snorted at him, Ye Jieye said, ”Let him eat it. Anyway, if he freezes, I can melt him. I canʼt say it wonʼt be painful though.”

Fear came only to the glutton Doctor Guang, who had seen numerous creatures incinerated by Ye Jieye, leaving nothing but ashes behind as they vanished with everything, even their entire existence.

Gulps!

Doctor Guang raised his hands in surrender, completely frightened by Ye Jieyeʼs words. ”Iʼm just joking! No more. Iʼm full!!!”

”Coward,” Doctor Hei said as he just finished his dessert and laughed sarcastically at his elder twin brother.

Ye Jieye said, ”Okay. If you guys are done eating, start cleaning the tables and the restaurant. I need to prepare the god-grade Hellish strawberry for my daughter.” He returned to the kitchen to cook the god-grade ingredient. Well, he planned to make it into a small candy for his little princess to suck on.

The restaurant was completely cleaned, the patrons had all left after business hours, and they were now eating dinner and finishing their dessert. The tables were stocked on the side, and there was an open space in the center where the two kids could sit with their daddy, Mo Xuejing.

Doctors Guang and Hei are there to make sure that there are no issues throughout the entire awakening process, and if there are, they will be there to assist in resolving them. Lu Shang, Leica, and the two systems will construct a barrier to isolate whatever occurs inside the restaurant.

After some time, Ye Jingxia emerged with a tiny bowl, and everyone was in a state of shock. Inside the rainbow milk, there was a single, tiny golden-crimson rose-shaped candy, and the whole thing exuded a powerful aura of divinity.

Doctor Guang mumbled, ”How can a candy look so lifelike?”

”The energy coming from it is amazing,” Doctor Hei commented.

There is a reddish-purple barrier surrounding the treehouse; it is a protective barrier that can conceal things from heaven itself and can only be constructed by the Four High Gods. Ye Jieye looked at their minions at the side and softly asked them to create a barrier.

Mo Xuejing had Anxia on his lap and suddenly glanced at his son. ”Xiao Jing stays at the side with your uncles. You might get affected by it.”

”No, I want to stay here!” Ye Jingxia said.

Ye Jieye said, ”Be good. You are an ice and darkness elemental user. While your sister is a fire and ice elemental user, you may be able to block the ice, but what if she used fire? Stay with your uncles for now.”

Ye Jingxia wanted to complain, but his sister, who was holding his hand, let him go and patted him with a smile.

”Ge... Gege~ go... I will beh fune!” Princess Anxia comforted her brother. ”Dhadha and Baba... Profect meh!”
