I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1208: 18.46 First Grey Star - Ambush

They took their time traveling because they were not in a rush to return home, and Lu Shang protected everyone while they rode through the skies on the back of the black dragon, Roi.

Even though the young princess Anxia had a peculiar body from birth, she was too young to regulate her own body temperature, so Mo Xuejing helped her put on a cotton jacket that would keep her from getting too cold—even though it made her look like a ball because of all the layers Mo Xuejing had put on her.

Ye Jingxia was staring at his sister with his round, innocent eyes; his joy of staring at people makes his eyes look big, and his immature features have not allowed his phoenix-shaped eyes to grow yet.

”Dad, why did you make Xiaxia look like a ball?” Ye Jingxia asked nonchalantly.

The other adults on the dragon, however, laughed heartily at what Ye Jingxia had requested, thinking the same things that this little boy was voicing out loud. They also thought it was funny that the little princess now resembled a ball.

Pfft! Hahahahaha~

After hearing from his father that Mo Xuejing was Hei Anjingʼs incarnation, Ye Jingxia began addressing him as ”Dad.” Despite Anxiaʼs and Ye Jingxiaʼs gut feelings that he was their father without their fatherʼs consent, they were reluctant to address him as such for fear of making a mistaken guess.

Mo Xuejing blushed and said to his son, ”Xiao Jing, look carefully! Which angle do you think your younger sister looks like?”

”Dad, there isnʼt even any angle. She is as round as a piglet!” Ye Jingxia honestly responded to his daddyʼs words.

Hahahahaha!

The other adults in the area laughed so hard at his response because, regardless of how they choose to interpret it, Anxiaʼs multiple layers make him appear fat. In addition, this tiny girl likes to crawl on all fours, and her current appearance makes her look even more like a piglet.

Feeling a bit humiliated, Mo Xuejing could only glare at everyone, even Ye Jieye, to hush them up. As for Ye Jingxia, he had yearned to flee when his younger sister was playing a game of tag with her.

Ye Jingxia shouted while chasing Anxia. ”Ah! Xiaxia, wait for your brother!”

System Yue made his move and instantly teleported his little masters to Mo Xuejingʼs embrace. The scene is comedic yet serene and full of happiness. This continued until Heavenly Guardian Mu, Lu Shang, and Leica suddenly stopped laughing and turned serious. A man in a black robe appeared out of thin air and was about to grab the two children.

Falling on his dad with his sister in his arms, Ye Jingxia flashed a wide grin at Mo Xuejing. ”Dad~?”

Lu Ming, Mo Yuhan, and Su Jin were on guard, and they did not even notice the manʼs presence, how he suddenly appeared before them, the same way the two cubs vanished in thin air and then reappeared in Mo Xuejingʼs embrace. The man clicked his tongue, seeing that his ambush had failed. He is a Death Valley native who wanted to capture the only female in the world.

Tsk!

”Do it!”

Ji Yoonjun scowled at the scene, realizing that he and the others had not even realized they were surrounded by invincible enemies when the man in black robes ordered men riding undead birds to suddenly appear when the space rippled and as if some kind of illusion had dispersed, these men appeared and attacked everyone on the top of the black dragon.

Mu Zang mumbled, ”This is a space shift and illusion curtain. Only people from the Death Valley are capable of doing such a thing.”

Lu Shang and Leica moved swiftly to apprehend these individuals, controlling the wind to create a thicker wind barrier that thwarted even these menʼs unexpected strikes.

Ye Jieye, who was hugging Mo Xuejing from behind and securing his children, coldly commanded, ”Kill them all.”

”Yes!” The two wardens responded.

A second late Doctor Guang, Mo Yuhan, and Lu Ming also struck back, while Su Jin was flung by Lu Ming near the seniors for protection. System Yue and System Yang, in their avatar mode, sealed the space around Roi, preventing the use of space elements. So the enemies would not be able to escape. Lu Shang and Leica no longer hesitated; even Ji Yoonjun made a move.

As for Lu Ming and Mo Yuhan, their faces were pale as they did the same thing; unlike the three, this is the first time they killed a person mercilessly; Su Jin puked at this scene and ran to the corner to vomit. Lu Shang, Leica, Doctor Guang, and Ji Yoonjun were not hesitant, as they immediately beheaded the men near them.

Urgh!

Mu Zang thought that Su Jin was too young and too innocent, but since he is still a young chef, he is not accustomed to this kind of cruel scene. Mo Yuhan and Lu Ming were also frightened by the warm blood that splattered on their hands; they began to tremble after killing just one person and puked out the partially digested lunch, just like Su Jin.

As for Ye Jieye and Mo Xuejing, they were expressionless at this scene. The latter covered the eyes of his babies and frowned because of the scent of blood.

”Dirty,” whispered Mo Xuejing. The sight of blood and flesh, along with the three peopleʼs vomit, made the place a little unsavory. For someone who values hygiene as much as he does, this sight was too horrible.

When Ye Jieye heard his wifeʼs complaint, he lifted his palm and waved it once, and the three men who were throwing up—Ji Yoonjun, Lu Shang, and Leica—were flung aside by an unidentified force that also instantly purified the surrounding environment, including the air.

”Fly on your own.”

With the exception of his family, this cruel and evil man threw the rest of the crew out; Lu Shang saved those thrown out, using his wind elements to make them fly. This was something he had already anticipated when he heard Mo Xuejingʼs complaint just now; even Mu Zang was taken aback; his grandson had truly spoiled his wife. One word from Mo Xuejing, and he threw everyone out.

If he was not this bratʼs grandfather, he would have been equally thrown off.

Mo Xuejing asked, ”Who are those people?”

”Death Valleyʼs necromancers live in the danger zone, Anairam Trench, led by Heavenly King Fei Jue,” Mu Zang said.

Lu Shang, having called upon his hawk, let the other four to take a nap on his back before trailing their lord on foot. The other guys, stunned by the unexpected fall from the dragon, remained perplexed to this day.

Lu Ming asked, ”What happened? Why?”

”Who told you to puke!? Now we were all thrown off!” Lu Shang commented.

Looking a bit pale, Su Jin said, ”Sorry. I was... a bit shocked. I couldnʼt help it.”

”Itʼs fine. My cousin is a clean freak. No wonder Lord Ye threw us off the dragon,” Mo Yuhan said. He already knew that their puking must have upset Mo Xuejing, and Ye Jieye threw them all out because of it.

These young guys evidently were not used to their harshness and could not hold back their stomach churning as such terrible deaths as that of those people, even if they were their adversaries. Leica helps soothe Lu Ming and Mo Yuhanʼs backs, while Ji Yoonjun assists Su Jin.

”Those people are truly persistent!” Jo Yoonjun complained. ”Didnʼt we kill enough of them before!?”

”The Death Valley is protected by a Heavenly Guardian of the Anairam Trench. If the one who truly wanted to capture the princess is the one behind them, then this situation isnʼt simple,” Leica said.

Lu Shang said, ”Yue and Yang had already reported their kidnapping attempt from before. Milord didnʼt want to worry, Lord Mo, and didnʼt talk about this anymore. Now that theyʼve tried once again, I donʼt think Milord would still keep quiet.”

”Since Lord Mo already knows, then... Lord Ye would definitely make a move,” Leica said.

Ji Yoonjun asked, ”Is he going to make a move personally?”

”Maybe?” Leica echoed.

The black dragon that had been heading directly into Numen Town abruptly changed course. Roi, acting on his masterʼs orders, heard his grandfatherʼs words and decided to attack these courageous individuals. Ye Jieye, on the other hand, decided to launch a counteroffensive right now.

Ye Jieye commanded, ”Roi, go to the sea.”

{Yes, Master!}

Following his masterʼs orders without question, he alters his flight path and heads toward the sea. Ye Jieye had previously learned from Lu Shang that Ji Yoonjun had informed him that the Death Valley people were pursuing his children. Those men were ambushed in the cafe, destroying the entire establishment before three Heavenly Guardians intervened to stop them.

Ye Jieye had intended to eliminate them after sending his family back to the restaurant, but he had not anticipated being ambushed on their way home.

Even more strange is the fact that Ye Jieye himself was unaware of the menʼs approach; he heard no heartbeat or respiration, as though their bodies were already dead. Having come to the realization that these people would not stop, Ye Jieye made the decision to fight these bothersome bugs.

Anairam Trench was located at the head of the sea, which is also the exact spot where those bugs reside, so he rushed straight to their headquarters with the intention of attacking them twice, just like they had done to his children.

Seeing how decisive his grandson Mu Zang was, he couldnʼt help but smile. He said, ”As expected to me, Mu Zangʼs grandson, itʼs in our blood to get back at the tiniest grief. Haha~”

”Are we really going, AʼYe?” Mo Xuejing asked, obviously worried for his children and not because he was afraid of death.

Ye Jieye played with his hair and commented, ”It wonʼt take long.”

Sigh~

Mo Xuejing said, ”Iʼll accompany you.”

---

Meanwhile somewhere in the sea, at the danger zone called Anairam Trench.

The base of those people from the Death Valley is within this treacherous trench, and their leader happens to be a powerful individual who was imprisoned in this dark cliff. A human in a black robe comes sprinting to report to their Lord followed by his subordinates.

”My Lord, they still failed to take away those two human children! Sir, it is almost impossible to kidnap the children of Satan. At least, we canʼt do it!”

They lost a great deal of their people for no other reason than this abduction mission; worse, they were unable to retrieve the bodies of their fellow comrades; and lastly, they had witnessed firsthand the heinousness of Satan; even from a distance, they saw the team assigned to ambush them being brutally murdered by that manʼs group; the sight of it nearly killed them.

There is a voice in the shadows that can equal the sirenʼs song; it seems ethereal, but the words are filled with coldness.

”If you canʼt even do such a simple task, whatʼs the use of you existing!?”

The men in black robes felt as like they were being squeezed, and the water surrounding them abruptly became still. In a matter of seconds, the humans had been reduced to a minced meat that the nearby fish had devoured.

”Just as I thought whether it was humans or fishes, they are all useless...”
