Beneath the Red Dragon

The adult Silver Dragon chuckled and complained, pretending to say casually: ”However, my information was sold out by some with ulterior motives to those guys in the Hunter Alliance, causing my journey this time to suffer an unexpected disaster.”

Bronze Dragon Alina stopped walking, Steel Dragon Midir turned his small head around, with a mocking look in his eyes, and spoke in a draconic language echoing like steel.

”You need not suspect the Empire secretly intervened, since the Empire has privately reached an agreement to meet and discuss with you, they won’t do something so vile,”

Steel Dragon Midir bared his tiny fangs and sneered coldly: ”Rather think about whether it’s those foolish, boring political intrigues of your Good Dragon Alliance, not that another faction’s Golden Dragon suffered setbacks in the Divine Forsaken Mountain Range, why would they send out giant dragons from your faction.”

Even if the adult Silver Dragon Fluo had a good temperament, he was still somewhat angered by the taunting words of this skinny Steel Dragon.

”Can it be that in the Golden Empire, a grand nation, under the command of one of the Five Kings of the North, the mighty Gogomola, there isn’t a mix of Five-Color Dragons and Metal Dragons, former enemies, among other diverse species coexisting in a civilization, and their political intrigue and power struggles are any less?”

The adult Silver Dragon smiled faintly: ”Three’s a crowd, and there’s a faction. Five’s a heap, and there’s disagreement, let alone creatures such as giant dragons.”

”You’re mistaken, Fluo,”

Bronze Dragon Alina chuckled softly: ”Wherever there are living creatures gathered, disputes will naturally follow, be it over power or resources, but in the Empire, these political intrigues and power struggles are transformed into competition.”

”The Gogomola Dragon Group founded the Empire, and holds the Empire’s reign, while the entire Empire serves the existence of the Gogomola Dragon Group,”

”Under the Gogomola Dragon Group, everyone is equal, with all complex species retaining equal dignity. The power you seek, the Dragon Group will ensure you bear responsibility of that scale,”

”The greater the power, the greater the responsibility. Those incapable of bearing the corresponding responsibility yet desire power will be utterly shattered by the path forward of the entire Empire, as the entire Empire must serve the advancement of the Dragon Group,”

Bronze Dragon Alina’s agile and light steps tread upon the soft soil, suddenly stamping it so that the soil sunk.

She pointed at the small dent in the ground: ”Even in the Empire, those bureaucratic classes forming alliances cannot oppose the absolute authority of the Gogomola Dragon Group’s rule. Just a wave of Karon’s claw would make those blocking the Dragon Group’s path resemble this seemingly all-supporting soil, never having the chance to rise again.”

”The maximal enlightenment under absolute authority is the progressive path of the Golden Empire. Anything not following the Dragon Group’s path will be abandoned behind or crushed into fragments.”

The adult Silver Dragon fell silent, then suddenly spoke: ”What if it’s about the giant dragons within the Dragon Group,”

The Silver Dragon’s words were not completely spoken but were enough for Bronze Dragon Alina to comprehend the intended meaning.

”Fluo, do you know why the outside world refers to the Dragon Group by the name Gogomola,” Bronze Dragon chuckled, ”any obstruction to the Dragon Group’s progress need not require Karon’s personal intervention; we ourselves will crush those individuals.”

The adult Silver Dragon couldn’t help sighing, recalling some words he had read before.

The world naturally possesses its foundational rules and logic, and all things have their developmental laws, never shifted by the will of living beings, especially not by twisted chaotic maniacal wills.

The earnest and diligent will surpass the arrogant and lazy, the clear and pure will surpass the smoky and polluted, the self-reliant will surpass the opportunistic.

Everything within the Golden Empire, much like the Dragon Group that creates and rules this Empire, is demonstrating this principle.

And the ideology and thought bestowed upon the Empire and Dragon Group were given by a Red Dragon renowned for chaos and brutality, a True Dragon Species among the Five-Colored Dragons, endowed by its Creator with the mightiest dragon blood and deepest venom.

”If I were not a Silver Dragon shouldering responsibilities, perhaps I’d be drawn to the Empire created by Gogomola,”

The adult Silver Dragon Fluo sighed: ”I have also wandered across many planes outside Icaria World, encountering countless giant dragons in various planes, including Metal and Five-Color Dragons.”

”But these giant dragons, using their own power to gather beloved ones, establish dominions that seem like grand tribes in front of the Golden Empire, laughable and absurd,”

”They use their immense power to suppress their kin, enslave their race, named in the grand name of immutable giant dragon bloodline nature, some even find pleasure in slaying their kin.”

Fluo sneered at this, then a serious expression emerged on his cheek, deeply lamenting: ”The venom in the Five-Color Dragon bloodline prevents them almost eternally from escaping chaotic will, which leads to their inevitable demise in the Order Material Plane despite their powerful bloodline, the root of their decline,”

”Even Metal Dragons, without the venom of Five-Color dragon bloodlines, are trapped by their naturally powerful Dragon Blood, possessing desires and greed magnified hundreds and thousands of times stronger than ordinary beings.”

”Yet no Five-Colored Giant Dragon considers reversing this situation, nor does any Metal Dragon seek to escape this plight, not even those rampant demigod dragons in the Star Realm, nor those Dragon Gods.”

”Those powerful giant dragons take pride in oppressing their kin with their might, enslaving their kin, but not one giant dragon is willing like Gogomola to,”

An expression of inexcredulous admiration appeared on the cheeks of Bronze Dragon Alina, Steel Dragon Midir, and Young Red Dragon Kedelos seeing the adult Silver Dragon.

His lingering draconic voice echoed, ”He is willing to share his achievements with other giant dragons while advancing himself, thus forging Gogomola Dragon Group’s growing strength,”

”He is also willing to protect his kin, ensuring all giant dragons can find a haven in the Golden Empire, thus creating a congregation of countless giant dragons around the Empire,”

”Perhaps, such a dragon leading the entire race out of chaos and into an Order Domain, advancing together, should indeed be the true King of Dragons, the Dragon Emperor,”

A mysterious light shone in the Silver Dragon’s pupils, ”His acts are precisely the reason for being born a king, this is the grandeur dragons should display as civilization, the True Dragon of the Empire should be the path all dragons pursue.”

”Not a mere possession of powerful lineage and inherited wisdom, only to do things akin to beasts!”

Pa-pa-pa,

The delighted Pick Elf Riven promptly joined in, clapping his small hands to praise the Silver Dragon’s words.

”That’s well said, wow, I didn’t know Karon, this fellow here, actually has such great ambitions! Truly amazing!”

The other giant dragons were also stirred by this Silver Dragon’s speech, their inner blood boiling; this ambition, in the eyes of these dragons, is undoubtedly an imposing feat, and every dragon in the Gogomola Dragon Group is a creator of this path, taking pride in it.

Young Red Dragon Kedelos didn’t understand before why the Empire would freely teach the precious secret techniques that mages and giant dragons tirelessly explore to those untested young fledglings.

Now he understands, this action, as the adult Silver Dragon Fluo said, the Dragon Group is using its influence to gradually impact the entire Five-Colored Dragon species through the next generation, perhaps including other giant dragons.

”Gogomola Dragon Group accepts any ambitious dragon, if you wish, you can also find your spot within the Golden Empire.”

Steel Dragon Midir, sullenly yet deliberately, began to recruit the seemingly promising Silver Dragon.

The adult Silver Dragon shook his head, ”I have my own responsibilities, although it’s quite regrettable, but now we should find an absolutely safe place to discuss our alliance matters.”
