Beneath the Red Dragon

Each Low Tier Mage and Entry-level Mage utilized the amplification of their Magic Staff, channeling their Magic Power to efficiently form a Spell Model, vibrating in a particular way to achieve the anticipated Magic Effect.

A layer covering the front of the sky, an indiscriminate Shattering Sound Wave trembled the air, knocking Shadow Demons and other flying Demons hidden in the shadows down from the sky like rain.

”Everyone, prepare the Sleep Skill!”

”All casters—Flame Arrow!”

”Collective casting—Magic Missile!”

One roar after another echoed across the stretches of the wall defenses, aided by Amplification Skill. Each segment’s officer made judgments based on the spells mastered by the Caster Corps and gave orders accordingly.

The Mages, through long-term cooperation, gradually became more in sync. Countless Magic bloomed above the walls, and although it was Low Tier Magic, the results were fruitful enough. Demons fell like dumplings from the sky after being struck by the Mages, dying at the hands of other demons.

As these Mages temporarily let their Spiritual Power rest after replenishing Magic Power, hundreds of Demon Dragons in the air, led by Batorri, began sweeping across.

Hundreds of Flying Dragons vibrated the tendrils beneath their jaws, releasing vibrating sound waves under the leadership of the Flying Dragon Leader, Xun Ying, sweeping away group after group of flying demons.

The Demon Dragons had massive bodies, with each Demon Dragon Knight holding their own anti-air Domain. Under the knight’s maneuvering, these Demon Dragons circled and swept, breathing Dragon Fire hot enough to melt stone, burning all charging demons and sending them plummeting with wails from the sky.

”Dracarys!”

One Valerian Knight after another roared, causing the chest of their Demon Dragons to light up. The surging Dragon Flame spread into a sea of fire above the walls, temporarily preventing the demons from surging through the skies.

Occasionally, demons that broke through the sea of fire and approached were directly speared to death by the Demon Dragon Knights and Flying Dragon Riders with their long Dragon Spears, or slaughtered in the air with the Demon Dragons’ and Flying Dragons’ talons.

The demons on the ground, below the mountain-high walls, began to howl as they climbed upwards amidst the rain of arrows. The demons’ claws could grip the crevices in the rock, penetrating hard rock, and their formidable strength allowed them to easily leap dozens of meters.

However, with hisses, the two Titan Dragon Pythons, Grinek and Haninek, guarded one section of the defenses alone. They opened their massive jaws, revealing hooked long fangs, roaming the entire stretch of the wall and emitting excited hisses.

Several timid demons just barely poked their heads above the walls when Grinek’s fangs, like razors, swept horizontally, directly shredding the bad-tasting demons.

Haninek’s giant tail awaited like a giant whack-a-mole, waiting for the demons to show their heads. A few Spider Demons, seeing other demons being shredded, attempted to leap upwards.

Yet Haninek’s tail, like a Giant swinging a Great Hammer, directly smashed the heads of a few conceited demons, then coiled its body around the fortress, with its thick tail extending across the wall like a bell, sweeping away the demons on the frontal walls.

”Everyone, target—Demonized Weapons!”

The Caster Corps lifted their Magic Staffs, enchanting the weapons of the Slave Corps and the Pure Legion warriors, so these warriors’ ordinary iron could damage these demons with resistance and immunity to non-magical weapons.

The Pure, fearless and courageous, roared and charged at the demons that had poked their heads out, with blood beginning to splatter atop the city wall. The war, as usual, began.
